George came out and addressed the issue, gave us different options and prices to fix the clog. He was able to get it going and unclogged the toilet and shower. He tested everything afterwards and made sure there was no backflow to any other toilets or sinks. He did a great job; I would definitely recommend him.

They were able to diagnose our problem and where it was plugged in which line, too. They presented a solution along with a warranty/ guarantee. We knew they would be pricey but trusted the reviews and it had to be done. Javar and Jose were our techs, excellent manners and quality work. Very satisfied but poorer. 😄

Roto Rooter is a great plumbing company deserving of 5 star reviews. They responded quickly (on a Saturday) and their technician (Mason) was here before my scheduled appointment. Mason did a thorough job in fixing my issue, was very professional and knowledgeable with the plumbing issue I was experiencing. Mason answered all my questions as to why the issues occurred and left with me with confidence that the work was done correctly. I highly recommend Rotor Rooter for those unexpected plumbing issues that might occur. Very satisfied with the overall experience with this company.

Great response time. BUT, when plumbers showed up, asked for approximate time, was told 2 hours, then the other guy said no, should be about and hour or less, and price would be $125. I thought it was great since I had to take my daughter to gymnastics. At approximately one hour mark, didn't hear any noise coming from the kitchen, thought they were done. To my surprise, they were gone, van was gone. Tools all over the floor, job appeared almost complete. After 45 minutes, they returned with NOTHING in their hands and complete the job in less than 10 minutes. They reported sink draining slowly but they are now after hours and said it might take another hour. As I needed to leave soon, declined the Ezra work. After hesitation, I reviewed the bill and noticed was charged for 2 hours, So I called the owner and immediately justifies they had left to get a part. AGAIN, they returned with hands empty. Do not trust this plumber.

I called on a Sunday for a clogged drain. He couldn't come out right away, but for another 2 hours. I kept calling other plumbers to see if they could get out earlier and other plumbers were available. I called Rick back to cancel. He was nice about it. Then the other plumber stalled on me and I called Rick back and apologized and asked if he could come. He agrees to send someone out in a hour and half. I said that was fine. Then the original plumber shows up. It had only been ten minutes since I called Rick plumbing, so I called again and cancelled, Yes, my fault I know. I was apologetic but he was very rude about it, telling me "yea right you're sorry, my guys are already going over there." I told him, it hasn't even been an hour or close to an hour for me to cancel. It had only been about 15 min. He hung up on me. He was nice at first, then was rude about me cancelling. I apologized for it. J and S plumbing showed up and fixed the problem. They're very nice too.

They did the plumbing for my house back in the 90’s when I had my house built. Since the house had been built, over 25 years ago, I have no water to one of the sink. Can’t believe there still in business.

He seemed professional.. he quickly got to work and “cleared” the issue with his equipment. However, he did not check to see if the issue was fixed completely. He didn’t run a hose to confirm the issue was resolved. He waited until we paid him and then left. A day later we’re still dealing with the same issue. I called him so he can come back out and see what had happened. He said there was no warranty and that he was going to charge me again!?! It’s completely disappointing considering the service was $240 and I’m still dealing with the same problem a day later.

I woke up early in the morning to take my kiddos to school. As I was leaving I noticed my sewer drain top had popped off and stuff had overflows into my yard. Instantly I was anxious and stressed. She was able to get a technician to service my home that same day within a matter of hours. What I really enjoyed was their text message system informing you of when your technician is on their way and a photo of the technician. My technician also called shortly after letting me know he'd arrive soon. Upon arrival My technician Mason was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and explained it to my husband and I. We agreed on a plan of action and Mason got right to work- wasting no time. He was always kind and respectful during the time of service which I appreciated and answered any questions we had. Not only was the service quick, hassle free and stress free but I was able to make it to work on time knowing that the issue was addressed. Thank you Roto-Rooter team for making this whole ordeal a whole lot less stressful. Its nice to know who we can rely and trust for any future projects and issues that may arrise being a homeowner.

Bobby came out soon after we placed a call on a Sunday. He was super friendly and professional. Bobby did an amazing job fixing our pipe and even managed to salvage our hose. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Farrell Plumbing and their plumbing technician named LB saved us. We had a plumbing emergency late in the afternoon. We worried that we would have to wait until the next day to get someone to fix it. But the helpful woman, who answered the Farrell Plumbing phone, had LB at our place within an hour. LB did the work the way we wanted it done. And our water was back on, and everything was back to normal, just an hour after he arrived. We recommend Farrell Plumbing.

Mr. Hinojosa provided me multiple potential options, advised me regarding those options, worked with my schedule, and completed the work just as he indicated. The project was not inexpensive, but the price seems fair.

Had 2.5 gal water heater installed under my kitchen sink 2 years ago but started putting out yellow stinky water. Called Bud's...sent out one crew for $133 who flushed it and it worked for 5 days. Called again and flushed again and changed an inlet pipe for $145. Will NOT replace it even though it is under warranty. Bud is retiring and his daughter had taken over the business and apparently is NOT honoring warranties under her father's tenure.

This Company “oddly” receives either a 5 or a 1 star. WHY? The technicians are talented. However, they get to decide which customer gets the service. If the job looks high gross profit, then they come. If the job is a “small leak”, then NO one will show up. Read the “reviews”. Bad customer service-“no shows”? But the guys are nice!

This is the 2nd time we have used YJ Home Repair and once again they have done a great job. They repaired a damaged section of roof decking that had been damaged by an old satellite dish. They removed the existing shingles, decking, soffit and facia replacing the damaged area with new materials. I would definitely recommend YJ Home Repair for any future projects.

I've used YJ Home Repairs for three tasks: garage ceiling drywall repair, shower trim and valve replacement, and washing machine cold and hot water valves replacements. I've been pleased with their work and would call them again. For the washing machine water valve replacement work, they even patched up the drywall they had to cut out; nice job though it wasn't really necessary as nobody can see back there.
