Young guy Blake came out, left van running, had someone in passenger seat with feet on dash in socks, was here all of 5 mins to drain a clog. My husband had already pulled the toilet for him, charged us $225, we would assume its unclogged so next night ran the washer, only to have our whole bathroom flooded with an inch of sewage water. Got all over laundry that was in bathroom closet, had to throw away a few pair of shoes, got on wedding dress, (still figuring out how to clean that) and was at laundry mat until 2 am saving our clothes, even went under wall into garage and out the driveway. Still cleaning up the mess in garage after cleaning bathroom. Even my back has gone out bc of this. Was told he could come back out but would charge us the same amt again. Had another company out that charged less and got the clog completely out and seated toilet for us. This guy didn’t remove toilet or seat it back. I’ve called for refund since we paid for a service that wasn’t done. No response..

We had the main drain plugged it was on sunday called them and they sent guy man out with in the hour . He spent maybe 15 minutes trying to unplug it and that it was not working . But we could see he was not really trying and he said we needed work on the pipe that was like 8 thousand and he got a guote for like seven thousand . We will not be calling them again Any we paid alomost 4 hundred a for doing nothing . I called the plumbers we usually use they came out the guy was great and he got it done and we are happy and guess what it was less money .

Young guy came out and left his work truck running. Thought he would be a pro and have my drain unclogged in no time. He looked at the clean out and said I needed to look with a camera, I thought it was included with the fee already. He then tells me I have a broken pipe under my house and will cost me about $11k. Said these are common for older houses. He then charges me $400 for 15mins of work. Said the camera fee was extra. I ended up calling My home warranty and they sent out there preferred plumber service and got my drain unclogged within and hour. And only cost $150 and said the pipes are fine.

Outstanding job! Gary was our 2nd opinion on a $27,000 broken pipe nightmare. He arrived when he said he would and got right to work. In January 2024, we redid a guest bathroom, and we converted a single sink into a double vanity. We chose a chrome console sink, so the plumbing is exposed; the drain and water pipes had to be very precisely located. The work was done carefully and thoroughly. The bathroom looks fabulous, and we are very grateful to Elite Plumbing for working on this project with us. They also redid the seal on two of our toilets (they identified and solved a problem that had persisted for years; a problem which other plumbers had missed!). This week we brought them back out to our home to install a new sink faucet. They had to drill holes in our existing one-mount-hole Kohler sink to make room for our new Kohler faucet (which needed three hole mounts and a sprayer mount). They drilled the holes in exactly the right place. As usual, the project was done carefully. The faucet looks fantastic, and I know it was not easy to modify our existing sink. They are professional, on time, and always kind. Hire them!

Texas Cherry Plumbing is definitely a five star company! From the beginning when Christian came over to give me a price Christian was very professional, thorough and answered all my questions which put me at ease for a very stressful time. I had old cast iron pipes that had cracks and breaks, sewer pipes that definitely needed to be replaced . From the tunneling company who I have so much respect for such a tough job. I spent $4500 plus $1000 installation on a filtration system that caused more problems than I had and was not the asked for in the first place. I thought Christian was a reputable plumber but he overcharged me and would do nothing to compensate me when I asked to return it.

Their team handled the full scope of work, including the septic-to-sewer transition, sewer tap, underground sewer installation, rough-in plumbing, inspections, and coordination with trades. Communication was excellent throughout the project. The team was professional, reliable, and the work was executed to a high standard. We are extremely pleased with their service and will continue using them on future projects.

Texas Plumbing and Drain did a great job addressing multiple plumbing issues in our home in Wedgwood. The crew rebuilt the bathtub spout and drain assembly, resolving some leaks caused by previous plumbing work. They also replaced the accordion style P-trap under the lavatory sinks with proper hard-pipe P-traps, even cutting shelving so that all fit well. They installed new faucets as well. The young men were very respectful both to our home and to me and kept me updated as to what they were doing and why. We are very pleased with their work here in the Wedgwood area of South Fort Worth and would recommend them.

Jeremy spent a full day installing a Halo Hybrid softener and filter system, as well as replace a water heater. He was thorough and the install looks great. Jason with Douglas Technical Plumbing Service came on time. Very friendly personality, very fear prices according to his tremendous plumbing knowledge. He repaired one of our toilets and cleaned hour shower drains. Very clean job and very respectful. We have already schedule him again to do more work.

Although I'm sure he does great work. Unless he has multiple vans and workers under him, the way he drives is a public risk. Excessive speeding and gets mere feet from anyone not going fast enough to his likings bumpers in order to bully them out of his way. What possibly could be so important to risk other peoples lives if they are not going 85-90 mph like the van whose license plate begins with X did today on 820 and 121.

Dinomite showed up to do a sewer main repair and retrieve a piece of stuck equipment for our company, on site they were extremely punctual and professional, they were able to get the entire scope of work taken care of in a timely manner. Ryan was great, came with short notice on Saturday and diagnosed our sewer problem. Wes was beyond awesome! I had a toilet flange ring that needed replaced, I had another local plumbing company quote me over $800 to jackhammer the whole flange up and replace it, ruining my 20 year old tile floor which I have no replacements for. I called Wes and texted him a picture of my issue, Wes said he can replace the ring for a quarter of the price of what the other company quoted. Wes came the next day, and with ease replaced the flange ring AND installed the new toilet I was going to change out. Will absolutely use his services if needed again!
