Expert Drain Cleaning in Lubbock, Texas

Rudy helped us with a drain cleaning 2 months ago, so when we had some major issues with our kitchen remodel, we called him. He was able to figure out the problem and worked diligently to find the least invasive solution that would hopefully resolve the issue. When that didn't work he came back the next day to replace a section of the main kitchen drain pipe and get our drain working properly. We will use him again when we start our bathroom remodel. Rudy is a master plumber and a great guy!

Rudy is great! We have used his services three times now and I won’t be using anyone else again! He replaced our gas pipes and brought our gas appliances up to code a few months ago. We used them to solve drain issues, they came out the same day. The technician thoroughly analyzed the system and found the enormous hair bundle; not a small ball but a huge elongated mass. He went through a lot to drag it out. I think most plumbers would simply snake the troubled drain and call it done. Great results, very good price !

This was the fourth plumber I had come out to my home, and I had received quotes as high as $20,000 to replace the majority of my plumbing. It was overwhelming and honestly very discouraging. Cotton City Plumbing came out to replace our entire sewer line. They were to quick to get us scheduled (just before Christmas) and got our plumbing back up and running in 1 day. I called Flatland Plumbing at 11:30 at night on a freezing holiday evening, not expecting anyone to even answer. My wife and I were hearing water running through the walls and were extremely concerned. To my surprise, they picked up right away. They insisted on coming out that late, but I asked if they could at least help guide me over the phone. Without hesitation, they walked me through how to shut off the main water supply and explained all of my options clearly and patiently. They even advised me to go through my home warranty so the repair would be more affordable if it was what they thought it was going to be. Later, we found out it was a slab leak, but their integrity, honesty, and non-judgmental approach truly stood out. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care more about helping than making a quick dollar. Flatland Plumbing is truly one of a kind. Wishing them nothing but success in all their future endeavors. Isaiah Lopez and Will Arausa were wonderful! I had a leak after the ice storm, and they showed up quickly, explained exactly what was going on, and fixed it efficiently. They were professional, respectful, and very kind. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using this company again.

Up-front Disclaimer: I'm giving a review today for work that occurred in 2017. Earl's came out to do a home warranty fix for a leak I had off my water main in my newly purchased home's backyard. I was a brand new, first time homeowner. The leak I had was a T-shaped fitting off my water main that connected my irrigation system to my main line. The small leak was on the water main side, but due to the "technicality" that it was also connected to my irrigation system, they would only put in a G-coupling and cut off my irrigation system under warranty. If they replaced the T-shaped fitting it would be $350. But if they cut off the irrigation system and used the G-coupling (literally disabling the irrigation system), it was $75. I was poor at the time, literally spent all my money to move into the house. They knew I was in a difficult position and I had no money at the time, but still tried to get the upsell and take advantage of me to get that $350 instead of a simple $75 warranty repair. I told them to just do the $75 repair, I couldn't afford the higher price at the time. Keep in mind - THEIR plumber said they would use a brass G-coupling to fix the leak. Let's fast forward to today. I get a call - there's a geyser in my back yard. It's flooded. I figured the cold must have caused a problem, maybe something broke. I start digging, im literally covered in mud trying to figure out what's wrong. I find the leak - guess what: The G-coupling Earl's installed failed - the seal on one side of it blew out. I call an emergency plumber who comes out and is shocked that a professional company would use a HANDYMAN fix on a water main in the past. This fix was destined to fail - ground settles, pipes expand and contract, this was NOT the fix that should have happened by any serious plumber. The new plumber got in there and fixed it correctly, cutting off the janky G-coupling and putting in a PEX line, crimped and ProPressed. He then insulated the fix and covered the repair for me. I say all that to say this - pay attention to what this company does. Take pictures, ask questions, watch them work and inspect it yourself after they are done. You might be happy in the moment that a repair is done and water is flowing - but a few years later, it might fail in such a spectacular fashion that you'll end up covered in mud, frantically trying to get a fix in before the next cold front so that your family has running water again. I'd never in a million years recommended this company. Both in the way they tried to take advantage of a young, new home owner to upsell a home warranty repair, and in the way they fixed a water main leak with handyman quality work. It bit me hard. Lesson learned - do your research before working with this company and learn from my mistakes.

Had Earl's come out for a water leak at my father's house. The technician,Trey, was awesome. He was able to repair the toilet and water supply and replace an outside faucet. Very efficient and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He was very kind and respectful to my father. Would definitely recommend them for any further work.

We had Mr Justin Time Plumbing come out to do a plumbing inspection on a house we are purchasing. Justin was awesome and gave us peace of mind on the plumbing in the house. He used a snake with a camera to go through everything and even recorded it all and gave us a flash drive with the video of everything. He was very helpful and offered great advice on any issue or potential issue he did find and was able to quote an amount for the cost to repair. Exactly what we needed and was well worth the cost.

Justin was absolutely amazing! He spent countless hours on weekends helping us with a difficult tankless water heater. I would 100% recommend him and will continue to use him for all of our plumbing needs!!

Called them up that afternoon and they came out and gave me a very reasonable bid. The next morning they were digging up the old drain lines and installed the new ones the next day. My hats off to Trey, the owner. He's a true professional and his crew (Joshua n Jake) are top notch.

I recently had to call in a plumbing service to install a sink. I was a bit nervous about the cost and the hassle, but I have to say, my experience was really good. The technician was friendly and explained everything clearly. After checking the problem, he gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. I was very impressed with how efficiently he worked. He even explained how he fixed it. Now the faucet and sink work perfectly, and I am so relieved. Overall, I was very happy with the service. We were notified of a gas leak in our backyard while we were out of town. Earl’s verified which gas line the leak was on and that our house was safe until we got back. I had them do some work on the gas line within the house as well as replaced the line that supplies our house. Great work. Very prompt. Very professional.
