After carefully checking everything and unclogging our pipes, he explained a few different ways to fix the issue, which helped us feel comfortable with our options. The price was very reasonable. Avery came back first thing the next day to finish up, and even gave us a reminder call that morning and a quick text before arriving, which we really appreciated. Earl and Harrison were also part of the team, and both were friendly and respectful throughout the visit. They reseated a toilet and fixed a leaking valve quickly and cleanly. We’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. It’s great to have people you can trust working in your home.

what a fantastic experience with terry family plumbing! i really recommend them if you need a plumber. their prices were fair, much better than other plumbers we talked to in new braunfels. we had a washer drain line backing up in our house, and their team came out fast. landon and avery used their camera to check the drain and took pictures to show us exactly what was wrong. they gave us a clear estimate and came back the next week to fix everything. the crew worked hard, even digging in the hot texas sun, and they definitely knew what they were doing. everyone was super polite and friendly. i won’t hesitate to use them again for any plumbing work!

We had a problem with a leaking hot water heater and reached out to Terry Family Plumbing. Even though we were expecting them later in the day, Earl and his team arrived much earlier, which was a great surprise. They took a look at our water heater, explained the pros and cons of fixing it versus putting in a new one, and made everything easy to understand. We decided to go with a replacement. After lunch, they came back with all the parts needed and got right to work. The installation was handled smoothly and professionally by a couple of friendly plumbers. By the afternoon, we had hot water again. The service was fast, the team was respectful, and the price was fair for the quality work. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing plumbing help.

I had a pretty stressful plumbing situation right before Christmas when my sewer line backed up. Quickly discovered that there were multiple breaks and a lot of uncertainty. John Wayne Plumbing came out and fixed three breaks in the line but then closed everything up before fully checking for more issues. A few days later my sewer line was backed up again. Once they did scope further, they found another root incursion just a couple of feet in and wanted to charge me a whopping $18,000 to fix it after spending $14,000 to fix the first part. That’s when I called Sewer TV for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. They were absolutely fantastic. They took a look and immediately had a more reasonable solution that didn’t involve tearing everything apart again. They were able to jet the pipe, clear out the roots, and give me options for how to manage things going forward. The team was knowledgeable and really reassuring. In the end, I paid WAY less (under $1000 total) than what I was originally quoted and felt confident I had a solid plan in place. I can’t recommend Sewer TV enough if you’re looking for a plumbing company that’s honest, efficient, and won’t try to upsell you on unnecessary work.

Dave and his son were able to come out quickly to resolve our drain backup with their hydro jet machine. They worked quickly, informed us of why it happened and educated us on how to prevent it going forward. They were mindful to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after the work was done. They were also able to find our main clean out line which was an issue for 3 other plumbers. We received a quote from a different company that seemed quite high with a longer wait time. They offered an honest quote and did a great job quickly. We will use them again and recommend them often.

Jacob and his team are the best around. They're responsive, quick, professional, and fairly priced. I've had NB Plumbing and Drain do lots of work, from running gas lines to a pool heater to installing a water softener. The quality of work on everything has been phenomenal.

So thankful Jacob was able to clear our blockage in our kitchen sink line. Our house is old and has a weird setup for our pipes. The clog was so far out from the norm and he did managed to get it. So happy with his work and the price. I would call them first again for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had lots of work done this past year, including a total sewer line replacement in a 90+ yr old home. Mike, Martin, Matthew, Jacob2 and Andrew all looked at my options, came up with a plan, and were able to save my driveway from excavation by dropping my line into my basement, then drilled thru 8 inch concrete wall into my crawl space, connect to 2nd bathroom , and then out the front to the street. They carefully dug by hand around my 200 year old live oak trees and did not damage any roots. Matthew and Jacob 1 installed back connecting sewer line last summer. Matthew also replaced a rotted out toilet flange. Andrew fixed a blockage in back half of house. Then Jacob2 And Jacob3 finally installed my main sewer line this week, with Martin and Mike stopping by to assist, keep me updated on progress, etc. A lot could have gone wrong bc of basement logistics, age of home, etc. And even with concrete drilling taking 10x the time it normally takes bc of its old age, Jacob2 was calm and reassuring to me when I started to panic. Everyone, from Kelly in the office to owner Mike, answered my questions and concerns throughout this massive project. Cannot recommend them enough. I even got a bundled discount for everything done. People were very nice. Called Thursday afternoon and they came out Friday morning on time as promised. They charged me about double price but i didn't have time to schedule someone else to come out there for a quote. I needed hot water for the family. They charged 3175 for 50 gal electric water heater installed. (This price is with a discount). Service was great, they did great job installing, very quick on install, clean finish, good product. Could have save probably 1500 - 2000 going elsewhere, but also could have been another day or two without hot water. With it being freezing temps during this time, a baby, and young ones. Cold shower/bath was not a reasonable option.

I recently had M.E. Plumbing do work in my kitchen and bathrooms. I received an estimate/quote during my scheduled appointment and they were able to start work that same day (!!). Jacob H., Thomas & Matt were super nice and made sure to address any of my questions or concerns. Communication via phone call, texts and emails were prompt and concise. So pleased with the work Mark from Mr. Rooter completed at our home today! Excellent experience all around! They're both incredibly friendly, honest, and good people. Their prices are more than fair and they don't try to up-sell or sneak in extra fees like so many other companies do these days. Plus they offer a veteran's discount which is amazing. Louie is easy to talk to and willing to brainstorm to come up with cost-friendly solutions to some of the trickier issues in my house. I will absolutely use them from now on for all things plumbing related. So glad I found them!

Had a leak that had been going on for over a year and no one could find it. Finally it was located about 3 feet below the ground and the water had been draining straight down into the rocks. Called Justin because he had done work for me before and I knew he was fair and extremely reliable. He had a crew here in 30 minutes and 2 hours later the leak was repaired. With that kind of service you would expect a big bill...not the case. In fact, he gave me a discount because it had taken so long to find the problem. Local Plumbing was already my go to company but now I wouldn't even call anyone else. Professional, competent, and very courteous staff and they are highly recommended.

We had to have a gas stub out moved to accommodate our new stove and needed kitchen sink plumbing done to accommodate a double sink instead of a single. Fantastic work by John, Chris, and Jackie. John and Chris arrived right on time to provide a quote for a new water heater along with replacing several exterior hose bibs. They were extremely professional and explained everything in detail. Jackie, the receptionist, takes the time to listen to customer issues and is extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I called A&A Plumbing I found the dispatcher friendly and professional, she gave time window for the plumber would be arriving. Byron arrived within the specified time frame. He was professional and located the leak on my main water line. I decided to have the line replaced at a reasonable price. The next day, Byron and a co-worker arrived, and hand dug the new trench. They kept the dirt and my rock separate, and hand dug the 12” deep ditch. They installed the new line line, hooked it up with no issues. The next day the city inspector approved the install. Byron and his co-worker Joseh on the third day closed the open ditch and put my rocks back. I was very impressed with the staff of A&A plumbing, very professional and paid attention to the small details. I recommend A&A plumbing for your needs.
