Expert Drain Cleaning in Texarkana, TX

On August 1, 2025 I hired Roto-Rooter to remove the roots from my sewer line. The young man who showed up acted like the last thing in the world he wanted to do was any kind of work for a black man. He worked on the line for about five minutes, clearing just enough of it to ask me to flush the toilet and have that water flow through. The next week, the line began to back up again. Roto-Rooter refused to come out and do the job they were paid to do. I am attaching a photo of the roots I have personally pulled from the line that Roto-Rooter was paid to clear. Roto-Rooter wants to make the most amount of money for doing the least amount of work.

Showed up late, did a bare minimum job. Less than one week later, my pipe was showing signs of the same clog. The woman on the phone said they would charge me full price to come back out again. I understand they don't warranty unclogging pipes, it makes sense, but they were rude about it and did not care about my business. I called another plumbing company and they did the job right. It's been about 3 weeks and I have not had the repeat problem that RotoRooter did not fix the 1st time.

So, we had a late night leak develop from our water heater. I really didn't want to mess with it, because it was behind the wall and I don't really like plumbing. Any other pages, and I called Roto-Rooter. Robbie came out a short while afterward, and helped me diagnose the problem. I actually decided to do the repair myself, after looking at it with him. Not because I don't think they would do a good job, but because it turned out to be less complicated than originally feared. Although I didn't have Robbie do the work, he was very helpful with advice (because he's done it 500 times) Very friendly, very professional, very much recommended.

Rob and Ryker did a great job completely re-routing our washer drain line and were very accommodating for us even though they were the ones putting in the hard work. Me and my wife very much appreciate their professionalism, quality work and customer first attitude!

Our very busy clinic had a toilet to overflow, sending water everywhere. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Texarkana, and they were able to get to us within an hour or so. The prices are extremely outrageous. It’s $125 for them to come out and even look at it which is nonrefundable apparently. The technician Jesse was very friendly and helpful, but the prices are so far out of reach. I was quoted $675 to hook up drain lines and water lines for a kitchen sink. When I talk to Alan, who is one of the service managers, he stated that that was a good deal and a more normal pricing would’ve been close to a thousand dollars, but the technician was cutting me a really good deal on the quote. Well I understand I agreed to $125 service call. I would never have imagined the total price for the work would’ve been so much. If I would have known how much the entire price would’ve cost, I would never have agreed to the $125 service call. This is why I ask for a quote over the phone to try to get a ballpark idea before they came out there.

Jesse and his team has been awesome! His work was awesome and he was so accommodating! He was very efficient, communicated well and was available anytime I called! I would recommend him for any plumbing job!! He crawled underneath my already low home and did an incredible job! Estimated the job to take 2 and a half days and got it in finished in 1 and a half!

Riker and Rob were on time, efficient, neat and professional. They were also friendly and helpful with helping me get the costs of some additional work I want done in the future.

Garrett Trimm referred my nephew to Evenflow Plumbing after being over charged, told he need $7000 worth of work. Charged him $400 for 4 snakes $100 per snake🤔. Broke a pipe that my nephew had pay for. Not to mention it took them hours. So he called Evenflow they came out took one look at the house and new what to do. Fixed it within 30-40 minutes and charged next to nothing. His whole family is grateful and so am I. Bc I paid for it. Lol. The Best. We live in an older trailer house. “I think they feel sorry for us” We call, they are always nice to talk to. Half the time I can not explain it, but they know what I am talking about. Put us on the schedule and are out here as soon as possible. I would never think about calling anyone else. Trust me they are the Best!!!

This guys are awesome!! They fix all my problems in one day. Very polite and even cleaned up any mess. They let me clean behind my washer and dryer before moving them back and helped me do it. I had my hot water heater replaced and new set of faucets put in my bathtub. Highly recommend them. My dogs even loved them. They will definitely be my go to plumbers from now on.

My mother in law was having drainage issues with her toilet over the weekend. She has had a stroke so she cant use one side of her body very well. Tim and Sam to time on a Sunday to go take care of her issues with no hesitation. She is now able to use her one and only bathroom without worrying about a smell of sewage in her home or lawn. My plumbing went haywire on a Friday afternoon at 5. They had a young man named Sam who called. He was going to come that night, but I told him to wait until the next morning. He was the best! He got to work and fixed out problems. He gave advice on questions we had. Ask for Sam if you call....Wonderful, hard working young man.

I contacted Central Air to check and see if they would give me an estimate on a new unit. Tim came out to my property to check everything out. He gave me a couple of options. It wasn't long after the crew came out and installed the unit. Everything is good and they did a great job. Tim really wanted to make sure you are happy with everything. Great customer service.

We are faithful Reliance plumbing customers. Our home is older and requires a little more attention to keep everything running from time to time. Gavin and Keaton were able to quickly resolve today’s issue. They were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and took care of the issue!

We needed a new Coil for our air conditioner. After the initial consult they got the part ordered and we were back in business shortly. The team which showed up was prompt and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about George and Randy's Plumbing & Heating. I had a clogged kitchen drain. He came out same day, after hours and cleared the drain quickly. He took the time to educate me about why it clogged (don't put noodles down your disposal guys. It's bad.). The price was very fair. George and his apprentice (I believe his name was Junior) did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use them anytime I need a plumber and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I called James at Randys and he came over in 15 minutes. He fixed my problem in no time and the price was reasonable $65. It was a holiday week and we had the water shut off so we appreciated his service

I had a leak in my water heater tank and immediately called Randy's plumbing. I spoke with George Nixon and advised him of the problem I had. George showed up within the hour and George and Jared quickly stopped the leak and completely changed out the water heater. It was a tough installation, due to the location of the original water heater. George and Jared did a fantastic job!!! They were both very knowledgeable and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend Randy's plumbing to anyone, and i will definitely call them again when I need help. Thank you George and Jared.

Replaced our sink disposer in less than an hour.

The technician was great. He cleared my line is less than 15 minutes as when I had another company to come out they were hours late ,stayed for several hours an half did the job had to call another company ( Absolute ) the work was done correctly and they didn't have me waiting for them to arrive. They said 1:00 pm and they arrived at my door at exactly 1:00 pm and began working immediately on the drainage problem. plus the technician was friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. I give them a 10 and if I could a 100.You have a drainage problem call Absolute pluming.asap.

Had set an appointment a week ago and they never showed up as scheduled. When I called the young lady who answered the phone tried to tell me they were running behind and tried to tell me it could be an hour or more before anyone might be able to respond. When I complained about that she then began mocking me and made sarcastic remarks.

We are grateful for outstanding service! Problem was diagnosed, bided, and job completed by two professional and efficient gentlemen. Hot water is now immediate and pressure increased. Final cost were fair and at initial bid.

Friend of mine recommended me to Moe, I called and left a detailed message to the operator and he called me back within a hour or so. Made an appointment for the next day and he showed up like he said he would. Went over what was happening and he said let me get to work. And had it done in a respectful amount of time. This man knows what he is doing that's for sure with 20+ years of experience. And he didn't even have to goto the hardware store because he has what it takes to get most all jobs done in his trailer.
