GEI technicians helped us out when our garbage disposal stopped working. GEI technicians repaired our garage disposal and in addition they recommended replacing our faucet on the kitchen sink. Our toilets in Houston stopped flushing and it was really uncomfortable, especially since we had a guest staying with us. My husband tried to fix it himself with a plunger and some drain cleaner, but after a while, we realized we needed a professional plumber. We called a local plumbing company and they were very friendly on the phone. They suggested we check with the city first to make sure the blockage wasn't on city property. The city team arrived quickly and confirmed the clog was on our side. After that, we called the plumbing company back. Even though they were busy, they said they would do their best to come out between 1 and 4. To our surprise, they showed up right at 1! Giovanni was the plumber who came to help us. My husband showed Giovanni where he thought the clog was, and Giovanni used his drain snake to clear it out. Within no time, our toilets were working perfectly again. We are really grateful for their fast and professional service, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in Houston.

The plumbers showed up right on schedule and even gave me a call about 20 minutes before they arrived, which was really helpful. I’ve been working on fixing up an older house and had lots of trouble with the laundry room vents. Another plumbing company gave me a quote of over $7,000 just to repair all the lines, which was way too much. I was hoping the pipes just needed a good hydrojet cleaning to get through another summer without having to replace everything. Kaden and his team did a great job explaining what they found, especially since their scope camera couldn’t get very far past the floor level. I called Carey Plumbing to service the leaking shower valve, and they were able to come out the same day and replace the valve and get it fixed. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable about the problem with the valve. We have used them before, and they have been excellent in the work quality and competitive prices. The first time was to replace a malfunctioning water heater controller, a sink faucet that was partially plugged, and the drain line for the AC unit. I would use their services again.

I had two, almost 10 years old, 40gal water heaters that both went out at the same exact time. 1st company I called wanted an arm, a leg, a few kidneys, my first born son and the title to my truck. That was a no-go. I found Carey Plumbing through a simple search on the internet for “the best plumbers in Katy.” Scrolled through a few and found Carey Plumbing. Within about 10 minutes of filling out an appointment request on their web site, Mike (The Owner) called. I gave him a brief description of what I needed done and he gave me a quote over the phone with exactly what products he used, what he would do and the price. No gimmicks - just an honest, true to his word quote. I called him back within a few hours and said let’s go! They accommodated my schedule and were able to come out the same day. They arrived around 6p and were done by 830p. Fantastic service from start to finish. They explained everything they did, talked about the water heaters, and reminded me to fill out the registration online so the manufacturer would increase my warranty. I called to request a quote for a water heater installation and was told that someone would need to come out to assess the current setup in order to provide an accurate estimate, which I completely understand. However, during the call, the representative stated that he was “losing $100” just by being on the phone with me. That comment was off-putting and unprofessional, and it immediately changed my impression of the company. As a customer, I’m calling in hopes of receiving helpful guidance and good service—not to be made to feel like a burden. Rather than continuing the conversation, I let him know I would not be moving forward with their services and ended the call. Seems like they have enough business by his attitude.

Last night i had a gas leakage in my dryer gas valve. It seems when LG technician was installing the new dryer they cracked the valve. Anyhow i contacted Mercy Plumbing late night, they responded immediately. Nathaniel showed up 10min prior and started to work on it. He checked the whole house if they were any leakage and he mentioned that it will take around 60~90min but actually finished in 45min. I have used Arrow Plumbing a few times over the years - water leaks and eventually a new water heater and new toilets. I love that they send me a text message with a picture of the tech coming to help and Herschel is always professional, explains things clearly and doesn’t do any kind of pressure selling! I engaged Arrow Plumbing to diagnose and replace the pilot light assembly on my 25-year-old gas log fireplace. Herschel came to the house on time and logically worked through the ignition problem and correctly determined the pilot thermocouple was the cause. He quoted a fair price to replace it. He came back after the part arrived and replaced the assembly. He was careful and methodical in the replacement process. Most importantly this solved my problem with the fireplace. Carlos came to fix a leaking shower head and had it all fixed and wrapped up within the hour. Amazing work, great service. Will be our go-to plumber moving forward. Follow up (3 months later): As the weather has been getting colder, we have noticed that the hot water doesn't turn to the hottest setting in the shower controls. I reached back out to Al Rooter Plumbing to express this concern and they sent out a technician the very next morning. He identified a temperature safety device was left on, removed it so we can access the hottest temps. And then put everything back together completely free of charge and done within 10 min. Amazing service! I highly recommend and have been very pleased with everything about their services and work.

The job was not done as expected. Their plumber visited, advised us on a whole-home filtration system, and installed it after we purchased the recommended unit. However, water tests showed no change in ppm levels after installation. When I contacted the company, they claimed ignorance about the system's water filtration capabilities and suggested I reach out to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a helpful response.
