Justin and Riley are absolutely the best! They are both so knowledgeable and very professional. We’re right on time , had a written estimate and worked with my finances to help me fix the problem. Very very nice and kind. I wouldn’t call anybody else, but Thompson!! They absolutely will not rip you off!!!!! Absolutely need to mention Mike!! Mike the septic Professor and guru!! Wow!! Might knew everything!! Was on time, no messing around. He got in there I got the job done!! Did a beautiful job.!!! I also want to mention Dustin! He fixed a problem. I have been dealing with for four months. Wow! I’m telling you people you can’t go wrong with Thompson. Dustin was very good at unclogging my drain and he left my place cleaner than he found it. I Called my home warranty to fix my water pressure regulator. The original plumbing company quoted me a ridiculous amount to retro fit my unit. I called Thompson plumbing from seeing their name in a mailer magazine. Dustin arrived and gave me several options to fix my problem. He quoted me within a few minutes and was able to replace my pressure regulator very quickly. I appreciated Dustins communication through out the process which made it very easy since i was out of town. I highly recommend Thompson plumbing on your next plumbing fix.

I called Thompson family Plumbing because I kept having water back up in my shower and sink. Everyone was punctual, professional, and explained exactly what needed to be done before starting the repair. The pricing was fair, and the work was done efficiently and neatly. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. The repair on my lines were extensive because I have old cast iron but I would have to give a shout out to multiple people. Riley for always explaining what’s going on and what exactly needed to be done. He also was a trooper with working around my schedule and coming back multiple times. Brandon, Riley, and Jordan for doing the no dig lining in a timely matter and making sure everything was cleaned up after every job. I know I am forgetting someone but you guys are all great and I appreciate the work you did. 100% recommend.

Craig was on time, worked very well and got the job down without any problems. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and showed me where the snake line went to fix my toilets. I am very pleased with the work he accomplished and didn't take as long as I thought it would. I differently will use Craig Plumbing again (if needed) You were awesome Craig Thank You!

Craig did a great job installing our new whole house. pre-filter. with all the water main breaks going on in our Park, this should make a big difference. Craig was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend Craig's plumbing to anyone.

Craig’s Plumbing definitely has fantastic service! Jason was EXCEPTIONAL! The job was a bit bigger than expected but he was happy to take it all on! He assessed and resolved the issue quickly! You could tell he takes pride in his work and was thorough in ensuring the issue was completely resolved! We cannot say enough great things about Arizona VIP Plumbing! First, Tim came out to assess the situation. He was straight forward, and even gave us different options for needs. He was very kind, professional and we really felt like he cared about getting our issues fixed. He was simply awesome! Being that this was through a home warranty (we just bought the house 5 months ago), we thought this would go smooth as silk. It did not. I had so much back and forth with the warranty company that I was getting a headache. Although this is not VIP’s fault. This is where the next best thing happened. Shauna stepped in and really helped make things happen. We weren’t getting far enough, fast enough with the warranty company, and I know that Shauna had to have went above and beyond to get the answers we were seeking from the company like she did. She was very helpful in helping us understand our coverage and billing more than the actual warranty company. The crew that was here to fix everything for us were outstanding! Tim was here along with Trevor and his apprentice, Rex? and they were able to amaze both my husband and myself with how well and quickly they were able to get our job done… and this was no small job. Main line slab leak- need I say more? They were FANTASTIC! My yard was put back together. My sidewalk doesn’t look all janky. The sawed hole in the wall was put back together nicely. The hole in the garage floor looks good. They really did an amazing job, and we are very grateful and pleased.

We had a great experience with Arizona VIP Plumbing. From the first call to the job being finished, everything went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would, explained what was going on, and took care of the issue without any hassle. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right—not just getting in and out. It’s not easy to find a plumbing company you can trust, but this is definitely one I’d recommend and use again.

Jet came out to my Condo & did an excellent job & was very professional & patient. I had a leak we couldn’t find in tub going to downstairs neighbor & he was patient and found it. Being there much longer than intended & if the HOA wasn’t there watching I’d given him bigger tip for his time. I unfortunately had my entire HOA of 6 show up for this & the lady below gave a bad review. Truly sorry for this & it was very unexpected but he handled it professionally & also helped discover some plumbing issues at my work & found the issue. I would highly recommend this Gentleman to anyone needs a professional to do any inspection! This has been my second experience with Stefick plumbing, and let me tell you Eden takes pride in his work and cares about the customer always sending me pics and videos and explaining things to me. I needed a new water softener system and he put in one of the best with a great warranty and did good quality work! Has improved the water in my house so much!

Steflick was very responsive and thorough. Communicated well the entire process. Gave me several different options and was respective of my decisions. He went above and beyond. It’s been a few weeks since he completed the work and everything is great! I believe my problem was specific and other plumbers did not listen to me instead they made me pay for unnecessary work that did not solve the problem.

Kris was absolutely amazing and so kind. He came out and completely redid work from another technician to get everything in working order. He even came out another time to check something for us and was still as nice as can be. Would highly recommend Kris (WITH A K) from Van Rooy.

Well they did it again! I called and got service within one day to fix an issue with my main water line. Kris was sent to my home and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and the quality of his work was exceptional. Another great representative from Van Rooy Plumbing. Customer for life! 10 months ago...Van Rooy Plumbing is absolutely fantastic. Service tech Brian was exceptional in his knowledge detail and professionalism. He should be recognized for his incredible customer service. I couldn't be happier don't go anywhere else.

We don't live here but own property. We called Shoreline Plumbing to replace a main valve INTO our condo. Starting with the young lady on the phone ... finishing with Dan and Phil doing the work, our experience with Shoreline was STELLAR!!! The young lady booked our appointment. Contacted our property manager and set up notification to our neighbors that water would be off for an estimated 3 hrs. All appreciated!! Dan and Phil showed up on time. The worked quickly and efficiently and water was off less than an hour. Greatly appreciated!!! Then the bill!! For the service they provided and quality of the work ... more than affordable!!! I see people on here griping about price of parts and doing their own work cheaper. Good for you!!! I know this ... a pro's work is valuable. These guys were about as professional as you can get!!! Shows up on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Installed a toilet for us, and was in and out in less than an hour. Reasonable parts and labor fees. Friendly and respectful. No attempt to up charge and even adjusted my water pressure while they were here. Very happy with their service.

I arrived at my second home in Havasu this past Friday evening around 7pm, getting everything ready for a party I was hosting the next day for about 20 guests. When I opened my garage door, my heart sank. There was water everywhere. My water heater had completely failed and I immediately went into panic mode. I called around six plumbing companies. Four never answered, one told me they couldn't get out until Monday, and then I called Nazy Plumbing. They answered after one ring and it was an actual person on the phone. The woman who answered was incredibly kind, reassuring, and understanding, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She told me she would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. To my surprise, less than 20 minutes later, two plumbers showed up at my door. They immediately shut off the water, assessed the situation, and clearly explained what had happened. Unfortunately the water heater needed to be replaced. They provided a quote that I felt was very fair, and then came the part that truly amazed me…they told me they could replace it that same night. They quickly went to pick up a new water heater, came right back, installed it, hauled away the old one, and had everything up and running in no time. While waiting for the new heater to get going, they even cleaned up all the water in my garage. I honestly didn't think customer service like this still existed. From the person who answered the phone to the plumbers who showed up, everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me out of a stressful situation. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Nazy Plumbing!!! You have a customer for life!!!!!

OMG!! These guys were awesome absolutely awesome they were able to come on site after hours resolve my issue and provide additional services without additional charges!! What an exceptional exceptional experience !! Whenever I have any type of issues with plumbing these guys, will be my first contact!! Major major kudos to Scott and Kyle for their exceptional professionalism and customer friendly support.

I had done business with them 4 previous times with excellent results. Unfortunately Pruitt's has become a dishonest, incompetent and predatory business like everyone else these days. My story is long, suffice to say they lied to me to add charges to a simple garbage disposal replacement on Home Warranty and got caught because I know what I am doing.They sent an unqualified and incometant technician who flat out lied to me. I have filed a formal complaint with the warranty provider They refused to respond to my inquiry. They also tried to bill the the warranty for the service that was not provided. I get that a small repair like that may cost them money, but cheating customers is not the way to improve your bottom line. If a vendor tries to upcharge you for a warranty repair you can request a second opinion from your warranty company. There can be charges or additional work required that is not covered. You need to be informed, seems every business is about ripping a customer off at every chance. I will never do business with them again, turned a satisfied, ongoing customer into an enemy over a $5.00 power cord. O Stars, cannot reccomend.

We put a work order in the late afternoon and they had someone out the very next day. Our plumber Brent did an awesome job and switched out our kitchen faucet in no time. Definitely recommend.

First person came to do the inspection (Water heater leaking) to see what needed to be done who was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. They called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving and I received a text with a photo of the person so you knew who to expect to show up I was then contacted by the office to schedule the water heater replacement install. Same thing, day of the install I received a call from the tech letting me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and quick with the install. Highly satisfied with this company.

We have used this company for years. Recently we had them up to service our Reverse Osmosis set up and tighten up a sink drain. I had attempted to put in a new drain set up into the sink myself but could not maneuver myself to get under the sink so we call J’Duva to fix this at the same time. Josh the plumber tried three times to complete the task but it just got worse. Regarding the Reverse Osmosis deal they left … this was last Friday. I had to call back on the Monday as it was still leaking. They came up and attempted to fix the Reverse Osmosis but it ended up worse with water leaking over my freshly painted garage floor. He tried to Mickey Mouse the seal but to no avail. They came back the next day again and finally repaired the reverse osmosis equip. He then notified me the after three attempts to repair the sink drain leak I was informed that because I had supplied the part that there would be an additional service charge of 105.00 … I politely asked him to leave before I lose my temper. This guy is a slob leaving dirty marks on the bathroom floor. Plumbers putty all over the place including the sink . The sink drain is still leaking. So you have now lost a customer !!!!

J D’Uva plumbing fixed the problem caused by the other (more expensive) plumbers in town. Larry did a fantastic job, showed up on short notice, he was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our leaking water heater. Thank you, Larry and the whole team at J D’Uva. We are very happy with their high quality of work!

If there were a zero star option I would select it. This has been the absolute worst experience with Dan. He was supposed to fix a simple part, and I thought it would be a straightforward process. Unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. From the start, he was incredibly flaky. I had to track him down repeatedly because he would not answer calls or respond to texts. It's as if he disappeared after taking my service payment. I tried to be patient, but the lack of communication was unacceptable and unprofessional. When I finally managed to reach him, instead of making things right, he refused to come back and service the property! This behavior is beyond outrageous. Taking my money and then refusing to complete the job is just plain dishonest. Save yourself the headache and avoid Dan. I wouldn’t trust him with even the simplest task. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to his customers' time and money.

I searched for at least 6 months to find a reliable company to install my new kitchen sink. I finally went on Angie's list and Air Control responded. I didn't even know they did this sort of thing. I've had experience with them in our condo complex so I was excited to find out they could do my kitchen sink too. They didn't disappoint. They stayed in touch with me the whole time until the day of installation. Adriel showed up on tine and did an amazing job. He also installed a new shower head and tub faucet. He was professional, charismatic and thorough. I'm so happy with everything and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I read the reviews and they were lower then I would normally call. After 2 companies never showed up, I gave them a call. They were on-time to the appointment they set. Gave me a quote in under an hour. Installed and tested my A.C. the ver u next day. They have called came by and emailed me to ensure everything was on track and working properly. They have out done my expectations in every way. I would definitely use them again. And would recommend them to anyone in need of their service. They removed and installed an ac unit in one day. They took all the trash cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and courteous in every step of the process. If you need an ac and want it done professionally and quickly these fellas dont mess around. They are efficient they are communicate and their work is too notch. If you're tired of waiting give these guys a call and they will have your ac fixed replaced or what ever you need in a timely matter. Could not be happier woth their service I am 1 happy customer.

What a great experience! We scheduled them to come do an inspection on our unit as it had not been utilized in several years. the technician showed up on time and gave a full explanation of his recommendations along with photos. we scheduled the work to be completed and the next technician that arrived was equally great. they completed the work in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. communication was great! Definitely recommend :)
