We hired Janak Plumbing to re-route the sewer pipes at our home. This included 3 bathrooms, the laundry room and kitchen - a BIG job of tunneling under our slab foundation, removing concrete and replacing the old cast iron pipes all the way to the street to connect with the city sewer system. Having plumbing issues is not fun, and having BIG plumbing issues can potentially be downright painful! However, Janak Plumbing made this experience as painless as possible. The owners and crew were informative, friendly and respectful from the first phone call to completion. They showed up every day until the job was done, and worked tirelessly. The price was very reasonable as well! We will not hesitate to call Janak Plumbing again if any other plumbing issues arise.

They want to charge a $50 fee just to give a quote .Should give you an idea of what kind of company you will be dealing with. They want to make money on you before the job even begins . Woman I spoke with had no sense of customer service very short words poor customer service .

Showed up for the first 2 calls then gave me the runaround on a follow up. Sent me 2 quotes for a project. I accepted the one quote and said we would improvise on the other project. They said that was fine and would be out there to do the work the next day or so. Never showed up so I called back 4 days later and said they needed to make a new quote because that one was discounted because it was 2 quotes. I said that’s fine just let me know and let’s get it done. The secretary said she would talk to mister Janak and get back with me. They never contacted me back so I called them again on the next day. Secretary said Mr janak would be in the office soon and she would get me a new quote and let me know. Never called me back so I called again and said the money is not the issue we just need to get it done. She apologized and said she would get back with me. Nothing. Called again the next day and she said I will call Mr janak right now and get back with you. I asked if I could talk direct to the boss and she said I cant give out his number. Nothing. So I called again still had nothing to say either way so I told them just let me know if you dont want the job and I will find someone else. Never called back so I went with another company. They returned my call later in the day and said I should find someone else 🤷‍♂️ I asked what the issue was and she said Mr Janak didn’t say.

Really nice man came out within an hour when everyone else was closed due to the holidays. Got the job done really appreciate it. Will be using him in the future.

I used it once before. And he was very honest and reasonable in pricing. I'll let him know that I will be calling him again I need a plumber

This place is a joke I do not recommend had techs come leave a mess in my home scratch paint on wall from there machine flood my home call and talk to both owners of the company no reply after they asked for pictures of damage do not do business with them

This guys are very good and fast. I contacted their office around 9AM and they had someone around 1:30PM. The installers where very professional and respectful. Would recommend 💯 and will use for now on here in Victoria

EPI has completed another project for our Property Management company and we could not be more satisfied with the workmanship and quality of work we received. Jeremy and Ben were a great team! On time, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and we could not be more pleased.

My company hired them to repair any leaks on our side of a commercial line. They quoted me 1200$ and charged me $5900. I do t even know what to say they had to come back because they did not repair all the leaks the first time. 6 hours of total work and about 200$ in supplies for $5900. They are denying that they quoted me 1200$ and refuse to come down one penny on the bill. It's a shame we have businesses doing this to other businesses here In our community.

I will never use this company again. They charged over $600 to not fix the problem AND they misquoted me on the original price. Incompetence on all aspects. Edwards Plumbing is your go to. Update 12/11/25 I called the owner after seeing the owner's response to this review. When I called, the receptionist took my call and served as the buffer between me and the owner. The owner never offered to talk to me over the phone and only told the receptionist to tell me that they would "take a look and call me back". It's been over a week and no one has contacted me. It seems as though the offer by the owner to "make things right" was just for show. Nothing has been made right.

I feel very that I was taken advantage of. After a freeze and I had a broken pipe, I called Roto-Rooter and was able to get them to come out the same day. I clearly described my problem, a busted water filter beside the hot water heater, something I could have fixed myself if I was in town . I sent photos. It was not complex. I asked about the hourly rate and was quoted a rate for a technician per hour. I agreed to this and knew that he had taken over 3 hours. I was ok with that even though it would have taken less than 20 minutes to fix. I received a bill for almost $1000 because they sent 2 technicians. I was not told they would send multiple men or I would not have hired them. They were unwilling to revise the bill in any way and threatened legal action. I would not recommend them.

I called for an estimate and Connie was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She explained the entire process and made sure I got the best possible assistance. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company!

I recently noticed a leak in my kitchen floor, after calling numerous plumbers I called Arnold’s for advice. It was the best decision I made. They came out that afternoon, found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes! The two gentlemen who came were very courteous and professional. I can not say enough about this company, Connie in the office, the two plumbers who came out and the way they treated me knowing how upset I was about the situation. I will use Arnold’s for any other problems that may arise!
