He was thorough, no BS and all around stellar at his job. The difference in pricing from other services I had looked into was night and day— let alone the quality of service. I made the mistake of reaching out to corporate owned plumbing services. They came to my house and told me that on top of clearing my pipes, I needed double clean outs installed. The price I was quoted was unbelievably off-putting— hence why I decided to shop around. I reached out to Jason and explained the issues we were having and what the plumbers had told me. He quotes me for the same services for less than half the price. Jason comes to my house, identifies that we do in fact have double clean outs installed, then proceeds to clear the blockage in the pipes in a timely and efficient manner. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved on all fronts— no cut corners. Save your time and money and utilize this amazing family operated plumbing business. I cannot tell you the relief I feel after having him come by.

Respectful and courteous. Prompt, notified me that Technician was on their way within the window of appointment. The Technician arrived shortly there after and was prepared. Unfortunately I had asked several times prior for an estimate for the service requested. I was told the Technician had the price sheet with them. I didn’t wish to waste the Technician’s time coming out for a free estimate if the fee was to high. Unfortunately the fee was too high and I had to refuse service. The Technician was professional and respectful, understanding my decision. I hope to use Bahama Plumbing in the future.

I needed a back flow valve replaced and this company was the only one able to accommodate me and give me an appointment the next day. Joe and Dale came out and replaced the valve with great professionalism and did an excellent job with the project. The area looked perfect and neat like no one ever touched it. Our tech, Alex, was a very nice young man and very knowledgeable . He gave us three different service OPTIONS for the work requested. We chose the the cheapest as it was in line with the work I wanted done. Most important, he passed the dog test. Our dog Lucy loved him. Seriously, I feel dogs are good judges of character and he passed. We are very happy with the work done and timeliness and quality .

I had the most pleasant experience with Options Plumbing. First of all, I called them at 9 pm for a non emergency appt for a quote and got a physical person answering the phone. Secondly, the quote provided the following day was lower than all other quotes received. Lastly, the customer service and transparency provided by Alex deserves an honorary mention. Have used Djm plumbing for over 10 years. My new water heater was 1200.00 including draining the old hearter and installing the new one.( water heater supplied by Djm.) never had more than 300-400 in all charges regarding other services. Responds very quickly and is always easy to work with.
