Expert Drain Cleaning in Marana, AZ

We had a drainage system clogging problem and we had no clean out system in place to alleviate the situation. We had already had a previous drainage problem that Drain Medics helped us with. The biggest problem is that the drainage system is old but also the previous owners of our property used bad practices in what they put down the garbage disposal. Both calls for drainage problems were related to those previous bad practices but they effected different areas in the system. This time we had a clean out installed and that portion of the drainage system flushed out of the buildup that was present from the previously identified poor garbage disposal practices. Drain Medics have done a wonderful job in keeping our old drainage system operating properly at a reasonable cost to us without totally replacing our whole system. Austin, Robert and the rest of the Drain Medics crew are all experienced and very professional. They are knowledgeable and honestly evaluate and recommend exactly what needs to be accomplished to get the system operating normally again without draining your bank account to make it happen. As a mechanic myself, I appreciate the clear explanation of everything that needs to be done to fix the problem. I am impressed with everything! The equipment is top notch and the knowledge and experience to use it at a high level by these technicians is first class. We will call Drain Medics FIRST if we ever have any other drainage problems again.

Drain Medics absolutely exceeded our expectations on a large commercial sewer relining project. Austin, Robert, Jake, and the rest of the team handled this job with an incredible level of professionalism and expertise from start to finish. What really stood out was their ability to keep our restaurant fully operational during the work. They set up a septic truck bypass system to pump live sewage while the relining was completed. If we had been forced to shut down, we would have lost thousands of dollars in revenue—so this planning alone made a massive difference for our business. Austin and Robert’s plan of attack was extremely methodical and well thought out. Even when curveballs were thrown their way, they adapted quickly and stayed on track without missing a beat. You can tell this isn’t something they just “offer on the side.” When I was researching companies, I knew I needed true specialists—not a plumbing company that treats relining as an add-on service. Drain Medics is the real deal. Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the level of specialization, coordination, and experience required for this type of work. Our toilets started raising up and not flushing. We had a man come over and clear the vent, which seemed to solve the problem. But then it returned. Meanwhile our drains had always been sort of slow I called Drain Medics to just look down the vent pipe to see if it had really been properly cleared. They have a visual tube to stick down pipes and see what’s going on. I thought the vent pipe may not have been fully unclogged. But when Austin arrived he immediately spotted something on the front yard that changed everything. A wet patch right under our window was in fact leaking sewage. With poopoo and all! When he put the visual tube in that big drain pipe we saw the entire inside of a very corroded old cast iron pipe going all the way out some 30 feet. Austin said this rough corrosion would catch T-paper and plug it up. Then in a day or two they’d melt, but then in a few days it’d do the same thing again. Austin told us most plumbers would replace the drain pipe. That would dig up our lovely natural lawn, take several days, and would be pricey. He could do a coring out of the inner corrosion of our pipe and then coat that with a strong epoxy resin which would fix the problem. It’s guaranteed for 25 years at about 3/4 the pipe-replacement price,would also save our front yard from destruction, and take only a day. We accepted. Upon further research, I found they were indeed representing the situation correctly and their prices were very reasonable. And moreover they among the few plumbers uniquely qualified to do such repair and at such a price, as this was their specialty. They showed up and did the work brilliantly. I’ve watched people work and have some experience in the field, and they were top notch. Everything went without a hitch. Again, I cannot praise their professionalism, friendliness, and efficacy enough. Well, a few days have passed. The drains drain faster. The toilets flush better. A job I feel really good about. I consider it among the best investments in our little old casita that we’ve made.

Not my first time using PlumbZona. Not my last(?) Jennifer took my call about a clogged kitchen sink and knew there was a service technician in my area. She checked with him and was able to confirm Phil would be able to come by the same day. Phil showed up, rooted the heck out of my sink drain 3 times, eventually cleared the stoppage, and was gone before you could say "Whoa, I forgot how bad drains smell!" We passed city inspection today on an entire house repipe. Thanks PlumbZona for making this whole nightmare a little bit easier to live through. They did an amazing HIGH QUALITY job. Not only did they repipe my entire house, but they even did a few upgrades for me like the recirculation line, insulated pipes, and ro line to the fridge. Had a leak in the pipe running through the wall from the kitchen sink to the drain. Old pipes were cracked and full of holes. Art was able to remove outside bricks and find the problem. Pipes were replaced with ABS. Brandon also assisted in getting the job done. Was under estimate because they did not have to go into foundation. The only negative was that we had to find someone else to fix the wall. Their usual mason was weeks behind due to large volume of business. Were able to find a neighbor that helped.

We are very happy with our experience! We called around 10am for a clogged drain and they were at our property by 12:30pm. We live rurally in Pinal County and that never happens for us! I am a Real Estate Broker in rural area of Cochise County, during home inspection for a home sale it was discovered that sewer lines were old, failing and filled with tree roots. One local plumber was going to charge thousand and thousand of dollars to tear up yard, foundation and alley. I called Code Blue Plumbing they were quick to answer, quick to get a quote and quick to get the job scheduled as we were closing in two weeks. The day of the job the two technicians that came out were Stockton and Diego. They called when on their way, showed up on time, got right to work. What might have been a two day job they were able to get done in just one day, their work was amazing, they removed tons of tree roots, installed sewer sleeve so they did not have to tear up foundation. Code Blue was hired in August 2024 to perform a sewer inspection at the property I was in escrow to purchase. The property has a main house and an adjoining guest house. For reasons unknown they scoped the main line but not the sewer line from the guest house to the main. In their report they state that there were no above ground clean outs. If they would have looked at the guest house they would have practically tripped over the clean out. Being an out-of-town buyer I relied on Code Blue to do a thorough, professional job. My house is now in escrow to sell and the company that came out to do the sewer inspection actually started with the guest house clean out and discovered a grinder pump buried in the ground I did not know was there. Code Blue prides themselves on being the experts with "impressive knowledge" so they should have been the ones to discover this. I would have known then that the grinder pump was not installed to code and had the seller fix it. Instead, I am having to pay to have the pump dug out and installed properly. For $5,300. Received a call from the owner two weeks ago that they were going to look into it. Never heard back. Will be using another plumbing company from now on.

We noticed the floor near our clothes washer was wet and after some testing, discovered the drain pipe where the washer drains was clogged. Tried to use our snake and some chemicals to unblock the drain but weren't successful. I called Code Blue and the next morning Abel showed up as promised. He provided a fixed price ahead of time and used two different snakes to clear the blockage. I will not hesitate to call Code Blue again should the need arise, hopefully it won't!

Our 78 y.o. home needed to have a 2-way sewage clean-out installed, and the fragile kitchen drainage pipes needed to be replaced. Our house was having water heater issues initially, but after inspection we found out that the entire piping system was galvanized steel and incredibly damaged. Tucson Plumbing and Drain replaced our water heater, repiped our entire house, flushed and descaled our sewer line, and repaired and replaced the interior sinks and fittings. The work was done in just under a week, with constant communication throughout the whole process. They never talked down to us or offered things we didn't need. The plumbing work itself was great; neat cuts made to work inside our home for easy repair later, and they cleaned up after the job was done. Overall I was impressed with how transparent they were with the work as well as how quickly it was done. The owner did a great job and I will absolutely be calling them for future plumbing needs!

Aram went above and beyond when he came to my unit to fix a gas issue that Southwest Gas had unfortunately overlooked. He quickly identified that a gas valve had been left on, corrected the problem, and thoroughly tested the entire unit to make sure there were no leaks. What really impressed me was how Aram handled the situation — he even got on the phone with the city to clarify permit issues we didn’t actually need, saving me time and stress. Andrew and manager were very knowledgeable, professional and efficiently fast! Had an emergency on Thanksgiving day, wasn’t able to get the work done due to a miscommunication (on my landlord) and appt was set for following day. I eventually called a few hours later when I came home to a full tub, toilet and puddles! Something a plunger definitely couldn’t have fixed on my own. I called back late evening and thankfully he was able to come out immediately! Have some outdated property and more work needs to be done, but the problem got resolved for the moment and it helped a lot. 100% recommend.
