Same day service. Arrived within 30 min of call to drain my water heater that wouldn't drain. Justin and Hunter excellent service. The price was great compared to what I've paid with other companies.

The technician was very professional and extremely nice. He took care of our blockage within minutes, and charged me accordingly, because I was quoted about $70-$90 more on the phone before they ever got to my home. I will definitely use them again, if the need ever arises. And I hope to get the same technician, I will at least try to request the same one. Only wished I had caught his name..

Chad came out to our home today to do a septic pump. I appreciated the communication before his arrival as well as how quick and efficient he was! Everything went smoothly and he explained anything I needed to know after he was finished and was a decent price for the service. Highly recommend!

Phillip saved the day! We accidentally hit a supply line to a house and had to shut the water off to our customer’s home. I called four different plumbing companies for same-day service and none of them could make it out. Underwood Plumbing & Septic answered the call and handled it immediately. Water is back on, and our customer is happy. Same day - actually same hour - service! We will definitely be using them again. Had company out to give estimate to run a new gas line under my pier & beam foundation. Brandon came out and gave me the estimate. I agreed to it and a couple of days later Dustin Krauss and Carson came and completed the project in one day. They did a great job and I am very pleased with it and for all their help in explaining what needed to be done as I recently became widowed after 59 years and still flying by the seat of my pants on all matters that he took care of. It is nice there are still people that will give a helping hand. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Had a pipe leak in my front yard and lance Morton showed up and was very professional and an amazing guy. He found the leak quickly and got it fixed better than new. The whole company is amazing and awesome and so professional and awesome. Highly recommend and if you get lance you are getting an amazing guy.

Lance was fantastic! Very thorough in checking and repairing. He was so patient to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. He cared about his work and cared about us to get our home back up and running. I can’t say enough good things about Lance and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was recommended by a good friend. My ceiling was leaking water and I had no idea where it was coming from. His team was out to my house within an hour. We determined it was actually sewage. (Gross!) that dumped all over my office. He haggled with insurance company with me to make sure they didn’t screw me. He made a terrible situation so much better for me. He was prompt, on time, and communicated every step of the way. He is a good honest man.

Faro Plumbing did a great job of helping a friend when we asked them to do so. The friend had broken pipes due to the freeze and had been waiting for other local plumbers to reply for weeks and they never did. We called our plumber, Faro, and he went to our friend's right away and fixed his pipes. Our friend was so happy that he had water so soon, after having to wait for weeks for other plumbers who never came to help him. We highly recommend Faro! They do good work, are clean and also show kindness, as in this case.

Faro is fantastic and most importantly, honest. He fixed a leak after the ice storm and did a great job. He also just installed a tankless water heater for us and now we are looking to have him install freezless water hydrants. A great plumber is absolutely someone you need to keep in your contacts. Faro is very reasonable, honest, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

Couldn't reach my regular plumber, a few phone calls later I was lucky enough to reach Penny at Murley's. Andrew came out first thing this morning as promised, took less than an hour to fix the washing machine drain. Local folks, so friendly and caring. We have definitely found a new plumbing company!! Thanks to Penny and Andrew for making this such a positive experience.

I called On point leak detection Plumbing Services because no one was available near my home to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. This business is located 45 minutes from my home so I was worried that he would not be interested in such a small job. He was more than willing to come and make the repairs that we needed. He was on time, his price was exactly as stated, and he did an excellent job. I do not trust repair personnel, I tolerate them because I've run across way too many dishonest ones.
