The laundry faucet started dripping constantly, leaving water on the floor each time we used it. Their plumber arrived quickly, replaced the worn hose and checked all the connections. He tested the faucet multiple times to ensure it was working perfectly. The dripping has completely stopped and I’m relieved that our laundry area is safe from water damage.

I needed a new water heater installed and did a search. Bluefrog was one of the highest rated I found in San Antonio so I went with them. They came out and inspected, gave me an estimate, and installed the unit on the day that was best for me. The installation was quick and everything has been working great. I have no complaints.

Altin was FANTASTIC! He walked into my house and “heard” the leak in the ceiling. Made a minimum size hole in the sheetrock and immediately and was able to take care of everything and get our water back on. They are my new plumbing company!

Angel was amazing. Look for his name when you’re getting work done. He was professional, quick, efficient, and didn’t complain having to work late AND with a cold. I find plumbing way too expensive so decided to find a local retired plumber. However as Angel was leaving I told him he was patient and respectful. I just had carpet clean and he right away said let me put on covers on my feet! I was pleasantly surprised because most technicians don’t do that. I don’t know if the stars go for him or go for the company so I just put a 3. I also felt he was honest he didn’t want to start work and then it’d be a really big job. He allowed me time to make a decision and I really appreciate it that. I forgot to mention the first time I called they did tell me it was $49. I then canceled it because I found a free estimate. They said there was no charge for a second estimate but they charged me anyways I was disappointed about that.

Ian was an absolute ROCK STAR. He worked hard all day to complete the job. Ian answered ALL my questions with patience and skill. I could not have asked for better work and service. Dalton was also very polite and efficient. Great team right there.

Jim, the technician that came out here was super nice, very thorough and detail oriented. He told me what needed to be done, reassured me that none of it was urgent, but if it was him, he would have it done sooner rather than later. He emailed me pictures and prices so that I could figure out taking care of the issues. I highly recommend these people. The service is great, and the pricing is reasonable.

I’ve hired Little Chief Plumbing on three separate occasions. That alone should show you how good the service is. Pedro is always on time and keeps you posted on every part of the job. He’s quick to come out for a diagnosis and will send you a quote the same day. He doesn’t just fix the problem but check for other issues that may need to fixed. He came out and fixed a leaky drain pipe from my kitchen sink and noticed other cracks in the main drain line. He didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me on the other repairs and left it up to me if I want to get that fixed to. This is now my go to plumber and I’ll be reaching out to him for other projects.
