Roto-Rooter Plumbing Drain Services
502 E Cottonwood Ln #16, Casa Grande, AZ 85122, USA
(520) 747-0600I required service on my bathroom sink that had a deep clog in it. I made an online service request and they responded to schedule in no time flat. Service tech Cody arrived to address my issue. He was kind, courteous, and most of all a hard working individual. You could tell that he really cares about his customers and their needs. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and was confident in his ability to repair it. In no time, my sink was draining with no other issues. Cody is definitely a great asset to the Roto-Rooter company.
6 months agoAbel really took the time to explain what was going on with our sewer system. It didn't take any time at all and he found the problem. Roots from our trees plugging the line. I couldn't believe the roots he pulled from the line. It had to be 4 foot long ball of packed roots. It didn't slow down, it just quit running one morning. I thought our septic tank was full but Casa Grande Septic told me it's probably a plugged line. All good now. A little pricey but problem solved.
1 year agoKitchen sink clogged. House guests for week. What do I do??!!. Called Roto-Rooter for first time . Came within an hour and a half. Technician was personable and knowledgeable. Price/rate was very reasonable. Two weeks and sink and I are happy. Would, without hesitation, call them again.

15295 W Waverly Dr #7550, Casa Grande, AZ 85194, USA
(520) 397-3653After moving into our new home, we needed to get our water heater replaced. We first got a quote from another company, but then found Arizona Best Plumbers and decided to reach out for another estimate. Brendan came by on a Sunday, checked everything out, and gave us a much better price for the same water heater—saving us a lot of money. We also had a few other plumbing jobs taken care of at the same time and were very happy with the top-notch service. The plumber was prompt, polite, and did the work quickly and efficiently. A couple of weeks later, we had a clogged drain, so we called again. Brendan returned and skillfully found and fixed the problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We’re really glad we found such a reliable and professional plumbing team. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest and skilled plumbers!
6 months agoi wish i could give more than 5 stars! i can't say enough good things about our experience with this plumbing company. after a bathroom remodel with a different plumber, we ended up with a lot of issues—like a leaking tub faucet, a hand shower put in wrong, and even water showing up in our crawl space. i needed someone reliable who could figure out what was really going on and fix it right. when i called, ross took the time to really listen to everything i was worried about and got us scheduled fast. herbert, the plumber, showed up exactly when he said he would and found all the problems, including the fact that our shower drain hadn't even been hooked up by the last plumber. our bathroom and shower had just been tiled, so i was really nervous about more damage. but herbert worked carefully and found a way to get to the pipes without breaking or cutting the tile. he had to cut small openings in the back of a built-in cabinet behind the bathroom wall, which was no easy job, but he did it perfectly. these plumbers are true professionals—upfront about pricing, efficient, and they really care about doing things right. i honestly don't know anyone else who would have gone the extra mile to save our tile work like herbert did. we feel lucky to have found them and won't use anyone else for plumbing from now on. highly recommend!
5 months agoI had a fantastic experience with this local plumber. Right before a big holiday, our hot water heater stopped working—of course, it always happens at the worst time! A friend recommended this plumber, so I gave them a call. Even though Herbert was swamped with other plumbing jobs, he still made time to come by that evening and check everything to make sure we were safe and there weren’t any major issues with the water heater. Herbert clearly explained what repairs were needed and gave us a price that was much lower than we expected. He let us know he had family commitments, so the earliest he could officially fix it would be the next week. Although we understood and told him family comes first, Herbert surprised us the very next morning by calling to say he could come by and take care of it immediately. We always try to support local businesses, and this plumber really showed what it means to care about your customers. Herbert was honest, hard-working, and truly took pride in making sure our plumbing was back up and running, especially during such a busy time. It really meant a lot that he went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend!

3467 S Mammoth Dr, Casa Grande, AZ 85193, USA
(520) 552-2777A few years ago, I contacted Allen Family Plumbing & HVAC here in Casa Grande when I needed a new water heater installed and my old one removed. Jay was fantastic—he took time on the phone to go over all my questions and helped me understand if my installation would be straightforward or not. He worked around my busy schedule and was really flexible, even when I was running late to our appointment. Jay stayed in touch with me throughout my drive home, and when I finally arrived, he was still there, ready to get started. The installation went smoothly, and I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. More recently, I needed to have my water heater drained. Evan came out and handled the job quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and even took a moment to give me helpful advice about replacing my toilets in the future. I really appreciate how reliable and honest everyone is—they always take the time to explain things in a way I can understand and never rush through the work. It’s not easy to find a plumbing company with such fair prices, dependable staff, and a personal touch. I trust them with my home, and I’ll definitely be calling again for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Five stars!
4 months agoWe reached out to Allen Family Plumbing & HVAC after another company missed our scheduled appointment. Honestly, I’m thankful things worked out this way because we ended up having a great experience. We were able to book an appointment just two days after calling. Evan and his coworker showed up right on time and were both friendly and professional. Their pricing was very fair—actually, the final bill was even lower than the estimate since they offer discounts for military and law enforcement. Even without those savings, their rates are among the best around. The last company we used charged us much more for the same septic tank service, so we were pleasantly surprised at the affordability this time. After finishing the job, Evan took the time to explain how we could best take care of our septic system. They even replaced the screws on our tank covers, which was a nice touch. The whole crew went the extra mile, and I really appreciate the honest and reliable service with no hidden fees. We’re glad to have found a trustworthy plumbing team we can count on for the future.
5 months agoAllen Family Plumbing & HVAC helped me swap out my rusty old pipes, install a new water heater, fix a mixing valve in my shower, and clear up several stubborn clogs. I also got plenty of helpful advice and plumbing tips along the way. I first used their services a while back, and I still remember the great work they did. Evan handled everything with real skill and a strong work ethic that’s hard to find these days. He was practical and honest—just the kind of plumber you hope to get. Even though I’m not an active customer anymore, he still took time out of his day to share important plumbing info to help my father. I really appreciate their dedication and the quality service they provide.

I've used this company before for my plumbing needs, and they always provide reliable and efficient solutions. From checking out the issue to completing the water heater repair, everything went smoothly. 3 months agoClark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC LLC provided outstanding and detailed service when I had an emergency pipe issue at my house late in the day. Even though it was after regular hours, they arrived the same day and got right to work. Unlike other plumbers I’ve used before, they used advanced camera tools to actually find the real cause of my plumbing problem instead of just doing a quick fix. Thanks to their thorough work, I finally have a permanent solution. Eric and Johnathan were both very skilled and friendly, and they took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what needed to be done. Highly recommend their plumbing services.
3 months agoWe had a plumbing emergency with a leak in our hallway early on a Sunday morning and weren’t sure who to call, so we searched online for help. The plumber, Eric, arrived quickly—within the hour—and took care of the leak in no time. He explained everything clearly, was very professional, and the cost was fair. Living in Arizona, it’s important to have a reliable plumber when those unexpected leaks happen, especially with the heat and high water usage here. We really appreciated how Eric made us feel comfortable and didn’t overcharge us. If you ever need fast and trustworthy plumbing service, I highly recommend calling these guys!

Common Drain Issues in Casa Grande, Arizona
Hard Water Mineral Buildup: Casa Grande's water is notoriously hard. Over time, calcium and magnesium deposits create a 'scale' inside your pipes, narrowing the passage and making it easier for hair and soap scum to cause a complete blockage that requires professional scraping or jetting.
Desert Silt and Monsoon Debris: During the summer monsoon storms, heavy rains can wash fine desert sand and debris into outdoor area drains or yard drains. This heavy sediment settles deep in the pipes and often requires professional hydro-jetting to fully clear the line.
Invasive Tree Roots: In our arid Arizona climate, tree roots are desperate for moisture. They will find even the smallest crack in a sewer line to enter, creating stubborn obstructions that typical store-bought liquid cleaners simply cannot dissolve.
Grease and Fatberg Formation: Even in the Arizona heat, cooking grease can cool and coat your pipes. In many Casa Grande homes, older plumbing systems are particularly susceptible to these 'fatbergs' which trap other food particles and lead to frustrating, slow-draining kitchen sinks.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Casa Grande, Arizona
Pre-Monsoon Inspection: Before the July storms hit, ensure your yard and patio drains are clear of debris to prevent localized flooding around your home's foundation during heavy downpours.
Water Softener Maintenance: Since Casa Grande has high mineral content, keep your water softener salt levels maintained year-round to prevent scale buildup that eventually chokes your drainage system.
Holiday Kitchen Care: During the winter months, avoid putting fibrous desert vegetables or heavy fats down the disposal to prevent emergency backups during peak family gathering seasons.
Spring Root Check: Schedule a camera inspection in the spring to identify if thirsty desert trees have breached your main sewer line before the summer heat causes them to expand and cause a full backup.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Casa Grande, Arizona
Standard drain clearing in Casa Grande typically ranges based on the severity of the clog and the equipment required (snaking vs. hydro-jetting). Emergency after-hours service or main sewer line access may increase these costs.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Casa Grande, Arizona
How quickly can a plumber reach my home in Casa Grande?
Because we filter by your specific zip code and call to verify immediate availability, we can often find a certified Casa Grande plumber who can arrive at your door within a few hours, even during the busy summer months.
Do you handle emergency drain cleaning on weekends?
Yes. Our service specifically scans for 24-hour availability in Casa Grande. We confirm that the plumber is actually on-call and ready to solve your issue before we provide you with their information.
Why are my drains always slow in the 85122 area?
The 85122 and 85194 areas often struggle with high mineral content in the city water. This 'hard water' leads to scale buildup inside pipes, which catches debris and causes frequent, recurring slow drains.
Can you find a plumber with hydro-jetting equipment?
Absolutely. When we call to verify availability, we check that the technician has the specific tools needed for your job, whether it's a simple sink snake or a heavy-duty hydro-jetter for desert sand and root removal.
Is it better to use chemicals or a professional service in Casa Grande?
Professional service is highly recommended for Casa Grande homes. Chemical cleaners often fail to dissolve the mineral scale common in our region and can actually damage older pipes over time.
