Expert Drain Cleaning in Tyler, Texas

Called CWoods to check out a blockage in the water pipe leaving our house towards the city sewer at the street. They fit us on the schedule the same day! CWoods even let us know our technician, Austin, finished early with another customer and was able to head to our house earlier, which worked out great for us. As soon as he arrived, he put his detective hat on and got to work. Austin was VERY thorough and checked all drain lines from the house to the street to pinpoint the blockage and ensure that was the only one. He quickly found the blockage and clearly explained our options as to what we could expect on removing it and pricing. Fortunately, he was able to take care it with the easiest/cheapest option. It was nice to have been prepared for the worst since there’s no way to guarantee one method would work until you try. After the blocked pipe was fixed Austin followed up with a camera down the entire pipe to ensure we were 100% back in business with no surprises after he left. Outstanding experience with C Woods! Our gas water heater failed and started leaking everywhere. Chris was here very quick to turn gas and water off and replace the water heater. Thank you, Anthony at Mink plumbing for installing this new pretty, functional kitchen faucet and for unclogging the AC drain line. Both were problematic & time consuming, but he handled it with a great attitude. This company was fantastic with communication even during after hours, & with giving me grace to get to the house to secure animals. Would recommend.

I had an emergency at our home that we just moved into 2 months ago. Our clean outs were overflowing in the backyard and of course it was on a Friday afternoon late before a long holiday weekend and I couldn’t get any local plumbers to call me back. The Mink answered my call right away and had their man come within a couple of hours. He did what he could so that we could get through the weekend until the crew could come the next Tuesday morning and use the cameras to check the lines. They found that 3 of the 4 clean out lines to the city sewer were collapsing and had roots in them. It took 3 more days for them to dig up the lines, lay new pipes and back fill. But they did it all as quickly as they could, with better heavier pipes and left my yard clean and all in working order. They were professional, respectful and friendly. They instructed me on what needed to be done every step of the way. I am so grateful to them for saving my home. 5 STARS!

Normally I tend to take care of plumbing issues myself, which I have done for these clogged drains a couple times in the past. I just couldn’t get it done this time so I saw an advertisement/post for Shepherd Plumbing and figured I would give them a try and I’m glad I did. It took him a little bit (which made me feel better for giving up 🤣)of time but he had the right tools and experience to get them draining again! Thanks Jacob!! For a weekend call it was also pretty reasonable!!

Just got my water heater replace by Jacob, and he did an amazing job!! Very patient and understanding. Great service! Setting up an appointment was very quick. Jacob was timely, communication was easy, and not only was I given a fair estimate but Jacob said he could get the repair done right away for me on my water heater. Very happy and I believe I found my new plumber to call if we need again.

Had water leak, but didn’t know where it was at. I looked and a friend looked underneath the house and out in the yard and we could not find anything. Chad from Benjamin Franklin came out and he looked. We couldn’t find anything, but we finally decided it had to be in the area where the septic tank was. Chad dug down around the area and actually found where the water was running loose underneath around the septic tank. The electrical pipe was forcing pressure down on the water pipe. He fixed the pipe to go up and over the electrical pipe so I wouldn’t have that problem again. The septic had probably settled some because of that problem. Thanks to Chad for doing all the digging and getting the problem fixed. He was very courteous, prompt, and a very good worker.

The plumber was very kind. He walked into my house that was smelling of backed up sewage. He remained professional and got the job done in a timely manner. This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. John Axford replaced my bathtub faucet system. Didn't take him long either. With original 1947 fixtures, he did an awesome job in getting rid of the leaky pipes. He cleaned up the work area after finishing; was like he hadn't been there. Would definitely recommend him to others needing help with their plumbing.

I was so excited that when I scheduled an appointment they were right on time. They checked out the issue and it was fixed. Checked other drains and found some slow draining. Asked if I wanted it taken care of also. I said yes and now all my bathroom drains work terrific. Such fair cost. My last plumber was always so expensive and he would not ever check for another issues. I recommend American plumbing for sure!!!

Same day service - wow! I noticed some water under my hot water heater and called American to set up service. Not only did they come to my house within the hour, they actually replaced my 14 year old hot water heater the same day! Extremely professional service technicians who were also very personable. They also found a problem that needed to be solved to bring the venting of the heater up to code. American Plumbing has NEVER disappointed me!

Brandon got to the house as scheduled was very knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done quickly. I had a pressure reducer put in and he also checked the thermal expansion valve on the water heater to make sure it was functioning properly. Would definitely use them again.

Daniel's plumbing was responsive and courteous when we contacted them. They were transparent about their fees and let us know what might happen if the job was more complex than expected for the clogged toilet at our office. When they arrived, they worked quickly to locate the issue and fixed it well. Their fees are reasonable for the time and work they put in. I recommend them.

Daniel's is top notch! JR came out to replace an old cast iron sink with a new composite sink. He did a great job explaining some of the complexities involved with my specific needs. The work he did was truly professional. He was able to provide me with multiple options to find a solution that worked best for me. The guys came in introduced themselves showed me the problem, did the repairs & cleaned up after themselves very polite individuals! More than fair cost for repairs & this is who I will be using in the future. I had an estimate last week wanting $1900 for 2 sinks to be snaked, and the tub & new wax rings on the toilets unacceptable. I called to have my toilet looked at and was told it would be a week before they could get someone out. Very slow service Edit: First of all the voice mail you left me was very rude and speaks volumes about your customers service. Secondly I did not lie. I did contact my insurance which dispatced yall to look at my problem. I have call logs and screen shots. I have always called yall not until the nasty voicemail you left today, have yall called me first. Which is why i stated in my review I called. I was told by them yall would contact me when I didn't receive a call I reached out to your service technician on Dec 15. I originally was told Dec 18. On Dec 18 I had a flat tire while dropping my child off at school. I did not receive a date for rescheduling only told sometime next week. I called today Dec 22 and was told I am out side service area and yall dont know when yall would be able to reschedule and yalls service technician told me to contact my insurance and have someone else cone sooner. So I contacted my insurance to have another company dispatched who is coming today to look at the problem. The voice mail yall left was very rude and the fact I am sent to straight to voicemail when I call shows you dont want to resolve the issue which shows your customer service is very poor. Which is why i left this review. Have a nice day.

I am so grateful for Lance of Prime Time in Bullard, who promptly stopped by on his way to another job to rescue my leaking water heater, (stop the flood into my garage,) communicate with home warranty folks, and then, once we got approval, came back and installed a new heater for me, as advertised and on time. Terrific service. I highly recommend this company.

Around 5am I discovered a leak in one of the sinks in my main bedroom. I could not find the immediate cause for the water leak. I called Mink and the phone was immediately answered. An appointment was made for 2-4 in the afternoon but later received a call that they could arrive around 11am if that would work for my schedule. Luis and asst. arrived a bit before 11 and found the source of the problem. Fortunately, it was not a major problem. It was quickly fixed at a reasonable. It was a large relief. Because of the weather issues, I had imagined that it might be a serious issue. I am very grateful for the timely service. Luis installed a tankless hot water heater a couple of years ago, so I knew I had a skilled person dealing with my issue. The service provided exceeded my expectations.

In addition to successfully completing the job requested, he also made recommendations regarding a repair to my main water line that should be considered in the next few months.
