Called Eddie monday at 8:45 am and he was here by 10:30 for a clogged drain. He is a one man show and a master plumber. Highly recommend him. He not only gave me pricing up front, he wore shoe covers in my house, was extremely polite and corrected the issue quickly. Thanks Eddie we will be calling on you for all of our plumbing needs

I've never had an easier time getting an issue fixed. I got a notice from the city of Lufkin about a pipe leak on my side of the meter. I called Eddie after I was unable to get through to the bigger names in Lufkin. From the initial call to the time it was fixed was 2 hours, and that includes shooting the breeze for a minute. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and fair prices for his services. The slogan on his work van is very apt. "If you've been burned by the rest, call for the best!"

Eddie came out last week and replaced a hot water line that had burst under my kitchen sink. My husband had spent the previous day (All day) trying to fix the leak. Eddie had the line replaced in probably 15 minutes. Also, he seems very honest. He had quoted me one price, that I was prepared to pay, but after completing the project he charged about $200 less than the quote. Which was an awesome surprise! Highly recommend!

I must start by apologizing for not reviewing before. I have used Truss for more than 20 years exclusively. If you read any of my reviews, you will see I generally only give good or bad reviews as I feel they are the most beneficial. I have had Truss and Sons install 2 aerator systems, 1 at my main house and 1 at our guest home. They have serviced our initial system multiple times until it ultimately failed. A fiberglas unit that caved in on itself. They have run water lines, fixed a leak in the wall, replaced stubborn faucets and drains, set a couple of toilets, etc. They have ALWAYS completed the job quickly, completely, and friendly. Never had to come back, did it right the first time, everytime. They have priced fairly, used quality parts and always answered questions, along with sharing tips on plumbing and septic care. They installed a new septic yesterday and did an excellent job all the way through to clean-up and smoothing out the dirt work. Just need to plant grass. Educated me on maintaining and servicing the new system. Could not have asked for a better experience, thanks again.

I was having trouble with my tub not draining. I tried multiple different things from Drano to homemade concoctions from TikTok, to a small manual auger; but nothing worked. So, I called Loggins Plumbing, and Larry showed up within the hour. He was able to get the problem fixed very fast and efficiently. Larry was very professional, attentive, and funny too! I recently called Loggins Plumbing to correct some exterior plumbing that had been poorly installed by previous contractors. They responded quickly and were out right away. After assessing the situation, they reconfigured the piping to make it secure and properly supported, and they insulated the lines to help protect against freezing. The workmanship was clean and professional, and they clearly took pride in doing the job the right way. What I appreciated most was the honesty. There was absolutely no upselling, which seems to be all too common these days. They simply addressed the problem, fixed it correctly, and charged a fair time-and-materials rate. There simply is not enough good things that I could say about Strickland. My wife and I are doing a remodel and have used every branch of Strickland so far, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Every single person that we came into contact with was professional, kind, and treated us like they would want to be treated. Priced were less than I anticipated and when several issues arose on our ends, Blake, Justin, and Will went WAY above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, happy, and able to move forward with our project. I could go on all day, but these guys are definitely the company to go with for any plumbing, hvac, or Electrical needs.

We bought a whole home generator from them. They installed today. They brought an entire crew out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. All the guys were very nice and professional. Andrew even offered to sweep the floor where they had tracked a little dirt in. I told him it wasn't necessary, but that was so nice! I would defintely use them again.

The staff in office are very sweet, patient, and helpful. We had a leak in a water pipe in our yard and the Plumber that came out was quick, professional, helpful, and explained everything along the way. 10/10 would recommend again, they have very decent prices, and in some cases can offer payment plans... which is also amazing! First Off, some of the best people I have had the chance to work with. Customer Service is great. I had an issue with some workmanship that was done after I purchased the In Home Air Quality system. I spoke with Andrew from their management and he personally came out and fixed everything himself. Top notch people and great service!

Had a water line going to my water heater burst at approximately 10 PM the night of 12/24/2025. After turning off the water supply I found these guys with Google Search and called. They called back promptly and set up an arrival time early the next morning. Arrival was prompt, work was expedited in a professional and friendly/respectful manner. Highly recommended!
