Expert Drain Cleaning in Corpus Christi, Texas

PVC connections under my kitchen sink installed by Drain King of Corpus Christi have disconnected 3 times over past year and a half since installed.

Called after hours (7pm) for a clogged main line and were here within the promised time. Johnny was great and took care of the problem quickly. Price wasn’t cheap but reasonable for an after hours emergency

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When this began the water was draining at least slowly and I could see the pipe till the u-bend, now it's completely blocked and backed up more. They came out and snaked the drain after I told them I had already done a 25 ft snake. Okay fine, they had to try. Then they went on the roof said there was a clog they couldn't get through. Said they can't tell us what it is because of the clog. Then offer a camera. Said oh sorry our camera can't get through. Why offer to try the camera if you knew if it wasn't going to go through because of the clog. Then they offered to dig out everything and redirect the line instead of telling us what is going on with the current line. So after this expensive experience not only did they not fix the problem, but seem to have made it worse. Very poor service.

Reasonable prices for a simple clog! The city sewer was backed up, and when they cleared it, they blew the clog back into our line. Oscar and crew came out and had us cleared in no time. Appreciated their honesty and professionalism. For a simple clog they are hands down the best price in Corpus! Will only use this company from now on!!

My day started out bad by my car having car trouble I started calling around trying to find a mechanic and I was on Google and I saw this place and I read the reviews then I called and I asked them did they charge diagnosis fee’s and everything, etc. etc. they told me to come on in. They said if I do the job with them I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnosis fee From the moment I walked in the building. I felt as if I was around friends and family that I known my whole life they’re so welcoming so friendly, great people hands-down, and their mechanic is amazing. He took time to explain things to me because I was trying to make sure that I wasn’t getting myself Into a deeper hole by trying to fix it and he let me know the best route to take and once I informed him that I was dropping my car off they asked me did I need a ride they gave me a ride to my destination for free that was amazing that took a little stress off my plate. They drop me off at work stayed in contact with me the whole time while I was at work it was just a great experience from the front office to the mechanics. I’m looking forward to my car breaking again so I can go back and see these people.lol just kidding but seriously I invited them to a barbecue on the 16th. I’m hoping they come. First impressions are everything and these people have made an impression on me thank you guys so much. I really do appreciate your hard work dedication and putting me back on the road.

In April 2021 we got a new unit installed. The salesman that sold us the unit ended up selling a unit that would not work with our current thermostat. The installers literally through our old unit around the attic to the point where they broke our Internet cords. I work from home, on a computer, so internet is very much so needed. The installers would not go in the attic and see if they noticed any cords were damaged so my husband had to go into the attic and ended up falling through the roof because of all the debris and stuff the installers had thrown around. I understand that this is not a clean job but throwing our old unit around our attic and all of their trash is a bit ridiculous. We had settled out our bill with them and told them we would not be paying for the drywall repair because we shouldn’t have been in the attic seeing as the cord was cut by the installers throwing the old unit on the courts. It is currently 34° outside and I just went to turn on our heat and no heat is coming out. I just called to make an appointment for tomorrow I was told that they cannot service my house because there’s a $700 balance on my account. The balance on my account is due to the drywall repair that I had to pay. I am very disappointed in this company. When you pay $7400 for a brand new unit you would expect it to one work with your thermostat and to cool your house and three heat your house. I am hoping we can get on the phone and make this right but all I got was the runaround back in April.

I don’t write reviews often, but one was deserved today. My kitchen sink has been getting clogged every few months even though I don’t put a single thing down but water. I’ve had it “unclogged” by two other large very well known companies that used their diamond and 24k gold encrusted tools who left with a smile and half my pay check. I called Graf today, they showed up promptly and the technician, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and knew right away something wasn’t right. Also very friendly, courteous. One of those guys that you feel you’ve known your whole life. He was able to get it flowing again and explained what may be wrong with it which will require an opening in the wall. He gave me a very rough estimate for the repairs and diagnosis which is reasonable and I’ll be calling in a couple weeks to get the work done. He asked me if there was anything else I needed done instead of just smiling and driving away with my paycheck like the other guys did. I actually did need to get a hvac flush out installed and he quickly did it..like magic. Price was VERY reasonable for the work done and they now have a new customer for life !!! Highly recommend these guys. Made my day. Thank you Graf Plumbing!!!!

Everyone is always very courteous. I was delighted with the service time and outcome. The technician was very clean, presented very well and was impressively knowledgeable. He did a prompt, efficient assessment then returned to his vehicle, retrieved items and did they job. He only brought in what was needed using all of the items. Everything he brought in was remarkably clean. Though a messy job, he took care to clean afterward. This is the third time I've solicited Graf Plumbing service and each time, I was equally pleased. It's wonderful to have this consistent peace of mind and confidence in this professional option of Graf Plumbing.

Mr. Diego was our technician and we were very pleased with his timely manner in showing up, assessing the problem, listening to my explanation, explaining to me his diagnosis of the problem, and extremely polite and courteous! Had to have my homes sewer drain pipe replaced under my slab foundation. We had multiple estimates from various plumbers and ultimately chose ABC due to Justin's fair price, professionalism, confidence and ability to reassure us, as first time home owners, that our house would be perfectly fine during and after the job. After the large 25 foot long tunnel was made under our house, Justin quickly removed the old cast iron pipes and replaced them with the updated PVC, while also adding an extra access near the home. It has now been a year since the work was done, and we have not had an issue since! We have a 2 bed, 1 bath home, and have had up to 5 people staying in the house at times, and no problems! Cannot recommend ABC enough! Make sure to ask for Justin! Realizing now that I do not have pictures of the updated pipe under the house.

We are very satisfied with the Customer Service form Justin Warner. I called in and got the appt set within minutes i was hearing from him. Justin arrived really quick and was on the task just as fast. He got our shower valves fixed quick and everything worked perfect!! Connor is absolutely awesome!! I usually ask for Russel who is awesome and Connor is just as good. After years of disappointment with Corpus Christi plumbers I’ve never had a problem with ROTO. These guys don’t leave until problem is fixed and the plumbers all seemed be trained good (even the Gen Z).

Service technician was very polite and friendly, helpful as well . Explained everything that needed to happen. Service technician got the clogged done and found additional debris from my home . He was able to complete this job timely fashion on Christmas Eve . Thank you taking care of my home plumbing.

Affordable PID responded to my request for service quickly. He spent time explaining to me that he felt that our issue with the sewer was with the city sewer line. He got our sewer line cleaned out and draining correctly. We experienced the same issue within a week. This time it was a Saturday evening. I called Affordable PID again and left a message. He called me back early Sunday morning. He was at my house in less than a half hour. Even though he was taking his family to the South Texas Air Show he took the time to fix our problem again and he didn’t even charge me!! I would recommend Affordable PID to anyone that needs his services!!

Jordan with Royal Plumbing was great! He was very professional and answered all our questions. He was able to quickly remove the clog and took the time to check the sinks to make sure it was clear.
