i can’t say enough good things about the plumbing service we received! after dealing with another company that charged us a high price for a temporary fix and then tried to upsell us for more, we were thrilled to find someone honest and reliable. wyatt was very straightforward and really cared about helping us save money. he even offered to come out on a sunday for hydro jetting but suggested we wait until monday to save some cash, which we really appreciated. wyatt arrived early, got to work right away, and took care of everything—hydro jetting, camera inspection, marking the drains with paint, and providing a full report. he spent the time to figure out what was causing our clog and made sure our bathroom water was working again by the end of the day. we were more than happy to pay for such thorough service. on top of all that, wyatt marked our yard so we know exactly where to dig when it’s time to fix the lines, and he even gave us some great tips for replacing pipes ourselves. you don’t find many plumbers who will suggest ways for you to save money and handle some repairs on your own! wyatt was super friendly, easy to talk to, and responded quickly. we won’t be calling anyone else for plumbing work. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with our plumbing service. When we suddenly lost water to our house right before a big holiday meal, we were pretty stressed out. The main water line had cracked, and water was pouring into our yard. When we called, the person who answered, Robert, was very understanding and reassured us that help was on the way. Wyatt, the plumber, arrived quickly and knew exactly what to do. He fixed the main line in just a couple of hours, so we were able to get back to cooking and enjoying our day. Since then, we've relied on this company for any plumbing issues. On another visit, Calvin came out to help with a tub that wasn’t draining. He fixed it quickly and then went above and beyond by checking out our bathroom sink, which hadn’t had good water pressure in a long time. Calvin found the problem and repaired it right away. He was friendly, respectful, and explained everything he did. We really appreciate how comfortable and confident we feel inviting their plumbers into our home. Great service, knowledgeable team, and always reliable. This is the only plumbing company we’ll call from now on!

After recently moving into my new home in Tucson, I had a problem with a backed-up toilet. Peyton & Sons Plumbing Co. responded quickly after I called, sending Calvin out to take a look. He carefully checked out my plumbing and found the cause—a bunch of roots were clogging up the septic line and tank. Calvin replaced both the tank and the main line, and everything was working smoothly again in no time. The price seemed fair for the amount of work they did. I’d definitely suggest calling them for any septic or plumbing problems.

I was able to get an appt very quickly for a clogged toilet repair. Jose and Jacob were prompt, courteous and did a great job. I was very pleased and highly recommend their service.

My main sewer line was clogged. I called Mr Rooter and Jose, Rueben, and Martin responded. They were friendly, professional and competent. They got my sewer line running freely. They worked hard and went the extra mile to discern why the sewer line had gotten clogged. They diagnosed that I had a problem with my septic tank. We have had other plumbers out who didn’t do this level of inspection. I give Mr Rooter five star review because of the diligence of these hard-working professionals.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because my toilet was backing up into my bathtub. Daniel arrived in less than an hour, and we went over the details of my plumbing issues. I showed him the coupons I had pulled up online and we agreed cleaning the main line into the house might work, unfortunately it didn't. We went back over all the possibilities to fix the blockage and I decided on a Hydro Scrub for a secondary line. It's where the tub or toilet blockage was. I couldn't afford a camera scope. So that was out of the question. There was nothing easy about this blockage, so many unknowns about the old pipes. Daniel did an incredible job! He really knows his job and wants to make sure his customers are happy with their results. His work ethics are outstanding, and he was very pleasant to work with. I was also impressed with the cleanup job he did! So many times when I've hired service technicians I have been disappointed by them pushing for up-sells, poor work standards, disrespect for myself and property, etc. Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Daniel made sure I was happy. They honored a $75 off coupon for a job $250 or more. That really helped with my budget, as plumbing repairs can add up. Over all, I will hire them again and request Daniel. Daniel restored my faith that there are still honest hard workers out there who care about what they do, and how they treat others.

These folks were awesome! First off, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly which I greatly appreciated. Their dispatcher communicated with me throughout the day of service and answered all my questions. She also quoted me exactly what the cost ended up being which was awesome! The guys that came out were professional and friendly, they answered all our questions and even tagged our septic tanks for future clean outs. I would highly recommend this guys and will definitely use them in the future.

Woke up Christmas Eve and septic tank was FULL! Called around and got no answer or response from other companies, that said 24/7 emergency response. But Curtis Plumbing responded and said techs were available and would add my address to the service for today. The lady we spoke with on the phone and the techs that came out were understanding, courteous, and very helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you again!!!

I wish I could give a higher rating. Nick, from Cal’s came out to address an issue with a small septic tank grinder system connected to the guest house. The issue couldn’t seem to be resolved with 4 different plumbers. Nick came out and diagnosed the issue, listened to our situation and worked with us to completely fix and resolve the issue. This nightmare has finally came to an end and it’s all because of Cal’s. They have earned a customer for life and I will always recommend to anyone in Tucson to go with Cal’s.

Excellent plumbers. We called Cal's Plumbing and the techs arrived within 2.5 hours of our call. They had to buy some toilet appliances but everything was fixed within an hour. The techs were polite and very able. Will call Cal's again if we need help. They were careful and trustworthy.

Fantastic service with Cal’s! We had been trying to get our home water softener installed with another company who hadn’t returned our calls or requests for 5 months (I let my husband in charge of this and this is what I get haha). I called Cal’s and they sent someone out to give a quote the same day! Anthony was fantastic and thorough. The crew connected a new water line for us and replaced our sink for a new reverse osmosis system. It was a very labor intensive job of 3 days. We are very pleased with the professionalism and scope of work.

My bathroom sink finally wouldn't let any water thru, it was clogged and so I called 88Drain, referred by a friend. We set up an appointment for the next day. I got a call as I was told I would about 20 min before the 'unclogger' would arrive. Josh arrived and after a quick explanation of what was wrong, he got to work. He pulled the existing trap out and lots of yucky black goo came tumbling out. He took his snake, put it down the drain pipe and after about 20 ft of snaking, he pulled out a big hair clog (not mine, it was from the previous owner) and proceeded to say, 'that's it, your pipes are clean'. He packed up, gave me the total, I wrote a check and he was off. All that in about25 minutes, a real professional who know exactly what to do. We chatted all the time he was working and I couldn't be happier. Is fantastic to see all the water disappearing down the drain and not have to wait while it empties. Thank you 88Drain for the excellent service.

Very pleased with the sewer clean-out the professional at 88Drain did at my home recently. It was not a small job, but the price for their services was incredibly fair. You never want to feel that you paid more than what your received. Not true with 88Drain. Fair price, great service. Shout out to the professionals they sent to my home: Brandon and Cory. Nice guys. Great work. I waited to submit this review for a few days to make certain I didn't have any follow-up problems. None. I'll be calling them again in the future when needed.

The scheduling person was polite, friendly and well spoken. Two friendly gentlemen, Cody and Brandon arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning out my sink and shower drains. They also recommended a serviceable cap over my sink clean out so that the system would be more accessible next time. I’m an engineer and I usually do most of my own auto and house maintenance but let these guys do this type of work because they have experience with it day in and day out. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We initially had Craftsman Plumbing out to install a new drain and shower fixtures. Upon further inspection their Plumbers recommended we replace the original cast iron drain lines under the house. While the extra work and expense was an unanticipated surprise, Adrian took the time to show us what needed to be done, gave us several options and explained in detail his recommendation. We couldn't be happier with the final product, especially since we can rest easy knowing the plumbing under the house has been updated. Given the amount of work done, the overall cost felt reasonable. We especially appreciated how professional and friendly Adrian was, how he made sure to take the time to help us understand the work needing to be done, and how they made sure to restore our home and yard once they were done. I would absolutely use Craftsman again.

Nick (owner) and Elijah showed up to my home in Green Valley and took care of my plumbing issue. The job was professionally done in short order, with Grade A materials (copper pipe, pro-press fittings, brass valves, brass pressure regulator), and installed level/square/plumb. I'm a registered professional mechanical engineer; upon inspection of the final product this residential work was performed at the highest of skill levels. Awesome work. I had them install a new water heater with a recirculation pump for "instant" hot water. I did ask about doing a tankless water heater and instead of trying to upsale me, he explained why in my case it would not be the best option due to the cost of needed upgrades to the gas line and other aspects of the job. I really appreciated the honesty. The workers doing the install all were very polite and professional. Precision Flow will be my first call for my plumbing needs from now on!
