My plumbing issues started on a Wednesday evening and I began to call around immediately Thursday morning. After calling around for a bit, the consistent trend was we don’t deal with septic. I had no idea what the issue was but knew it was a plumbing problem not a septic. So between that and AI customer service, frustration was setting in, until I call Ryberg Plumbing. First of all a real person answered, Lucy she heard me out and didn’t shut me down after hearing septic. She also got me on the schedule first thing the next morning, even made sure I knew who was coming and his amazing knowledge, skills and problem solving abilities. The way she stood solid on his abilities expressing “he will definitely be able to solve the problem” her confidence made me confident and hadn’t even met him yet. When Austin Trinklein arrived he was professional and respectful from start to completion. They definitely sent the right guy, he went straight into problem solving, process of elimination and of course a solution. Treated me like family, was personable, conversational, informative, educational, relatable and humorous relief in an uneasy situation. All while being interactive talking me through each process before he executed. No longer feeling like a third world country, all plumbing functions are restored perfectly, and in a timely manner. We had a clogged sewer line during the weekend (on a Saturday night) and our normal plumbing company wouldn’t answer the phone. I called Ryberg and Ray arrived at our home in 35 minutes and had us unclogged in no time. The price was reasonable (considering it was a weekend emergency call), and we couldn’t be more pleased with Ray’s service. We’re calling Ryberg Plumbing from now on.

Let me start by saying from scheduling my visit with Kyler to the install with Kelby - top notch! Kelby and the RYBERG team were fantastic! He called to introduce himself and let me know he was on his way with his install partner. They arrived, assessed the scope of work and got to work. They installed a drop-in sink, bridge faucet, disposal and air switch (& reconnected drain line). After finishing up, they made sure to test that everything was working as expected to and did another pass through to leave the work space clean. Nice work guys.

DAZ came out the same day as called to determine the cause of our backed up pipes and subsequent flooding. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicated the case and solution clearly and were efficient, thorough and pleasant throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone faced with a plumbing emergency

We had an emergency and couldn't use most of our kitchen because of a clogged drain and a leak. Water flooded an adjoining room and we couldn't get a plumber to come out and take a look. I found these guys on Google Maps and gave them a call. They were professional, courteous, and at my house the next day. They showed up on time and fixed the issue, making sure not to leave behind anything that might cause the issue to resurface and let us know about possible options for the future. They did not push any hard sales and just made sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend them as I will be using them again should the need arise.

In a situation that my wife and I didn't know about Hot Water Heaters. Due to this being our first home 🏡. Daz Plumbing walked us through step by step over the phone and then came out the next morning to ensure that everything was properly running. Awesome customer service and I would highly recommend Daz Plumbing...we're definitely keeping them on speed dial..

Called at 6pm that our house was clogged and water back flowing into shower. They arrived within 30 minutes and completed the fix within 30 minutes. Joseph was extremely polite and called ahead to let us know when he was close! 10/10 recommend.

Charles showed up promptly, but wasn't able to fully make the repair. He will have to come back. Super friendly, professional and quick to show up. They are not cheap though! It was very expensive, considering we will have to pay them again to come back out with the proper equipment to complete it. It was $136 per hour and he spent two hours trying to snake our sewer. The snake didn't end up working and next time they will try a blaster.

Called Jassen on a cold Saturday morning and he was here within 3 hours of my call! Arrived within the 2-hour window given. Had my pipe unclogged very quickly and checked and double-checked that all was draining well. I highly recommend you give them a call if the need arises!

The service men did an excellent job on changing the water filters for the whole house, and the under the sink drinking water. They were thorough, and worked without hesitation, knew what they were doing and completed the work to my satisfaction.

The 2 ladies who work in the office are very professional and helpful. The 2 guys they sent out were very friendly and personable. They got my plumbing unstopped but I ended up replacing the drain pipes due to age. They worked fast and so far no leaks and no clogs and everything is draining quickly. Mr Rooter has a great communication system too. You know when they are in the way and who is coming.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mr Rooter. Specifically, Jake and Eddy were outstanding. They were courteous and professional. They performed troubleshooting methodically and efficiently, and explained the steps that they were taking very clearly. I was also impressed by how flexible they were with scheduling. Mr Rooter proactively reached out to confirm a scheduled follow-up, and were willing to change the timing to suit our schedule. I will surely use Mr Rooter again for any plumbing needs.

Darrin and John are outstanding professionals. They worked diligently in the cold to repair our busted pipes. They showed genuine care while suggesting other issues that would need to be addressed in the future. Mr Rooter has excellent service because of their friendly and professional employees.

These guys are fantastic. Had an emergency plumbing issue with a sewer line. They came out within an hour of my late night call, and another 30 minutes later everything was resolved. David is a fantastic plumber. He’s been out before for a couple other issues and has always been very professional, prompt, and open to share plumbing tips. Rick was a big help taking my call as well. Highly recommended!!

Hands down a wonderful experience!! We have an older home with a sink that wouldn't drain no matter what we tried. Don came out Monday to diagnose our issue and was able to identify our issue immediately. He explained the issue to us in detail so we fully understood. The repair was able to be completed a few days later on Thursday. He was knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up without a trace. Very thankful!

We had a major problem that our kitchen drain and our washing machine were backing up. We called Smelscer and they came out. We first dealt with Ricky and were advised that they need to dig up the concrete floor in our garage. We ended up having 27 feet tunnel dug under our house. Eventually Mike and Josh were able to clear the lines by having to use a blow bag. To say the least, it was a lot more work than anticipated but EVRYONE was very polite and professional. We would recommend the Smelscer Plumbing to anyone in need of any plumbing problems. We were extremely grateful that we found this company.

I am so pleased with the service I always get from Smelscer Plumbing! I have used them for small jobs and large ones too. They are always prompt, professional, friendly, and do a great job for a very fair price. My most recent problem involved an old corroded pipe in my wall. Mike and Josh knew exactly what to do. They explained it to me, and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were wonderful. I highly recommend Smelscer, and I won't use anyone else. They have my business always.

Shawn came out to unstop a sink the same day we called. He was careful not to track mud in the house and fixed the sink quickly. He also gave us some pointers on how to handle grease buildup and called the office to get Curtis to explain more thoroughly. He was very cordial and professional. Excellent service.

They charged $350 to do an inspection which consisted of finding the septic tank cap, dug the lid up, and told me it was full. In total, less than an hours worth of work. No technical inspection of the pipes as requested to see if something was wrong with the internal plumbing. Would not recommend.

Ryan and Trent gave outstanding service to where their attention to detail was uncanny. As well as they handled the job in a timely manner. They both kept me informed of the progression and what parts were being used and why. And finished up with saying that if I had any questions don't hesitate to call. we’ve been using this plumbing service in waco for years and honestly, i’d give them more than 5 stars if i could. raymond and elias are always friendly, know exactly what they’re doing, and their prices are very fair. what really stands out is how they take the time to explain the plumbing repairs, so you feel confident to handle small fixes yourself in the future. not many plumbers care enough to do that! recently, we noticed our hot water heater was leaking late in the afternoon. after we called, raymond got back to us quickly and walked us through how to safely start draining the tank over the phone. by the next day around noon, both raymond and elias arrived, replaced the water heater, and had hot water running in our home again by early afternoon. the whole problem was fixed in less than 24 hours! i always feel completely satisfied with their work, and i trust them with any plumbing job in my house.

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company in Waco. Shortly after moving into my house, I had a pipe burst under the floor. We had a fantastic experience with Lochridge-Priest! Our AC stopped cooling, and they were able to get someone out to us the same day. Our technician, Jay, was incredible. He identified the issue immediately and had our home cooling down within 30 minutes. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. We’ve used other companies in the past that were vague or rushed. Highly recommend asking for him!

Dave performed maintenance on my heat pump/ a/c and showed me pictures of rusting parts and leakage. Dave patiently explained all the options for my older until. Kenneth and Lane were professional, polite, diligent and hardworking. They installed a new a/c until (one part in my attic - 3rd floor!), which was no easy task! I never heard them complain.
