I have used them for years. they've cleaned out & repaired my kitchen drain, replaced a toilet seal, replaced 2 toilets, repaired a water leak, and most recently, replaced a kitchen faucet pull out hose. It was a good thing I found this company when our main sewer line got blocked a few months ago (it turned out that the main line six feet under the ground had been broken). They were able to arrive quickly and work non-stop until the problem was resolved. Also, they took care of permits and inspections with the city. Jaime and Duey were both a pleasure. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Our water heater definitely was not working. It was emitting a bad smell and the water had rusty color. We definitely weren't going to take showers under these circumstances. I called him with my issue around 10 am and the job was practically finished by the time I was home. My technician, Alton was the best! We did the yearly membership which saved us hundreds when we found out a previous owner poorly repiped the house. They did two major digs to identify/fix the improper routing and install a sewer main drain and had us back up and running in under 2 days. When I saw the mess the previous plumbers made, I was horrified. Alton got us squared away with the best option that wouldn’t require us to completely redo the pipes when we just purchased a new home. We were also able to finance the required work at no money down and 0% APR for 12 months. Working with Bluefrog has been a much needed break from the stress we have been going through.

There are many positives to share about this company. The scheduling was fast and easy, and someone actually picked up the phone when I called. A texted link showed the live location of the technician, who arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, and explained everything clearly. Why not 5 stars then? Well, the issue I had was I needed my water heater pilot relit, and he asked for authorization for a $268 diagnostic fee. I assumed the problem would be complicated, so I agreed. I know that is 100% on me, which is why this is still an overall positive review. Once I signed he lit the pilot in less than 2 minutes, doing what I would've done. I won't go into the details but I hired a professional due to the circumstances rather than trying it myself first. I understand that there are minimum trip charges when scheduling service, and often you're paying for the expertise in knowing how to resolve a problem, not necessarily the physical effort in doing it. Even given all that, the amount feels excessive to agree to upfront. If it were a third or even half the amount I would have felt it was fair, even for a minor issue. I understand that's my opinion, and in the future I would still reach out to bluefrog for plumbing needs, but I would absolutely definitely get an estimate or quote before scheduling an appointment.

I had a plumbing emergency and Blue frog sent Russell and he handled it so professionally and in the most cost-effective way. We had to shut off the water to our house and had no water because it was late in the evening, but he made us a priority and came back first thing in the morning with the part and got everything resolved. Russell did an outstanding job and his work was very thorough and professional.

Very pleased with the job that was done. We had old cast iron plumbing that failed and needed to be replaced. We had questions about how things were going to be done. I was impressed when the owner took the time to reach out and talk to me himself. The job ended up being slightly less complicated than originally anticipated, so after it was completed, they called us to say they’d be refunding us $1000. I will definitely use Santhoff again, and would strongly recommend them to anyone else.

They were extremely courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable in repairing my eroded gas line pipe. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and communicated every step along the way. One thing I especially appreciated was that they put on disposable booties each time they entered the house — such a thoughtful and professional touch. Carlos came to fix a leaking shower head and had it all fixed and wrapped up within the hour. Amazing work, great service. Will be our go-to plumber moving forward. Follow up (3 months later): As the weather has been getting colder, we have noticed that the hot water doesn't turn to the hottest setting in the shower controls. I reached back out to Al Rooter Plumbing to express this concern and they sent out a technician the very next morning. He identified a temperature safety device was left on, removed it so we can access the hottest temps. And then put everything back together completely free of charge and done within 10 min. Amazing service! I highly recommend and have been very pleased with everything about their services and work.

The job was not done as expected. Their plumber visited, advised us on a whole-home filtration system, and installed it after we purchased the recommended unit. However, water tests showed no change in ppm levels after installation. When I contacted the company, they claimed ignorance about the system's water filtration capabilities and suggested I reach out to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a helpful response.

Excellent service! We had a leak under our foundation from old pipes. Because our HOA has communal water lines, the water couldn’t be fully shut off for the repair, but the team still handled it quickly and professionally. They replaced everything with new copper pipes, and the before-and-after difference is amazing. Highly recommend!

John is very knowledgeable. More important, he is honest and a straight shooter. He will tell you straight if something is not right and help you understand why. I like it. We had to reroute a gas line to the outdoor kitchen. I had another contractor come in to give me an estimate. But what John proposed was brilliant. Julian and his coworker did most of the work. It was thorough. Their price was reasonable and affordable. It took them over a day to finish the entire work. I will use them in the future. I strongly recommend them.

I called to request a quote for a water heater installation and was told that someone would need to come out to assess the current setup in order to provide an accurate estimate, which I completely understand. However, during the call, the representative stated that he was “losing $100” just by being on the phone with me. That comment was off-putting and unprofessional, and it immediately changed my impression of the company. As a customer, I’m calling in hopes of receiving helpful guidance and good service—not to be made to feel like a burden. Rather than continuing the conversation, I let him know I would not be moving forward with their services and ended the call. Seems like they have enough business by his attitude.
