I text him late to get an appointment set up and he came 20 mins later even if it was 9 pm at night. Very reasonably priced and didn’t cost me my arm, leg and a child😂. Dave Anderson from Drain Solutions was fantastic. Came out at midnight to fix our plugged drain. The whole house was backed up. He knew what to do and did it very quick and professional. I will use him again for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Dave you saved my family from a nightmare next morning if we had no bathroom with 6 children when they woke.

I'm sure by now Mr Anderson you know who this is that $10,000 is a curing a lot of late fees and I have no way of getting hold of you I was hoping by now you pay me back like you said you would you were a man that stands by your word you put that on your kids that's what you told me and I'm really looking forward to you doing what's right by me after all you did take it and I haven't received what you told me? and I can't get a hold of you!!! for some reason my attorney would like to meet with you next week so I hope that we can get a hold of one another thank you I'm sure you want this over and done with

I recommend using Ambient Edge every day. Our house was built in 1940 and our old clay sewer line busted and when it got out of our hands to know what to do. We called and they sent Aaron out within 30 mins and he spent 3 hours diagnoseing our issue and finding out where all our lines were. He found out we had a whole knew sewer line ran in our yard that we had no idea about and never would have found ourselves. Only half the house was hooked to the new line. He worked out an amazing qoute for us and had Blaine and Anthony come run the line to connect the other half of the house to the new sewer line within 48 hours of it all happening. Aaron worked in the heat for 3 hours and figured out everything. So much more than service than expected. 5 stars all the way to him. Blaine and Anthony came and did the repairs and new line within an hour. Their work was awesome and done very well done. 5 stars to them as well. Thank you Ambient Edge. You saved us! I wanted say that the Ambient Edge Team that installed our Outdoor water faucets were truly Amazing! They were Extraordinary Hard Workers, took their time to install these faucets, explained in detail what they were doing and kept me posted on absolutely Everything! They were Cordial and Friendly! They were conscientious in their work and included me in supervision of their work! I can’t say Enough about Steve and his Worker. 1st visit: I said I needed to find a leak that water company alerted me to. I showed him a small leaky ball joint connecter - thats all I could find. We both said that wasnt a leak that would cost $15 a month. He walked around the house but didnt see anything. He did a good job, very polite. I was thinking $200max but it was $491. We still didn't know where the real leak was. 3 days later no hot water. Found water heater had turned into a magnificent fountain, like a garden hose on full coming out everywhere. Now I knew where the leak was coming from. It probably started small until it became huge. I called to share, just saying in the future it would be best to check the water heater, water softener and under the house - you wont find those leaks unless you inspect. He wanted someone to look and learn training points so I agreed- but said I wasnt financially ready to replace it yet. He said "No Charge", so I said ok. The man who came was very nice and shared water heater info with me. I showed why no water could be seen from the outside, and why each appliance needed to be checked. Before leaving he said investigating for a water leak was $600. First time I heard that, tho I had requested them to find a water leak as per the water company. It's unfortunate that all people working for the company don't have the same information. It seems the same everywhere. They had originally told me on the phone, before the first visit - there was a $100 charge for coming out that would be deducted from repair charge. That didn't happen, I just paid the $491 specified by the book for the repair. On the second visit for "trading purposes" he wanted me to pay $100 for coming out, but the office fixed that confusion.

Richard gave us his diagnosis on our Phorid fly problem. He looked at all our plumbing in the house and explained a couple of issues he saw. With that came the explanation as to why it would be better to replace what we had. He also checked our clean out and the Septic. He was very thorough.

Richard was awesome. He knew his stuff, he advised me, super competent. He was Clean, Professional, So nice, Communicated the problem -even explained when I didn’t understand. Highly will recommend. I’m hoping not to need- but in future will only call them! Previous “plumber” never attached pipes that was inside wall- so fixtures moved- this is an after photo. So happy.

Josh and crew did the plumbing on our new 3,000 sq ft custom home in Riata Valley. We depended upon Josh to guide us from blueprints to finished product and he provided us with valuable advice on every aspect of the project. We are particularly happy with the Rennai gas hot water heater and circulation system. We have instant on demand hot water and believe it or not, our gas bills have not exceeded $45.00 a month. We have gas primary heat and super insulation in the home and the Rennai unit works flawlessly and is very economical. Absolutely ecstatic with Greg and his work. Our master bathtub wasn't draining well and I couldn't fix it myself. So I called Greg and he showed up on time, and within minutes had the drain opened and cleaned out. It saved me so much stress and time from trying to figure it out myself. I have called on GML twice now, and both times was more than pleased with Greg's honesty, timeliness and helpfulness. His fair rates were just an added bonus when I was used to much higher rates for less in my prior state of WA. I couldn't tell you what he excels at most: Skills, Honesty, Customer Service. It is all the same. Exemplary. When we used his services in July to repair all the leaks we found in the home we just purchased, and to hook up our Reverse Osmosis system, he also took the time to explain our septic system and water issues for our area. Today, I broke an outdoor PVC faucet coupler which required me shutting our water off. Greg came through and saved the day in an unexpected (and yet very appreciated) way. I am just not used to plumbers who value their customers so much that they would go so far out of their way to meet their needs. Greg, we will be calling you soon to put in our new lines. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Our pressure tank was leaking and we called Greg at almost 5 pm and he returned our call right after that! He was up early the next day fixing our tank! Great service for a great price!

RATE ALERT! 🚨 $95/hour for the plumber + $70/hour for the helper = $165 PER HOUR before parts. If you see a drip, be prepared to pull out a grand. 😅 We had a leaking water heater valve and shower valve repaired, and the total bill ended up over $1,000, with the majority of the cost driven by labor rather than parts. To be fair, the plumber himself was very nice, professional, and did fix the issues correctly. I also appreciated that the office reduced the bill slightly when I called. This review is simply to help future customers avoid sticker shock. Before approving work, ask for a detailed estimate up front and make sure you fully understand how labor is billed, including helper/apprentice charges and estimated repair time.

Truelove's is a top shelf company. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. Replaced the antiquated fixture that we could not find parts for with new valves and a modern look. Tech was polite, clean, and knowledgeable.
