We are new homeowners and not sewer savy so when we had our sewer line back up into our yard- I panicked. I had Martins number for another project we were getting estimates on, so I called him at 7 am (outside of normal hours when I discovered this) he answered and assured me someone would be here today. By 9am Dustin & Jacob were here and by 10 the line was unclogged. They were so professional, answered 150 questions (sorry guys) and helped me devise a plan to avoid this in the future. All for less than $200. I can’t thank them enough for their service & responsiveness. I will absolutely be calling & recommending them for all future business!

I have used Ferguson-Veresh for my furnace AC unit and was happy to note they also service plumbing. I got excellent and immediate service from the phone call I made in the morning to Jordan Gee and Anthony coming that afternoon. They explained everything in detail they were going to perform on my pipes and it was very reassuring. They cleaned up well and were very respectful.

Craig and Bryan were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved issues with both my hot water heater and a leaking shower—without it costing me a lot of money. I needed a shower drain repaired. Brian’s plumbing was out same day and repaired my drain and P trap. . I will definitely be using them in the future. Professional and friendly and let me know what was going on . Fast service is a plus !!! Plus they had to make a trip to get supplies , but were back in a flash seeing I Live at lake arrowhead, paying by the Hr matters and they never wasted a min they did there job and was on to the next adventure.

After going back and forth with the manufacturer about a fairly new water heater that failed, Brian’s Plumbing came out quickly and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Even though the manufacturer made the process difficult, the home office handled everything professionally and worked with Brian to resolve the issue fast. Anthony and his partner Barry were very kind and efficient. They removed the old water heater, installed the new one quickly, and left no mess behind. Hot water is working again, and I’m very happy with the results. I also appreciate the fact they have a 24-hour service. I’ll definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We had a hydrostatic test done by another plumber and were told there was no leak. A foundation repair company suggested that we have it retested by another company and recommended Brian’s Plumbing. The technicians that came out the first day weren’t sure if there was or wasn’t a leak. Different technicians came out the second day and said we did have a leak. They spent the rest of that day plus two more days testing. After four days and almost $4000 they decided there was not a leak. If you need a hydrostatic test done, I would recommend using some other company.

Well I’ve got to say if you need an honest, responsive plumber then Billy is your guy. Called this morning as our toilet was not draining. This is never a good thing, especially when you have just one bathroom. He said he would be able to get to us after lunch and he did. He was respectful of our home and did a great job. We’ve had trouble before getting a plumber that would come to Electra TX. He’s a seasoned professional that recently started his own business. He’s local and didn’t hesitate to come to Electra. Had these guys out for some sewer work. First HUGE plus was they showed up on time and went right to work. Very happy with the work they did. Price was extremely fair. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing work from here on out. Cannot recommend them enough.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mr G's. They made me a priority when I couldn't use my plumbing due to a sewer clog. They quickly diagnosed the situation and removed the clog in no time. They are an affordable family run business and really care about their customers. Communication and pricing were great. They responded great and cleared out pipes all up thought. We had to call them back because apparently our tub wasn't even hooked up the first trip and they did that at no cost. However, my tub has been draining slow since. I took it up on my self to bend a hook in a hanger thinking maybe it's just hair but to my surprise it was a toy...we don't have any small children so this had to have been there this whole time!

These guys are great. Twice in the last three months my main sewer drain line got stopped up and without hesitation they were on their way and got us fixed up in under half an hour. Also very reasonable on pricing even for emergency after hours if needed.

I am beyond grateful for the extra attention to detail that I received. I recently had my waterlines in my attic replaced. Timothy streamlined the lines, moved them out from under the vents, and triple insulated them. I survived this cold snap with no frozen lines! Not even a hint of reduced pressure. My old lines would have frozen solid or at best to just a drip (even when left dripping). My attic is not easy to work in so I very much appreciate the back-breaking work that it was. While he was up there, he noticed that my HVAC ducting had come loose and he attached it, too. What a blessing he and his team have been!

James Lane AC & Plumbing is awesome! Scheduling is super easy — Kim and Melody in the office make the whole process quick and painless. When Tim showed up to fix my plumbing issue, he was not only fast and efficient but also really friendly and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing without making it complicated, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. Between the smooth scheduling and Tim’s great service, I’ll definitely be calling James Lane in the future!

Communication was good and clear! Pricing was almost $80 more than the other company that we went with for a dryer vent cleaning. I think it’s a good company if you live in Wichita Falls, but I would not recommend if you live in any of the surroundings areas as we live 15 minutes out of Wichita & 20 minutes from James Lane which added a $71 trip charge alone to the total.

Tim and his crew came out and fixed my busted water line under my bathtub. They were very quick and professional. I highly recommend American Plumbing after my experience (even if he is a Longhorn fan). Got all the work done in about three hours and the labor charges were surprisingly reasonable.

Called to have a new faucet, put in, new disposal, and fix the leak under my kitchen sink.. Responded within hours, and actually had an opening the same day. Best Plumber I’ve used around Wichita Falls in many years. Would highly recommend.!!

Called Mac this morning when I discovered I had a broken faucet from the cold weather last week. He was already on a job but said he would work me in and he would call around 1pm to let me know how things were going. Called at 12 and was 10 mins away from my house and fixed the leak in about 15 mins. He is a true professional who is so reasonable and knowledgeable. He should be your first call anytime you have plumbing issues. I know he is mine!

Shower broke on a Sunday. Mac dropped everything to come help me get the water turned off, and then came back to fix it. Didn’t charge extra for being a weekend. Greatly appreciate his service

Do not recommend this plumber if we could give him zero stars we would. We could barely get him over. We had a day scheduled with the plumber when our roof was being replaced to move a water heater back. Of course he came and capped my sink water and left. Never can back left us without kitchen water and a utility sink. Terrible communication and unreliable.

These guys are great had 2 issues washer drain was blocked and one of my tubs was blocked. Guys got work done in less than a hour cleaned up really well. And my bill was 90 bucks!!! Great service super great price would recommend to anyone!!! They have definatly earned a l8fetime customer and will refer anyone i know 2 them

Really stellar plumbers! Their skill and expertise are unparalleled. They even managed to replace my water heater 20 feet from my sleeping baby without waking her! If I ever have need of a plumber again I'm calling them!

Let me start off by saying the previous 70 yrs of my home's owners suck. Everything they did was half arse. All the original water and sewer lines were never updated for 1950s materials. My sewer line was basically paper and was pretty much collapsed in several places. The water line was laying on top of the sewer line. Like touching the collapsed sewer line. All of this should have been replaced in the 1960s not 2025. Our gas line might have been replaced but it was still zigzagged across the water and sewer lines. I can only assume since Goodin wasn't around that's why they didn't do. This was scary. Having over 100ft between the meters and the house is a lot. We went without sewer for a full day, without water for 2 days and without gas for 4 days (the city inspector took a long weekend). Before Goodin I was afraid to do laundry or dishes, even just flushing was causing the sewer to overflow into the yard. Now I can flush a Tonka truck and it go. Brandon and his young ones did a great job. The customer service we got was amazing. They managed to come in under quote and since they dug right we don't have to pay the city for new concrete in the alley. Goodin was about 5th plumber we had out and the only ones that gave us an actual quote and were eager to do the job. They were extremely patient while I was freaked out by the size of the mound that was left behind. After some shoveling (them not us), cutting the grass and a little rain everything is settling correctly. While they were #5 on our call list before they are the only ones we will call going forward. Thank you for doing the job and saving us a little money.

I continue to call Goodin Plumbing first. There response time and communication are excellent. Their prices are competative. They are also honest and care about customer service and long-term relationships.
