Josh did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. It took a little time due to years of accumulation of build up but he was able to clear it up. He also took time to explain tips for preventive maintenance. His professional and courteous mannerisms were pleasant to work with and appreciated. I will be using Mother Modern Plumbing in the future and highly recommend their business.

I had to have a complete plumbing replacement for my home. Their quote for digging, replacement of cast iron to PVC, and haul off was superior to several other companies. The entire process was less than a week and the communication from the plumbers and company was top-notch. The digging team replaced everything back to it's original position almost as if nothing was touched. Denys does ‘EXCEPTIONAL’ work! I HIGHLY recommend him. He was referred to me by my coworker, and she raved about his service. I reached out to him desperately needing help because my toilet overflowed and flooded my closet. Although, Im ‘significantly’ outside of his coverage area, Denys graciously agreed to come out to see how he could help me. I had a shower drain issue was from a prior tile guy/plumber that was unlicensed. I stopped that installation, but needed the drain pipe redone. Denys agreed to look at both while he was here. He arrived on time, assessed what was needed and efficiently worked to resolve my issues. He explained the issues I was having with the toilet and the drain and corrected them. Denys was very detailed and meticulous in his work, which gave me confidence in his ability to fix my issues. He cleaned up after the projects and gave me a great price for all the work he did. I am so grateful for Denys and the work he completed in my home. I know I am not in his coverage area, but Im willing to pay him to come again because a licensed, exceptional, HONEST, plumber is hard to find! Our water heater started leaking and we called FPP Plumbing. A plumber came out in about 20 minutes and stopped the leak. After that he told us the water heater was basically done and needed to be replaced.The water heater was in the attic, so we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job. The price wasn’t cheap, but it was fair for the work and location. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. They also helped us choose the right water heater instead of trying to sell us something unnecessary.They replaced it the same day, pulled the city permit, and passed inspection with no issues. Overall just really solid service. This is definitely the plumber we’ll be calling from now on.

Had a leak at the street and needed some emergency service. Due to the old pipes, we discussed replacing outdoor lines causing excavation across the driveway. The team worked fast and the quality of work appears excellent. We are waiting for city inspection approval and then grounds/driveway repair can be completed . Cost was what I expected. The young men that came to my house were so attentive to detail. I asked if they could pick up the toilet for me at Home Depot. The Home Depot closest to my home didn’t have the toilet and they had to go to Plano to pick it up *smh* then when they get to to my place, I told them it was the upstairs bathroom that needed the toilet replaced and they didn’t even blink-just got the job done. They even took the old toilet with them since my bulk trash had already been picked up. They cleaned everything up so nicely too.
