Deacon came out on a rainy Saturday morning to fix my clogged drains/pipes. He fixed everything quickly and was kind and helpful and explained the process every step of the way. Deacon and On Point Plumbing have made me a customer for life! I highly recommend them.

We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. Everything has been draining normally since. Price assessment: Great price (total was $1,000+) for the amount of work and the long-term nature of the repairs. Communication was clear throughout. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort. Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard’s willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us… never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. No hard sales pitch. It’s a lot talking about tunneling 40’ under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully. After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. Royal Flush! We were well taken care of. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

Highly recommend Flow Bros. They replaced all of the cast iron sewer lines under our 2,000 sq. ft. home, fully tunneling under the slab, about 100 linear feet. Master plumber Jacob and his teammate Stephen did all the plumbing, replacing all cast iron sewer lines with PVC and drilling new drains through the slab in the kitchen and laundry. Also replaced sewer line out to the street. Jacob was super easy to work with. Communication was always quick and straightforward, work was completed quickly, and all of our questions were fully addressed. Terry and Damien came by after we could not get our sink to drain anymore. They handled our financial situation with care and gave us options, while being honest as to what each option does, the cost, and longevity estimate of each repair option. This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.

I scheduled Mother Modern Plumbing to service and inspect my tankless water heater. My appointment was originally set for Monday between 8am–4pm, and they told me they would call that morning with a more specific two-hour window. On Sunday, they actually texted to let me know they had a technician working in my area and asked if I happened to be available earlier. I was, and it worked out perfectly for my schedule. They even sent a tracking link so I could see exactly when the technician would arrive. Marcus was the technician who came out and he was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He serviced the unit, explained everything clearly, and offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance. Great communication, great service, and a very professional team overall. This company did a great job. After some initial miscommunication, one of the owners reached out to me personally. I had extensive broken pipes and they finished the job in good time, and cleaned up the area nicely, even installing new clean outs, which was an extra nice service at no charge. Abc plumbing came out and we had a excellent experience with them they helped clean up the mess and Taylor is amazing. Taylor helped us through our problems and reassured us we were fine and even helped clean the mess in our apartment. If I ever called them again I would want Taylor to come because he is so professional and so casual at the same time it makes you feel like everything is OK, and guess what everything was. We had a plumbing leak at an elbow on the hot water line from our water heater. Jon from Dean’s Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the line with a better quality elbow. He took care to stabilize the whole PEX line so it would not flop around. Finally he added thermal insulation to all the lines up to where they entered the walls. We will for sure use Dean’s for other projects this spring. See before and after photos of the repaired line.
