I called on a Saturday morning and it wasn't long until the gentleman showed up to see if I still needed help. Then I needed his help and he was here by the time he said he would be and worked hard to fix my backed up toilets and showers. Very pleased they will have a customer for life with me. I can't give all details of my experience but completely and utterly satisfied with the services I received and the quality of work!!!!!! Very responsible priced compared to the long list of calls for a Saturday morning.

Chris did an outstanding job with the plumbing work during my master bathroom remodel in Longview. He was hardworking, polite, and always kept me updated about what he was doing next. Chris made sure everything was cleaned up and ready for the next step in the remodel. I also met Axel at a local tile store, and he helped guide me through picking out the right style and coordinating tiles for my bathroom. Axel was very patient and took time to make sure I would be happy with my choices and that they fit my budget. He even offered to meet me at another store to continue helping with the selection process. Chris has continued working on plumbing throughout my entire home remodel, staying dedicated and making sure each phase is done with care. His positive attitude and plumbing know-how have really stood out. On another occasion, Jonathan came out to restart my water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and even showed me a few easy tricks to restart the pilot light myself if I need to in the future. During my yearly plumbing inspection, Jonathan checked out my water heater and all the plumbing fixtures in my house. He recommended upgrading my old rubber hoses to stainless steel braided ones, and took care of the replacement quickly. Jonathan had also installed my water heater in the past, and I’ve always found him thoughtful and professional. We had a great experience with the plumbing company in Longview. In the same week, chris came out and did a fantastic job replacing our old water heater, which had been in use for about twenty years. he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. chris also took the time to explain what he did and showed us how to use the new water heater before leaving. A few days later, we had another issue when we found a big puddle of water coming from our backyard sprinkler system. We couldn’t figure out where the leak was underground, so we called the plumbing company again. eddie answered the call and was really kind, telling us not to worry and that they would fix it. axel arrived very quickly, in less than half an hour, even though it was extremely hot outside. he worked hard and used his plumbing experience to find and repair a pipe that had been damaged by roots. We are very thankful for chris, eddie, and axel. they were all professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend this plumbing service in Longview!

We have used Diversified plumbing for several years with several different things. We have had clogs to putting in a whole new bathroom with plumbing having to be ran through our yard so our experience with them is a wide range. We love the honesty, friendliness and the fair pricing. This is really a review to tell them thank you for always taking care of us.

Had a bad problem with clogged plumbing. Called another plumber first and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. Called diversified was here within 30 minutes and he actually fixed it without any problems whatsoever, perfect. Pricing was very good I'm very pleased and now my bathroom works again. I would attach a picture but there's nothing to see but water going down the drain.

I can't say enough about Nate and Jason. I am converting my enclosed porch into a laundry room and needed a washer hookup + drain. They came out and gave me a fair estimate and date to return. The first time Nathan came out he installed a water pump for us. That experience was amazing. He put in a new fixture in our bathroom and today he dealt with a major problem with the kitchen sink drain.He is always so nice and communicate s very well with us. He gives us helps along the way . We highly recommend him and his business. You can't go wrong with him. It has been two years since Nat installed pump. We just had a problem with it. He came out figured what the problem was ,fixed it and didn't charge us anything ,not even a service call. He warranted the parts he put in. He is a good honest man. He does his job with integrity.

First of all, the technician was nice and friendly. The problem was an easy one, washing machine drain was backing up. I’ve dealt with service issues at different properties for years. In all my years I’ve never seen such a price gouging. My issue wasn’t even resolved. For them to snake 1 drain with a cheap handheld snake and after not succeeding pouring a $30 bottle of sulfuric acid charged me over $700. It’s common sense to also clear the roof access as well to allow ventilation but that service was going to be over $1100! For 1 drain, one…. Thankfully my neighbor recommended another company, whose 70 year man with a helper came out and within 30 minutes had me up and running. They also cleared every drain while they were in the roof. All for half the price of the original cost of the failed service.

I had such a great experience. They were fast, reliable, and 100% professional. My sewer line was clogged and they got it no problem. They also were great on the price. I will definitely be using them in the future and referring family and friends!

J Rowe Pluming came out a few months ago and cleaned my old tankless water heater. They also came out and installed a new tankless today. Both times I was met with professional and respectful employees. I will continue to use J Rowe Plumbing for any plumbing issues and I will be referring them to anyone who needs a good plumber. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.. CJ and his helper did excellent job installing faucet and unstopping drain.. I have used this company before and I will continue to recommend to everyone!! They are just nice!

Brittany in the office is so pleasant and helpful. Chris and Devon who came out and fixed my clogged main drain, were so friendly, polite and respectful. Brittany called before 8am to tell me when to expect the workers. By 8:15 Chris and Devon were knocking on my door. They went right to work and had it all good to go by 9:15. Amazing people who do their jobs so well! Their prices are very reasonable, and they give a discount to seniors. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again if ever needed.

I mean they got out here a day sooner than expected and my wife said the tech was nice. Was here like 15-20 min and just said it can’t be fixed and we have to go to some place and order some part and call them back…still charged us $140. I mean I know that was their hourly minimum so I can’t be too upset with it. Just felt like I threw $140 in the trash.

Ask for Nick! He's a well mannered young fella and willing to do any job that's big or small! He's going to make sure you're happy with everything before he leaves and that includes any mess that was made during your project. Btw, my gas stove is going strong and so much more efficient than my electric setup I had previously!

The plumbers were prompt, professional, and trustworthy. I had a long list of plumbing problems. I called Pither Plumbing. Even though I told them it was NOT an emergency, I received an appointment for the next morning. They called that morning, and came over promptly. I put our dogs in the backyard. They fixed and reset a toilet. They fixed an under sink leak, and installed our garbage disposer. They fixed a couple of problems (with our permission) that were not on the list. They looked at, and we discussed, some slow facet leaks. They would have made more money by fixing the slow facet leaks that day. They however, recommended the best type of facets to get for a long term solution. I highly recommend Edgar and Pither Plumbing.

Ron with Pither was extremely helpful! I had a small water leak in my toilet which the city actually notified me that I was having higher than normal water usage. They came out the same day and got it fixed and quickly! Very reasonable on price too! Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

The technicians arrived as scheduled and on time. They informed me of everything they did and gave me a copy of the work they performed. I have been using the C-Woods company over two years and have been happy with the quality of work and professionalism they offer. I would recommend them from installing to repairing your furnace, air conditioner units, ductwork etc. They do great work.

Had them come rewire my remodel and explained IN DETAIL all what i wanted and the setup i was needing. They did a lot of good work, but i had to explain things over and over after already explaining them the day before each time. They refused to run the wiring for my outside AC compressors because they "werent on the blue prints" even though the inside air handlers were on the blueprints. Which i had to argue with them about running that wiring as well. They forgot to run several things and i had to point them out when the main manager came by to discuss payment. They didnt run the electical for my stove top or oven but ran the flex pipe it goes in. Tried to up charge me over double my original estimate to finish the job even tho my estimate was quoted to wire the entire house. There are wires hanging down everywhere and not finished or connected to anything. None of the wiring is ran to the breaker boxes and the meter box and main was never hooked up. They wouldnt return my calls for over a month. i have another company there now (Blazer electric of henderson, tx) and they have been the absolute best and i have zero complaints. Would not recommend this company to anyone and i suggest anyone wanting work done to try elsewhere.

Brady contacted Danny, another plumber, who was able to come out the same day with all the right parts. Both of them were very professional, explained what they were doing, and made the whole process easy to understand. They finished the repair quickly and left everything tidy. We were customers of another company for years, but this past weekend our water heater broke and our living room was half underwater. No one would return our calls, but John from Smith Plumbing not only called me back immediately, but also came out to help us get the water up and dry our living room himself. Then Monday he and another man that works there came out, installed our new water heater, and also helped fix our toilet which was unstable and rocking back and forth from a previous bad installation. John and everyone we met at Smith Plumbing were extremely kind and courteous. They gave us a good, fair price and went above and beyond to help us out. We will now always be customers of Smith Plumbing.

We had the main water line to disintegrate on a Saturday and there was 2 ft of water under my house. We called and a team responded within a couple of hours. It was the next day before they could get to it but the water was off and I had plenty of backup water for 24 hrs. They were very personable, worked non stop until my repair was done. I knew what was happening and what would be, and how much it would cost before they ever started. It was expensive but not out of line with the price of everything else. Would highly recommend this service.
