Expert Drain Cleaning in Chino Valley, AZ

Tom came back to check on previous employees failure to clean out tree roots. Previous employee used an electric snake, like the one we own, it got out of hand and he broke sewer line and water line, all he did was punch a hole thru toilet paper which it allowed to flush thru 2 guests in my Airbnb. When Tom came you could tell he did not want to deal with the situation as telling my husband and I if he used his tool it would break our pipes. He never took a camera to look at the issue, as we explained my husband and I had separated the pipes and had taken our camera to look into the issue, we had previously taken off the toilet( we are in our 70’s and my husband had a stroke wheelchair bound) Tom told us to get someone who does hydro jetting( which can breaks pipes too Tom went back to office stated I wouldn’t let him cut pipes or take off the toilet never said such a thing. I am currently waiting for supervisor to call as I want a full refund($754).

Had an emergency. My septic tank drain from the house was clogged. Tom was great. Very professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately it was more involved than just a simple unclogging and he explained the next steps to take for me to get the ball rolling on fixing it. I was impressed with Tom and the Benjamin Franklin company and will recommend you guys in the future

Aaron was friendly and did most of the work in a short period of time. He forgot to return to finish the job so I had to call four times. He came out and apologized as he forgot to finish the small job. No biggie to me. What I was upset was the cost of $2K. It was excessive for the job. I had surgery on right hand so I couldn’t do it. Aaron dug a few feet down reattach the flipper and install a new tube. Being retired with limited income the price was too high for the job. the only new parts was the 40 gage tube and cap which was about $25. The flipper was not replaced but reattached. I feel you folks could do better by not charging a high price for the type of job. The $538 to come out would have been the price to pay. The back up problem was the back flow flipper came off and cause the stop of the flow. Once it was moved the water flowed away. Other suggestions came with a price tag of $4K the back flow value was already installed. Like I said the cost was way too much. Aaron was good doing his job. I’m just angry at the price.

After an experience with a local plumber who couldn’t resolve an emergency that stopped us from using water or sewer in our apartment complex, inconveniencing, both, us and our tenants…we went without water and sewer from seven o’clock that morning until the following day!!! We called Gold Star the evening of the first day and immediately spoke with Ann who understood our issues completely! She scheduled us for an assessment the following morning, with actual repairs scheduled for that afternoon. On the morning of the assessment, Clay, the technician, called me before eight o’clock an said he would see me shortly, he was expedient and reflected a high level of professionalism, warmth (especially on an extremely cold an wet day), and understanding!!! From the moment he introduced himself, explained the process, provided an estimate for the possible repair, and product knowledge, we were amazingly impressed! Upon his initial inspection, Clay, also, answered all of our questions intelligently, helping us understand a variety of issues we had been dealing with. At that point, we decided to do a more thorough investigation and repair, which he said he could start immediately!!! We were ecstatic!!! Upon approval of the new estimate, he began an extremely detailed assessment using a camera and an iPad to reflect the condition of our downline, the exact location of the blockage, and the condition of our sewer-line. We were impressed by Clay’s explanation of what needed to be done, both, short-term and long term! After the explanation, he began hydro-jetting our downline, our upline, and all seven roof vents on our property, including our waste-line on our kitchen sink!!! He cleared all invasive roots, cleaned and flushed all lines, removed all blockages and then videoed the mainline. He went on to show us how thorough his expertise and equipment had left our system in pristine condition!!! He then inspected the property, put away his tools, secured all of his equipment, cleaned up all work areas completely, and walked the area with us explaining the work that had been completed. He discussed future issues needing attention, and the level and quality of repair that could be done!!! Again, we were impressed and extremely comfortable with the absolute quality and outcome Clay exhibited throughout the day until the job was done!!! We anyone could leap tall buildings, walk on water, and be faster than a speeding bullet, both, Clay and Gold Star would fit the description!!! Thank you Clay and thank you Gold Star!!! Clay Komos did an amazing job at diagnosing and repairing our circulator pump for our home water system. Once we received the parts needed for the repair, Clay was able to able to schedule the installation within two business days. He was knowledgeable and explained what the issues were with our old circulator pump. He was also very friendly with me and my kiddos! Would highly recommend Gold Star Plumbing!

Great experience all the way around. The guys that came out were fantastic; professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The job entailed cutting into our foundation slab and repairing a leaking waterline. Price was reasonable and they started the very next day. This is my second experience with Ben from Diamondback Rooter Service. The first time we had a huge leak that turned out to be the pressure release valve on our water heater. I live in Phoenix, but I called him and he went out there that day and fixed it quickly efficiently and for a fair price. I needed his services again this week for a different problem he got right out there as soon as he could and solved the problem. Caleb was given a difficult task of finding a leak in the main sewage drain, dug down six feet in a small front yard. His team had a “Can Do” attitude the three days they worked. Pulled out boulders and huge roots to clear the drain. This problem affected all water related appliances in the house. Prior to leaving, the team ensured all appliances were cleared and the huge mess was cleaned up. I also need to give Stephanie a member of admin staff a positive shout out. The owner, Caleb, is an outstanding guy. I had called to ask a few questions about relighting a water heater that was giving me some trouble. He patiently walked me through the steps over the phone, and I was able to get the water heater lit with no problems at all. It’s rare to find someone so willing to take the time to help. Zach was awesome! The specific drain issue required that we get just as much information needed to figure out my options before committing to a fix. Zach was able to quickly make an evaluation and offer solutions when i was ready to move forward. As the prospective buyer of the property being serviced, what really stood out with zach was that he was really good at listening to my thoughts concerns about the property. He shared his thoughts which helped me close out a bunch of questions that had been rattling around in my head. Great guy, really helped me out today.

I had the pleasure of having an amazing technician named Christian Williams come and help out with my water heater. He was quick and professional the whole time he was here. These guys are the best choice out here, very quick in responding to my issue, job was done same day. I won't be calling anyone else. I had a septic tank backing up and was quoted for completely wrong jobs by other folks. I hope everyone is doing their research and homework before accepting the first quote.

Worst plumbing experience EVER!!! After not showing up to the first appointment with no call or explanation, they showed up to second appointment several hours late. They sent kids that were unsupervised and did not speak English. Had the water turned off till 8pm at night. Replaced my high end shower valve and faucet with cheap fake plastic bottom of the line junk. All the pipes were loose in the walls. No caulking. Cross threaded screws. Everything is crooked. They left a 4 inch DRYWALL screw literally up against the pex hot water pipe. Removed 2x4s and drywall...all this and then left without explanation. Probably due to the language barrier?? Several weeks later I finally got ahold of the journey man who originally looked at the job and talked him into just replacing the junk valve/faucet that I had to purchase....and he completely flaked on me AGAIN!!! No call. No explanation. I'm DONE with City Plumbing. They are not allowed at my house ever! So disappointed in their AWFUL and unprofessional service. What joke...
