Even better, they provided me with a more reasonable quote than anyone else I had spoken to. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Communication was quick, direct, and made scheduling the appointment effortless. They arrived the very same night—within the hour which was honestly a huge relief. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and clearly explained everything that was going on with my pipes. They were able to unclog the drains from the main system efficiently, and also walked me through what caused the issue, how to handle it if it happens again, and how to prevent it in the future. It was Sunday afternoon around 3 PM. One of my tenants called to say their only bathroom toilet was having issues. I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing. Miles/Plumber answered his phone! I gave Miles the address and he arrived at the house in less than1 hour! Miles resolved the toilet problem and even checked the other drains at the property. He texted video of the repair. Communicates arrival time before coming. Miles was professional, kept the work area clean and was determined to get to the root cause of our issue. All I can say is Jordan is the best!! Personable, hard working, super knowledgeable, pays attention to detail and a great critical thinker. We have a ton of complicated plumbing issues that have arose from a main line back up that flooded our home, and Jordan got in and got to work, literally in the trenches. He has been collaborating with me and keeping me updated to my options along the way. I have a clear understanding of what is being done and why, which is also appreciated. So glad he’s on our project!

We had a serious pipe leak behind the washing machine that soaked the floor overnight. They came the same morning, pulled the unit carefully and identified a cracked connector hidden deep in the wall. Repair took about an hour and they tested everything twice before leaving. The technician was calm and explained each step without rushing. Slightly higher cost than expected, but the quality made sense.

I needed a new shower regulating device inside the wall of my old house. I called Before & After and they sent our Mauricio. He told me what I needed and what it would cost. I thought about it a few days and called them back to schedule the installation. Mauricio took it apart to see what configuration was needed, knew where to find it (not Home Depot), went to pick it up, and returned to install the whole assembly perfectly. I was so happy with him working for me and carrying on a great conversation at the same time. He was great. Call this company if you have a need to. You will not be sorry.

Before and After was fantastic! Customer service done right. Nick installed a new disposal in less than an hour. The receptionist kept me posted on Nick's ETA the whole time. Within a minute of reaching our got a text back, explained the problem of clogged bathroom sink and what we tried for a fix. We were given an approx time of 12-4 same day. Our kitchen sink started leaking, and what initially looked like a simple repair quickly turned into a much larger project. One of the faucet lines had a failed gasket, and while attempting to replace it, the fitting broke. Unfortunately, the replacement part was no longer available, so we decided to install a new faucet instead. While installing the new faucet, we discovered that one of the old shut-off valves under the sink was also leaking. Since both valves were the same age, I decided to replace them both. However, when we shut off the water to the house to make the repair, we found that the main shut-off valve was no longer fully stopping the water flow. At this point, the job was beyond my abilities, so we called The Plumber Guy. They arrived quickly and got right to work. The technicians were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced the main shut-off valve to the house and completed the installation of the new kitchen shut-off valves efficiently and correctly. What had turned into a frustrating chain of plumbing problems was resolved quickly and professionally. We had delayed calling because we assumed it would be expensive. In reality, the repair was affordable and well worth it.

I hired this company to replace a toilet water supply hose. During the repair attempt, their technician damaged the pipe connected to the building’s internal plumbing. The original job was not completed. After the damage occurred, the technician said he could not repair the pipe with the equipment he had and only offered to cap it. He still requested payment for the original hose replacement for $350 to cap the pipe and additional $650 to replace the pipe later. When I said I needed to speak with the company first, he left the job site before resolving the issue. Later, the company told me it would cost an additional $250 to cap the damaged pipe and denied responsibility. They also claimed I had been warned beforehand that the pipe was old and at risk of breaking, but that was not true. I was only told about the pipe condition after the damage had already occurred. The pictures are how the technician left the scene while I was still on the phone with the company.

Matthew and Brian were great to work with. Respectful, knowledgeable and efficient- quality job. Replaced my hall bath toilet, only took an hour and cleaned up after. I’m writing this review for two reasons. My landlord called to request a plumber and I got a phone call from dispatch within five minutes. She was so sweet and right to the point. Brian is my main reason for this review. And let me tell you I NEVER write reviews. I opened my front door to Brian with the biggest smile on his face. As a single mom, you become cautious of who comes in your home. You could tell Brian has awareness and respect for his surroundings. Making sure he called out to me any time he needed to check something in the bathroom so he wasn’t walking in and out unannounced with me and my children home. When explaining issues, I didn’t feel like he was belittling me like some workers have made me feel in the past. He was here for hours making sure the job was complete and thorough. My lines are connected to my neighbors so I think that’s where the challenge was. I simply appreciated his workmanship and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
