In a routine inspection of my sewer pipes, a break was discovered under the foundation of my home (I could see it myself on the camera). It was an expensive repair, but working with the Radiant team was a really good experience. The project manager provided consistent and timely communication and the onsite staff who did the work were thorough, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I am 100% please and definitely recommend Radiant for any plumbing repairs.

After confirming that my existing water softener had a unrepairable leak I was provided a few quotes to have it replaced. After reviewing the quotes I opted to have Radiant install a new softener which they provided and after accepting the quote I was contacted within the same evening to schedule the install. Mike just finished up, gave a brief explanation (similar to my only units operation) and left the manual and ensured if I had any questions I could reach out. Collen and Alan did a terrific job with the repairs. They worked a long day to get the job done in a day and it wasnt easy. They went above and beyond, replaced our shower drain to make sure sewer pipes connected correctly....they tested the entire system to make sure their job was complete and then spent time with me afterwards to explain what they did and give me some guidance going forward.

What a lovely experience with Neighborhood Plumbing and their tech Austin today. I called a few places, including our usual, and only Neighborhood was patient and accommodating with our scheduling conflicts. I received a text 20min before Austin arrived, and was greeted with a kind and professional attitude. Austin asked a few questions, diagnosed the issue (slow kitchen drain), and then provided a quote. No hidden fee. No trip charge. No service charge. Just a flat rate for the work to be done. He noticed something odd in the way our last plumber ran our drain, and offered to correct it as a courtesy. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was happy with the service and will be using them again. Price and service was better than I expected.

Austin was wonderful. He was efficient and went above and beyond. I got three quotes to replace the water tank and chose Neighborhood Plumbing because the first company didn’t even come out, so they didn’t know my water pressure valve also needed replacing, and the second company tried to sell me on a lot of extra things, which was overwhelming. Neighborhood Plumbing was just right and was also price competitive.

I had a lot of water discharge from my water heater exterior drain pipe the night before the big freezes hit Austin toward the end of January. Turns out the T&P discharge line had been cut leaving a 4 inch gap. I rent so I wasn't aware it was a problem until the water discharge began. Having pipes burst in 2021, I was concerned it could happen again, but Tim assured me I'd be ok. Evan came and fixed the issue within minutes. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! They came out same day and installed a new toilet for me, im in the trades and respect great work. They even gave us home made candles lol. Will definitely call them again.
