Jacob and his team are the best around. They're responsive, quick, professional, and fairly priced. I've had NB Plumbing and Drain do lots of work, from running gas lines to a pool heater to installing a water softener. The quality of work on everything has been phenomenal.

So thankful Jacob was able to clear our blockage in our kitchen sink line. Our house is old and has a weird setup for our pipes. The clog was so far out from the norm and he did managed to get it. So happy with his work and the price. I would call them first again for any plumbing issues in the future.

David is such a good find - on time when he says he will be. Quoted up front and does quality work. The first time David came over, he gave me advice on a plumbing issue and never charged me for his time. Difficult to find these days. He also helped me unclog an AC drain line and repair an existing line. Pricing was very reasonable - was even cheaper than my AC guy. David knows his stuff (and he’s a Master Plumber) and is there when I need him.

Gary arrived for what I thought would be a simple unclogging. The issue turned out to be a bigger issue. Gary and his service manager gave me all the details. Showed me the images of the camera snake job and clearly outlined the issue underneath the home. Although it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, we were presented with all the facts, worst and best case scenario. They both fit us to a place where the plumbing is fine, however there are repairs to consider. We were also given recommendations to maintain plumbing functionality in our home and best practices.

We had a small problem with a pipe that became disconnected under our sink. With Thanksgiving in a few days, the LAST thing we needed was a non-working sink! I called our local plumbers but they weren't able to see us until after the holiday. I contacted Cowboy Plumbing, and they were able to get someone out within an hour and a half! (I realize that may be a bit unusual, but I'm grateful anyway.) Gary Gilbert showed up and VERY professionally handled our problem! He was courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. I got an LeftOn sink that I wanted installed. This process required a different company to come out and remove the old sink, then cut the countertop to the proper size. Once these guys came out to the house to install it, we realized that there were several parts of the drain that needed to be replaced because it was not compatible with my current setup. Not only did they do a good job at setting up a new drainage system that was compatible with the sink and my home, but they did it in a timely manner, explained the entire process as they did the install. Before leaving, they made sure to test everything, explained the aftercare of a newly installed sink, and cleaned up their workspace.

I had a sudden pipe leak in my house and Mark from Mr. Rooter’s made it out to my house quickly, completed the repair within the hour and had the water to my house back on quickly. He was professional and helpful at making recommendations for other contractors that could give me feedback on the condition of my drywall around the leak in the event that it had been going on unnoticed for sometime. They were reasonably priced with great, responsive service. I had called a couple other plumbers before hand and they weren’t available to give me a quote for the work for over 24 hours and the repairs would have been done the following Monday so that I didn’t have to pay overtime rates. Mr. Rooter allowed me to get my issue fixed quickly and kept me from going the weekend without water in my house. I highly recommend, Mark and Mr. Rooter.

Excellent experience all around! They're both incredibly friendly, honest, and good people. Their prices are more than fair and they don't try to up-sell or sneak in extra fees like so many other companies do these days. Plus they offer a veteran's discount which is amazing. Louie is easy to talk to and willing to brainstorm to come up with cost-friendly solutions to some of the trickier issues in my house. Called Steve about a drainage issue. Turned out to be way bigger than expected. Steve was able to correct. Took us time to locate and he worked way past his normal quitting time. He wasn't leaving until the job was done and we where happy and stayed several hours longer than expected. Did a great job for us and I see no reason to call any other plumber for my property..

We had our septic backing up on Tues night. We called A&B plumbing early Wed morning and he showed up in less than an hour! Not only did he save our Thanksgiving but he also was very affordable! He will be the only plumber we call from now on, but hopefully not any time soon😂! Thank you so much!
