Great service and reasonable prices! Don the Plumber did an excellent job in fixing the root blockage in my main water line. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed about what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again when the need arises.

I Had a main line clog. I initially called a different plumber because it was on a Sunday and also over the holiday weekend and Don the Plumber was closed. The other plumber that I called prices were so high, I decided to wait until Monday to call Don the Plumber. On Monday when I called Don the Plumber I spoke with Laura, who is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She sent Rafael out and he was timely, fast and efficient. He answered all of my questions. Don the Plumber is reasonably priced and not charging an arm and a leg. I felt very comfortable using them. You can tell they are not trying to take advantage of you and not over charging you. I have used them in the past to fix my toilets and at that time Rafael fixed both toilets fast and efficiently. These people know what they are doing from answering the phone to getting the job done. He was thorough, no BS and all around stellar at his job. The difference in pricing from other services I had looked into was night and day— let alone the quality of service. I made the mistake of reaching out to corporate owned plumbing services. They came to my house and told me that on top of clearing my pipes, I needed double clean outs installed. The price I was quoted was unbelievably off-putting— hence why I decided to shop around. I reached out to Jason and explained the issues we were having and what the plumbers had told me. He quotes me for the same services for less than half the price. Jason comes to my house, identifies that we do in fact have double clean outs installed, then proceeds to clear the blockage in the pipes in a timely and efficient manner. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved on all fronts— no cut corners. Save your time and money and utilize this amazing family operated plumbing business. I cannot tell you the relief I feel after having him come by.

They always arrive right when they say they will and have never let me down when fixing leaks or clogs. The team takes the time to explain if any extra work might be needed, and every plumber I’ve met has been friendly and really knows what they’re doing. I appreciate that someone always picks up the phone, and in case of a plumbing emergency, they do everything they can to send a plumber out quickly. Most recently, Collin came out for an after-hours call at my property in Duncanville. He kept me updated the whole time about what was going on and explained the fixes step by step. I had a great experience with a plumbing company in Duncanville when my water heater started leaking. My home warranty company sent them out after I asked for a different plumber, and I’m really glad they did. From the start, the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The plumbers, Jamie and Collin, came by to inspect the water heater and found it needed to be replaced. When it was time for the installation, Bernard and Collin handled everything. They were professional, quick, and explained what was happening at each step. Even though my warranty didn’t cover some of the code upgrades needed for the new water heater, the price was reasonable and I felt it was fair for the work done. Now I have a brand new water heater and everything works perfectly. If I need a plumber again, I’ll definitely call them back!
