I found After Hours Plumbing Services in the Service Ad section. Made a call and they were able to come the next day. Matt came out, inspected the leak which was in the wall, gave the possibilities about the leak and the price up front before any work was done. He was professional, but also friendly, easy to talk to. Thankful that the company was able to return the next day, as water had already reached the carpet in the bedroom when leak was discovered. The job was completed and even though Matt had to do extra, the quote stayed the same. I’m very appreciative of that and the work. He even told me what we need to get done in the foreseeable future. Started with great interaction over the phone with Maria. Made quick work of getting me scheduled since our main water had to be shut off. Freddy and Miguel then came in to resolve the bursted garden hose pipe. They replaced the faulty builder install that had corroded with a proper fitting. Very clean, professional work. There are many positives to share about this company. The scheduling was fast and easy, and someone actually picked up the phone when I called. A texted link showed the live location of the technician, who arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, and explained everything clearly. Why not 5 stars then? Well, the issue I had was I needed my water heater pilot relit, and he asked for authorization for a $268 diagnostic fee. I assumed the problem would be complicated, so I agreed. I know that is 100% on me, which is why this is still an overall positive review. Once I signed he lit the pilot in less than 2 minutes, doing what I would've done. I won't go into the details but I hired a professional due to the circumstances rather than trying it myself first. I understand that there are minimum trip charges when scheduling service, and often you're paying for the expertise in knowing how to resolve a problem, not necessarily the physical effort in doing it. Even given all that, the amount feels excessive to agree to upfront. If it were a third or even half the amount I would have felt it was fair, even for a minor issue. I understand that's my opinion, and in the future I would still reach out to bluefrog for plumbing needs, but I would absolutely definitely get an estimate or quote before scheduling an appointment.

I called Blue Frog to replace a garbage disposal and check my water heater for any maintenance that might be needed. They were able to schedule a 2 hour appointment window for an hour later. CJ arrived at the beginning of the appointment time, and quickly confirmed the disposal needed to be replaced. He also did a check on my water heater confirming it was in good shape. CJ was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly, and even with the need to go buy a replacement disposal for my needs, the new disposal was in place way sooner than I expected. So no issues, no complaints, I'm very happy with the service.

I had a plumbing emergency with my bathroom tub and Bluefrog was able to work with me and have someone there within the hour. CJ was very knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to fix our issue and provided us with a great deal. Would definitely use them again!

Had a leak coming from my water meter box which caused increased water bills. I called and someone was able to come out the same day. Bar did a great job of quickly identifying the source of the leak and making the necessary part replacement. He explained and showed me the cause of the leak and the replacement process. The price was reasonable as well which was definitely a plus!! Great service overall!!

Free Estimate. Both on the phone as well as in person, great service. I was told that they would send a text between 1 and 3 pm, but they showed up at 1pm. David and Joseph came to my house, assessed what I needed, and quoted me a price that was reasonable. I agreed and they answered my questions regarding this project and future jobs that I may require. They did not try and sell me any work. Instead, they told me how they planned to do future projects. Returned the water and waited for the job to be done correctly. I asked them a lot of questions. From how to do the job, to why they chose to do it that way to whether they enjoyed working at the company. The answer was not forced. The employees are happy to work for the company, so I received great service for a good price from workers who take pride in their work.
