I've called Don twice in the past six years (forgetting I had done that before). He sounds like a really nice guy, but he said the only work he does these days is sewer clean-outs.

Within minutes they pulled out the clump of roots that had stopped up my sewer pipe and they located the break where it came from. I had a bathroom faucet leak turn into a small flood at 7 PM on a Friday—classic timing, right? Called CTX Maximum Plumbing in a panic, and they actually answered and had someone out within about 90 minutes. The tech (think his name was Chris?) was super professional, explained exactly what failed and why without trying to upsell me on a bunch of extras. Fixed it cleanly, left no mess, and the price was fair for after-hours work. This is the second time I've used them (previous was a water heater replacement last year), and both experiences were excellent. Responsive, honest, skilled, and they stand behind their work. If you're in the Belton / Temple area and need a plumber you can actually trust, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend! Would definitely call again without hesitation. The technician was excellent! Came early (GREAT), had all the tools and supplies needed and was very efficient at the replacement. Explained what he was doing and did a GREAT job. Would certainly use him again! It was done through Choice Home Warranty so my cost was a deductible.

Jacob Byrd was the technician. He let me know when he would arrive. He was very polite and professional. He explained things to me in a way that I understood. We discussed the options that I had and gave the pros and cons of each option. He installed the new garbage disposal, checked to make sure everything was working properly and cleaned up . A very personable young man. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Ryan and William were great! They were polite and respectful of my home. They answered any questions I had. Extra work needed done not mentioned prior was completed without question. James was vary professional and polite and explained everything to me that needed to be fixed in our home and he’s a skilled master at his job. He showed us all of our options from good, better and best and explained each choice to us but did not push us to make any choice at all but we decided to go with the best choice in our service and he quickly but masterfully changed out our water cut offs under our kitchen sink and the cut off for the hot water side of our washing machine and we even had him install a flow-tech device in our house to help prevent hard water deposits from building up and leading to more problems down the road. All this in maybe 2 hours but done with a master plumber skill like I have never seen before! 100% recommend James and Reliant plumbing to anyone else and will be our 1 and only company and will always request James to do our service on our home if ever needed again… thanks reliant, plumbing and special things to James you guys are awesome!

I called to have my water heater inspected at noon and James was at my front door at 2pm. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed and multiple options to choose from to fit my budget. Lewis arrived early the next morning to remove my old water heater and install the new one. He also installed a Flow Tech in the laundry room and replaced a broken hose bib on the exterior of the house. All the work performed was done to code and very professional. I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing through Thumbtack. It was my first time using their service. I needed my shower cartridge replaced. Thumbtack found me a Plumbing company in about 15 minutes I recieved a call back and scheduled my next day appointment. The water wasn't just dripping. Lol at first it was a drip, then it turned into a more steady drip, then a trickle, and then water began streaming out. It was over time that this occurred. I couldn't afford a plumber. I own my home so no calling the landlord. Finally an angel gifted me the money to pay for my repair. I also had the option to call a handyman. He came the night before my appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He said a couple of times, "Now I'm not a plumber but I can fix it". I knew it was something else going on in what he was fixing. I'm sure it would of been a short term fix or if it even corrected my problem. I live off of very restricted budget. I thought do I want to save money or do I want a long term fix. Lol. I keep my appointment with Benjamin Franklin. The plumber Ray was very knowledgeable and super courteous. I've found my forever Plumbing family, lol. Thank you for your time and service.

I can’t recommend Jacob Burkett enough. He came out late last night to fix my backflow preventer, and even though the store was closed so he couldn’t get the parts he needed, he made sure to return first thing the next morning to finish the job. He was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Where do i begin? I had major plumbing issues. I called Prince Plumbing and they came out very quickly. They had to tunnel under my foundation and redo all the old plumbing. They were efficient, professional and I feel reasonable in price. I have since used them for several other problems with the same great service! I was charged $303 to fix one outside bib completed 34 minutes of work. This is way too high of a price to charge especially after a quote over the phone was $425 for 4 faucets. Feel like I was cheated.

Can’t recommend enough! Amazing customer service and work! We were notified by the city of a possible leak in our system at 10:00am and by 12:00pm Hunt Plumbing had guys on the way to fix the issue. They found the problem and showed me, got the necessary materials, and fixed everything within a few hours! As a mom that stays home with littles all day and runs a baking business from home, getting our water back up and running was essential and they made it happen!
