Expert Drain Cleaning in Flagstaff, AZ

Ken and Brent came to our house and they were fantastic! Our toilets had backed up earlier this week so we had our septic tank cleaned out. After a day our toilets were plugged again so I called TCR Rooter and Plumbing Repair. I spoke with John and he lined up the fellas to come out. Both Ken and Brent were great! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and did good clean up of the bathrooms they were working in. Next time we have a plumbing problem I will be calling TCR!!!

Had a sewer line clog and TCR was able to get us in the next day as a referral from our normal plumber. Brent came by and was extremely helpful, informative and kept us in the loop every step of the way as we encountered a few new details about our older home (built in 1942). Brent got the line unclogged, was mindful of our pets and kiddos, and was extremely courteous and personable. We will definitely use TCR again for the recommendations they made to upgrade / improve our existing plumbing. Thanks again, Brent! You’re the man!

Overall great experience. I called first thing on a Monday morning and they answered right away. Got me scheduled same day, tech was right on time. Ferlando fixed my waterheater quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. Fair price and very quick response. Nice office folks and tech. Highly recommend

Thank you Ed and Jeff for outstanding plumbing service on short notice! They dismantled two big mainline clogs without complaint all while keeping up a lovely conversation and explaining what they were doing. They were fast and effective and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again!

Very knowledgeable wouldn’t hire again however. Up charged on the out of pocket expenses. Ex: over $200 to install a $30 pan under the water heater that was getting drained already as apart of the service job. Cut my pvc to the drain and said they would replace it and never did after telling the new tech they sent out after the initial appointment. Stay away.

From our first inquiry call, to the in-person quote, to the installation of a new water heater and radiant floor heat manifold the folks at E & S Plumbing Services were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I am especially grateful for the work that Ryan and Tony did on our aging radiant floor heat system and the beyond expectations service of Shane who came out on a call during our biggest snow storm of the season.

Ty moved the hot and cold water supply lines to tie into my vanity and installed my drain line. Ty was very professional in his task. He was very friendly and helpful with any question I had.

In the middle of the night, I heard the sound of rushing water and realized I had a leak. I quickly turned off the water to my house and reached out to three different plumbing companies. Ace Home Services was the first to respond and got someone to me before any of the others. Dennis arrived promptly and did an amazing job. He was thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He found the source of the leak — in the slab — and my heart sank because I thought they’d have to tear up the flooring. Instead, Dennis and his co-worker Ty were able to repair it with minimal damage by going through the wall, capping off the broken pipe, and rerouting the water line. They were incredibly careful, conscientious, and professional throughout the entire process, putting extra care into leaving as small a footprint as possible. I’ve included photos of the wall — it looks fantastic and will be an easy finish! I’ll absolutely use Ace Home Services again. They truly saved the day, and I can’t recommend them highly enough — 10 out of 10!

My service with Assurance was great! They were able to schedule my service quickly and the communication was great. My technician Scott was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated that he discussed some additional work that would help with slow draining because of the pipe configuration but there was no pressure to do it right now - but something to consider for the future. This was my first experience with Assurance but based on it they will be the first people I call for any future plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber for a diagnostic visit due to clogged toilet at my ABNB. Assurance Plumbing was able to arrive within 24 hours and resolved the issue and the price was very reasonable. My technician Scott has been out to my house twice now. Always very professional, knowledgeable and gets the issue done efficiently and effectively. He explained everything clearly so I understood what went wrong and the solution. This company is definitely my go to for all my plumbing needs. I also don’t feel the price has been bad at all. Isaac is the gold star in service professionalism. After another company attempted to rip me off for a weekend emergency service (running a cutter through my line) for which they quoted me $465 for, took them an hour to show up for and another hour to complete, only to try to sell me a hydro-jetting or $4800 line replacement. I called Royal. Isaac answered and said, "I can be there 20". He showed up in 5 minutes and had my line free of roots in under 15. Also, charged me almost half of what I was quoted from the other guys who didnt even remotely deliver. Don't worry about shopping around, Royal Plumbing comes up Aces EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Royal Plumbing has helped me twice in the last two months. They have shown up to repair the problem within minutes of my call. The first time was on a Sunday (try to get anyone else to show up on a Sunday). The second time was to replace a pressure reducing valve. The temperature was in the 30s and they had to dig in the mud shoveling with a trowel by hand to get to the valve. The project took Kenji and Reng about an hour and a half to complete the job. They were animals, I've never seen anyone work that fast.

Gabe was fantastic! I couldn't be more happy with the service he provided! I had an issue with an electrical outlet and the wiring to it and he did an amazing repair on it. He was extremely quick to respond and came out same day. As well as informing me on how to improve my electrical usage so the problem doesnt accure again and how to keep it safe so the system doesnt become overloaded. I want to express my gratitude to Brian, the owner of Lynlee Plumbing! Our experience with plumbers in our area was less than satisfactory. We were met with some amazingly unreasonable pricing. One quoted $500 for a clogged toilet, and another wanted $450 just to replace a provided toilet! To top it off, none of the companies were willing to provide pricing over the phone and charged us just for the privilege of driving to our home to price gouge us. But when we called Brian, he not only did he offer transparent pricing upfront, but he also managed to schedule us within just a couple of days. That level of promptness was fantastic.
