Well we have just moved to Bullhead a few months ago and the house we bought needed some plumbing work done we had called several different plumbers and reading the reviews on those plumbing companies they weren’t really that good. We called and John answered and he was very professional and that afternoon he had one of his guys Caleb come out to give us a quote we went ahead with it , John was very helpful in helping us since we are retired he took that into account and was very fair with his pricing. So Caleb was out the very next morning to get the job done. That included 2 toilet installs and changing 8 angle stops no easy task! Not only did he do a GREAT job he was very careful and didn’t leave a mess behind. He looks young but he definitely knows what he’s doing. Tony came right out. We had a major blockage in the pipes. It was bad. He worked on the pipes found the block 35ft down the line. They got it completely cleaned out and the cost was fantastic. I was expecting it to pay way more than it was. Keeping his info for future needs.

This morning (Labor Day, around 8:30am), Tony and Luis came out to fix a gas leak near my propane tank. They were super friendly, professional, and stuck to their original quote—only adding the parts needed for the repair. Not only did they take care of the leak, but they also went above and beyond by replacing a sprinkler valve and an additional gas line on my pool heater that had surface rust and would have eventually failed. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and the fact that they treated the job like it was their own home. Supporting local, individually owned businesses is important to me, and Tony and Luis have definitely earned both my trust and friendship. I have dealt with Air Control since 2018 to service our home in Lake Havasu AC system and they are a great company to work with. From the office personnel to the technicians in the field. I have had quite a few field techs and all of them treat us customers wonderful. This service was conducted by Mario and he was training a new tech so he was very good at teaching the tech and letting him know what to look out for and how to address certain things. Your company is top notch

Basically this will be first recommendation phase,and as time progresses a second will follow. As to customer service, the staff, from day 1 was dialed into being friendly, concerned and exceedingly helpful focusing on ME. Their service inspectors were prompt and checked HVAC, ELECTRICAL and PLUMBING throughly as my condo had gotten old and building codes have evolved over the years. Every area was inspected and recorded. Three level of improvements were presented for my consideration. The personal flair was welcomed and genuine. It you like being acknowledged, they will provide. I will be providing a final report once completed. But the service is outstanding.

Clint was very friendly. He was easy to talk to. He was very confident in what he was doing. He explained the procedure and the cost before he even started. They were very meticulous at setting up in my home and did a great cleanup afterwards we then discussed what the findings were and his recommendations and he offered to work with me to get me pricing and discounts because I’m a veteran, etc. so I was very pleased with this individual. He seemed to be training another guy by the name of Anthony and he seemed to be very receptive to learning I hope to do business with this company, depending on their estimate and the ability to work with me with my finances thank you very much.

Our Weird hot water heater started working again after a cold morning shower. Although there was nothing for Kent to repair when he arrived, he still inspected the hot water heater and even our water connection at the street to make sure everything was OK. On top of being nice, Kent didn’t charge us for the service call. I highly recommend him.

I found Simpson plumbing after being scammed by a different company. My water heater went out. Simpson didn't charge me to come to my house for a check up. Kent was honest and up front about prices and services they provide. He installed my heater and went beyond my expectations. Simpson is the best price and reliable. Mike is an awesome plumber. He came to my house after 2 other local plumbers told me I definitely had a leak but they didn't know where and walked away. Mike was Great!! When my water heater gave out I was lucky to have this guy come! He came over in the late morning, removed and replaced my old heater before dinner.
