Nickolas Fairchild and John were absolutely brilliant. Arrived earlier than expected, and explained what he was going to do. The issue was my A/C drain line that connects to the main line was getting clogged. They removed the p trap and used a bigger snake to unclog the main drain. They know what they are doing would highly recommend. May God bless them 🙏🏼

Christian was great. Even though it was late at night he was friendly and professional. He got to work right away after doing a quick inspection and explained everything he was going to do in a manner I could understand. He had such a great personality that at no point did it feel like I had a stranger in my house. The service he performed was done so professionally. Price wise I can say that I feel that it was worth every penny. I would totally use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. I’m glad I called the right company and even more glad that I got someone as cool and professional as Christian to take care of my service call. My only complain is I didn’t call them sooner! 10/10!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jacob was extremely prompt. He arrived in just 25 minutes which was well under the one hour window I was given. He quickly diagnosed the leaking toilet valve, went to get the correct part, returned promptly, and completed the repair efficiently. He also provided a clear video of his work which I truly appreciated. Jacob is professional, courteous, and provided excellent and thorough service. Thank you Jacob!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Valley Plumbing. I called at around 8 AM and was scheduled for a repair window between 10:15 AM and 1:15 PM. I followed up around 12 PM, and they assured me they were just finishing another job and would be on their way soon. They never showed. By 3:30 PM, still no plumber, no update, no courtesy call. Meanwhile, my AC drain was clogged and leaking into my ceiling. I had to shut off the AC to prevent more damage, and the house became unbearably hot while I waited for them to keep their word. After hours of waiting, I finally canceled and called another plumbing company — they arrived within 15 minutes. All Valley Plumbing wasted my entire day, left me dealing with a worsening problem, and showed zero professionalism or respect for my time. I will not be using them again.

Had a great experience with this company. Edgar came out to handle some repairs and he was excellent. Arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional. He even spotted an issue we were not aware of and took care of it. The quality of work is solid. Everything has been working perfectly since the repair. You can tell the technicians know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Only reason I am not giving five stars is that scheduling can be a bit inconsistent. My appointment time got changed without much explanation, which was frustrating. Also, make sure you ask questions about pricing upfront so there are no surprises. Overall a reliable company with skilled plumbers. Just confirm your appointment and get a clear quote before they start.

I woke up early in the morning to take my kiddos to school. As I was leaving I noticed my sewer drain top had popped off and stuff had overflows into my yard. Instantly I was anxious and stressed. I googled plumbers near me and Roto-Rooter was one of the highly recommended business. When I called I was greeted with a nice, professional women. She was informative, kind and very helpful. She was able to get a technician to service my home that same day within a matter of hours. What I really enjoyed was their text message system informing you of when your technician is on their way and a photo of the technician. My technician also called shortly after letting me know he'd arrive soon. Upon arrival My technician Mason was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and explained it to my husband and I. We agreed on a plan of action and Mason got right to work- wasting no time. He was always kind and respectful during the time of service which I appreciated and answered any questions we had. Not only was the service quick, hassle free and stress free but I was able to make it to work on time knowing that the issue was addressed. Thank you Roto-Rooter team for making this whole ordeal a whole lot less stressful. Its nice to know who we can rely and trust for any future projects and issues that may arrise being a homeowner.

Bobby came out soon after we placed a call on a Sunday. He was super friendly and professional. Bobby did an amazing job fixing our pipe and even managed to salvage our hose. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Bobby Alaniz with Roto-Rooter is phenomenal. He has come out to our house twice for plumbing issues and has been masterful! He is professional and meticulous. This last time he came to replace our hot water heater and I had the pleasure of watching him work as I like to learn how to do things (I hope I didn't annoy him) and he was kind and even joked with me, which I appreciated. Farrell Plumbing and their plumbing technician named LB saved us. We had a plumbing emergency late in the afternoon. We worried that we would have to wait until the next day to get someone to fix it. But the helpful woman, who answered the Farrell Plumbing phone, had LB at our place within an hour. LB did the work the way we wanted it done. And our water was back on, and everything was back to normal, just an hour after he arrived. We recommend Farrell Plumbing.

The 2nd bathroom used to have hot water, and now it doesn’t. Can yall come and fix that??? Angel who claims to be a manager, laughed at me over the phone. When I asked him why did he laugh at my comment, he said I’m sorry mam, I think you’re not understanding me. And no, we weren’t on the same page. But that’s no reason to laugh!!! After I asked him why he was laughing, he said the same thing again. If he’s a manager, there’s no reason for that type of behavior. On another note, Juan (the repiping guy), and his son were on their best behavior, and explained everything accordingly. And Adrian was the one that sold me on the repiping. He had a way much better explanation than Angel. On another note, y’all should make Adrian a manager, instead of Angel (who laughs at people). I hired Mikey’s because my neighbor recommended y’all. But, Angel, oh my lord!!!

Jorge and Sol were both super great. I was so grateful that they came by to install my Ring doorbell and check out any issues with the doorbell wiring. I loved their professionalism and how well they explained the services being provided and I know who I am calling for my next projects

Called Mikes for a toilet leak in our mobile. No one answered at first, but just as promised they called me back promptly and sent Rigo out the same day! I told them we had company coming over at 4pm so they had to be done and gone by then. Rigo and his apprentice Austyn arrived and very carefully evaluated the problem I was very impressed how thoughtful and thorough Rigo was inspecting the toilet. They found the problem and informed me immediately the total cost. I decided to replace the toilet and since there was not enough time to finish the job before 4pm. Rigo agreed to be back in the morning. He and his apprentice Mike (?) set to work promptly and completed the job. They were thoroughly competent and professional, very polite and I will always call Mikes if I need plumbing or electrical work. Thanks Rigo, Austyn, Mike and Mikes!

J Villarreal Plumbing did an amazing job! They were extremely professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and everything was left clean and working perfectly. They provided such great service and it truly shows that they care about the customers. If you ever need a plumber, J Villarreal Plumbing is the one to call! Highly recommended!

I called around to several plumbing companies (some of which I had used before) and found that some won't work on older homes at all for major projects. Several would make an appointment for a half day "window" plus a charge for an estimate or they would not even provide a window - just a phone call 30 minutes before coming. I was so lucky that I called J Villarreal Plumbing. The owner was able to come out the same day to look at my house and then emailed me a price later the same day for a re-piping of the house (to replace galvanized and old copper piping). I loved that the price covered EVERYTHING - materials and labor as well as the re-tiling and re--drywalling the holes that had to be made to access the pipes. Crew members were serious and diligent, friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable enough to answer any question I had about the process. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again in the future for any plumbing repairs/needs.

I would definitely recommend Andy’s Plumbing. We had a hidden water leak that had gone undetected for nearly four years, and Andy and his team were finally able to find it. We had previously hired another licensed and insured company, but they were unable to locate the issue. Andy’s team didn’t give up. When the first technician ran into some difficulty, he immediately called for backup. They ended up sending two vans and three technicians to make sure the job was done right. They even stayed late into the evening and didn’t leave until the problem was fully resolved. Their persistence, teamwork, and dedication truly stood out. We’re very grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them. P.S. The price was more than reasonable. Some other guys charge nearly the same amount for just a quote not even fixing it.

Andy and his team were amazing. Within 90 minutes they diagnosed, picked up a new water heater, took out the old and put in the new one within that 90 minutes. Another issue occurred which wasn’t part of their job but they came back to fix it. Much appreciated. Way to go Andy and team.

We called Andy, explained what happened, and he gave us an estimate and time of arrival all within the same time frame. By the morning, they arrived with the replacement and installed it right away. 10/10 recommend this service.

YJ Home Repair did an amazing job in putting my TV up late at night!! Easy and fast assembly, Less than 10 minutes! He was very nice and friendly!!! Definitely recommend and will contact him for future home projects

This is the 2nd time we have used YJ Home Repair and once again they have done a great job. They repaired a damaged section of roof decking that had been damaged by an old satellite dish. They removed the existing shingles, decking, soffit and facia replacing the damaged area with new materials. I would definitely recommend YJ Home Repair for any future projects.

I've used YJ Home Repairs for three tasks: garage ceiling drywall repair, shower trim and valve replacement, and washing machine cold and hot water valves replacements. I've been pleased with their work and would call them again. For the washing machine water valve replacement work, they even patched up the drywall they had to cut out; nice job though it wasn't really necessary as nobody can see back there.
