Air Dynamics scoped my sewer line and said I needed to replace the entire run under the slab. Estimated at around 30K. Chad and team with Knockout Plumbing came out and snaked, hydro jet and scoped the system and discovered that all was in good shape. $800. Chad and team are super knowledgeable and did outstanding work. Thanks Chad.

Edward was fast and efficient with our plumbing maintenance inspection (part of the service contract attached to our membership)! At the same time, he explained everything he did and had to recommend with warmth and patience. This was an amazing experience. I called Air Dynamics because the water line coming out of the wall into the refrigerator broke due to calcium buildup. John came over fixed it faster than anyone. Very professional, courteous, efficient and told me more about the benefits that this company offers. Needless to say he will be coming back to fix a few more water lines in the future. I am very happy with this service.

What a great experience with Sergio and Owen this morning! They arrived 10 minutes early and did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. It is vented through the attic to the roof and is difficult for me to clean due to my physical limitations. They were very friendly, professional, and thorough. Their inspection revealed that the vent pipe had come loose, causing the dryer to vent into the attic. Not good! That was fixed and a complete cleaning performed. We were kept updated with photos throughout the process. They cleaned up very nicely after the job was completed. We will definitely ask for Sergio and Owen next time. First time using Air Dynamics but won’t be the last! Reasonably priced.

Had the guys come out and switch out a kitchen faucet. They were able to come the same day I called to get a quote. In fact they were actually here within about an hour. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional, and cleaned up everything from the installation. I have always used Superior Services and I will continue to do so. Thank you!!

He explained what he was doing. What needed to be done. The outcome in detail and with understanding. Very professional and courteous. Jacob and John did an outstanding job servicing my water heater. I thought that I might have to replace the heater but only the thermostat.needed replacement. Response time was timely and they were very efficient while performing. Will use Superior Services again.

We had Earl’s Plumbing come out for a clogged kitchen sink. From start to finish, the experience was great. The lady who answered the phone was very kind, cordial, and easy to communicate with. she dispatched a plumber within a couple of hours!! Juan came out and fixed the clog very quickly. He had great communication, explained what he was doing, and even addressed a couple of small issues while he was there. We also had a question about our dishwasher, and he took the time to answer it clearly. Juan was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We really appreciate the service and would definitely use Earl’s Plumbing again.

After a nightmareish week without hot water, and dealing with an unprofessional plumbing company contracted by the home warranty company, I was absolutely at the end of my patience. My contractor put me in touch with Mike Spencer and told him what had been happening. Mike went out of his way to check my old water heater just in case it could be repaired, and then when it couldn't, drove and got a replacement and installed it, all in an afternoon. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the process was, especially after spending a week boiling pots of water on the stove for hours every afternoon. I am so thankful to Mike for coming out that same day. As a single female homeowner, I really have to be choosy when it comes to companies I trust to work on my home. The original plumber who came to assess the water heater never even tried himself to turn it on. Now I know better! I will be calling Mike Spencer for plumbing needs from now on. He also told me a little more information about the home warranty company and the process, which helped me use my home warranty to help cover what I had paid Mike. After having such a horrible time dealing with the other company, Mike saved the day! And he was friendly and professional as a person could be. Thank you so much!

Wow! What great blessing Mike Spencer was to my family. I called, Spencer’s Plumbing, in dire need of help with water heater that refused to stay lit. Mike was very busy and kindly offered his help over the phone- no charge! His directions worked! Mr. Spencer has no clue who we were. But he helped my daughter and her children while husband/dad is serving our country in Iraq. We are beyond grateful! Thank you Mike Spencer. You are our Hero!

I called from Oregon for my mom in Texas and Mr Spencer himself got the job done THE SAME DAY, in fact, he was there within a couple of hours or less and very professional and courteous service! I will definitely be contacting Spencer's Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

We had so many leaks in our sewer line and had to replace all of it even to the street where the city had to come out and do their part to fix major leak. Josh Israel and Jason did an amazing job inside and out in two days before the ice and snow were to hit on Friday and kept to their word they would have our house up and running before then. Josh was very detailed in wat was being done and they were friendly and very professional and on time each day to get things done. We are very very happy with all the work and hw they went above and beyond in customer service!! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs service!!

I have to say, I don't have to call a plumber that often, but the hot water heater needed flushing, and I wasn't sure what to do, so I checked around and Brothers was the best price and had the soonest ability to take care of our need. Josh arrived on time and ready to go. He has a great attitude, very easy to talk to, respectful, quick and efficient. I enjoyed talking with Josh and he had no issues with me watching and asking questions. In fact, he seemed to enjoy explaining to me what he was doing. True Tex did a fabulous job. We called to get our septic tank cleaned out and they got us an appointment within the week. Patrick and his helper came in and started right away very knowledgeable on the job and explained everything to us Located the clean out Very quickly and kept us very informed I would highly recommend this company. True Tex did great work in a previous building I ran so using them for our new business was an easy choice! Cody and Jason were phenomenal!
