I’m very happy with the work done by Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC. They showed up right on time with a crew of six, including Howard and Ryan. I had my whole house in El Paso re-piped, and they didn’t mind coming out on weekends to get the job finished. The cost was reasonable and fit my budget. Now, with the new management, there’s always an experienced plumber on-site, fully equipped to handle any clogged drains that might pop up before or after the re-piping. If you’re planning a re-pipe, I recommend making sure both horizontal and vertical pipes are included. Maxwell was especially great—he kept me updated every step of the way and made the process easy to understand. once again, this plumbing company provided excellent service at our home. they unclogged our master bathroom shower drain, fixed a shower head that was full of calcium, and repaired the shower handle. devin, the plumber who helped us, also found a leak in one of our toilet tanks on the third floor and replaced the faulty part. finally, they put in a new kitchen faucet that we really needed for a while. devin was very prompt, polite, and quick while checking out all four bathrooms. i really liked how they sent a text with a photo of the plumber before he arrived—it felt very professional and made me feel comfortable. the owner even stopped by to check in, which was nice. they also gave us advice about our water pressure pump in the garage and told us what signs to look out for if it ever starts failing. on another occasion, we had a critical plumbing issue when the shower handle got stripped and wouldn’t turn off the water. maxwell answered the phone and quickly set up a visit for christopher to come between 3 and 5pm. he arrived right at 3:01, which was awesome. christopher wore shoe covers, was super polite, and got right to work. he figured out the problem, left to grab the part, and had everything fixed in less than 45 minutes. since we had to shut off the water to our house until it was fixed, we really appreciated how fast and efficient he was. the price was very fair, and we never felt pressured or taken advantage of. overall, this plumbing company is reliable, professional, and always does a great job. i’m happy to recommend them for anyone needing plumbing help in texas, especially with all the hot weather here where water issues can happen often.

I have used them twice --- last year for an emergency water leak in the front yard and today for the installation of a new water heater. Both tasks were accomplished in an efficient professional manner. Today, Eddie and Dorian did a fantastic job in a tight space installing the water heater while keeping the area clean. Last year, on a hot day, Adan also did a fantastic job finding the leak and quickly repairing it. I thought both jobs were reasonably priced for the superior service received. We called for a sink clogged that ended up affecting our washer line. Spoke to Robert and was able to schedule a estimate the following day. Patrick came over the next day and was done in less than an hour. Happy it wasn't anything major. I will definatly use them again. They are efficient and professional.

New Age came Saturday to quickly diagnose the issue, this morning the techs were here to do a locate. They were able to locate the leak within an hour and quickly started to work on it. The price is extremely reasonable and the guys were quick and professional with the entire process. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. After two other companies came and misdiagnosed or asked me to call the back in 30 days, I am glad they put the hard work and effort to repair my leak. Will call again if I need a plumber.

Lico and Patrick were very efficient and pleasant. They both took great care to protect my newly finished wood floors as they moved through my home. They left my home just as it was before they arrived. They were very thorough and checked all of my plumbing concerns. They identified a leak in my guest bath shower and fixed it as well as answered my questions about the water pressure in my home. They checked the water pressure and identified that the pressure was too high. They were able to come back the next day and install a new water pressure monitor to my water line. I am so glad that I called New Age and that Lico and Patrick were available to provide their excellent services. I will definitely ask for Lico and Patrick when I need New Age again.
