Highly recommend Flow Bros. They replaced all of the cast iron sewer lines under our 2,000 sq. ft. home, fully tunneling under the slab, about 100 linear feet. Master plumber Jacob and his teammate Stephen did all the plumbing, replacing all cast iron sewer lines with PVC and drilling new drains through the slab in the kitchen and laundry. Also replaced sewer line out to the street. Jacob was super easy to work with. Communication was always quick and straightforward, work was completed quickly, and all of our questions were fully addressed. Jacob has decades of experience at replacing cast iron sewer pipes under homes, and it showed. Cost was very competitive. We are thoroughly pleased with Flow Bros and the high quality work they did for us.

Terry and Damien came by after we could not get our sink to drain anymore. They handled our financial situation with care and gave us options, while being honest as to what each option does, the cost, and longevity estimate of each repair option. Desmond and DrainKings were the best. I should have started with him and probably would have saved myself the headache and some money. They helped me with my city citations, my water leak and fixed a year long break. I moved on to a gas project and they helped me there as well. All around great company!!

Disregard previous post for All Masters Plumbing! I would not recommend them to anyone! I recieved a letter from the city advising that I obviously had a water leak since my usage had gone up over 2000%. I called All Masters Plumbing & a gentleman came out & misdiagnosed where the leak was. They jackhammered through the concrete in the garage, found no leak there, left a huge hole wide open & left! My wife waited several days for someone to come back & fix the damage they did. They finally showed up after they scheduled three times, twice not showing up. They did a very sloppy, unprofessional job & it was not put back to the way it was before they did their damage! Another gentleman from the same company came out & found the leak outside the house, approximately 24 feet away from where they tore up the concrete inside my garage. The actual leak was found & repaired in less than an hour. I was surprised to get an invoice from All Masters Plumbing for $5445.00 for the work they did fixing their mistake! Previously we signed a loan thinking it was going to be a major cost but loan was not needed because it was a leak outside! Now the loan company is calling & asking why I'm rejecting this document since All Masters Plumbing submitted the loan as work completed! I would never recommend this Plumbing company to anyone because of the misdiagnosis, shoddy repair & charging a horrendous price for repairing the damage they did! My wife & I have called several times & left messages for the manager to call back, but he never does! All I want is my bill adjusted, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake & I would like my concrete done so it looks like it did before they wrecked it! I'm hoping this is a mistake made by office thinking that first job was completed properly!

I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I am very pleased with the replacement of my water heater. David was on-time and was very professional, honest, and friendly. He took time to explain everything needed to correctly replace my leaking water heater. The work was completed in a couple of hours without a mess and at competitive rates. Came out and did an amazing job. David was not only very honest and upfront but very timely and communication was very clear and concise. He came out to fix a shower diverter that 3 other plumbers couldn’t figure out and in under 5 minutes was able to properly diagnose it. Will be using him for more projects for sure.

I had a great experience with a plumbing company in Duncanville when my water heater started leaking. My home warranty company sent them out after I asked for a different plumber, and I’m really glad they did. From the start, the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The plumbers, Jamie and Collin, came by to inspect the water heater and found it needed to be replaced. When it was time for the installation, Bernard and Collin handled everything. They were professional, quick, and explained what was happening at each step. Even though my warranty didn’t cover some of the code upgrades needed for the new water heater, the price was reasonable and I felt it was fair for the work done. Now I have a brand new water heater and everything works perfectly. If I need a plumber again, I’ll definitely call them back!

Absolutely blown away by the great service. This is the second time we have used this company. Scott and David were both so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of issues we needed addressed and they explained things clearly and were so patient, but also worked quickly. In and out in about 45 minutes. We had a hot water heater issue with water temp in our primary bathroom not maintaining temperature. It’s gas so we didn’t want to mess with it and they resolved that quickly. They also cleared a clogged sink, fixed water pressure in our kitchen sink and I asked them to look at the outdoor hose spigots. After they finished everything Scott was thoughtful enough to ask if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. That’s when I mentioned the kitchen sink water pressure and he was happy to take a look at it. I am a female in my 30s and felt so comfortable with David and Scott in my home. I will continue to call them for all plumbing needs and will encourage our neighbors to do the same!

Scott and David did an amazing job!! I had another local plumbing company that was highly rated, come out on two different occasions and in fairly short order. Regardless, they still never fixed my problem. Enter David and Scott- these guys did everything they could to keep the price as low as they could while still giving excellent quality. They replaced a toilet, snaked a line and replaced a valve on my guest bathroom toilet and it cost me the same as the other company for their two visits that didn't fix anything. These guys went above and beyond and even vacuumed the floor when I didn't see any reason to do it - but they did it just because it was the right thing to do! I chose them for their Google Ratings and I am extremely pleased because they gave the service that their reviews claimed! I will absolutely use 1 Tom Plumbers from now on!
