Reliant Plumbing
3705 San Antonio St, Austin, TX 78734, USA
(512) 222-6029Steven and Jason F did a great job clearing a clog in my kitchen drain. They cleaned up after themselves and also scoped the line with a camera to show that it was clear. Transparent, efficient and polite. 5 star service
6 months agoI had a fantastic experience with this team after they installed a new outdoor spigot in my backyard. When I noticed a connection issue a few months later, their office staff was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in for a follow-up appointment the very next day. My tech consultant, Carlos, did an amazing job. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to be thorough while still working impressively fast. I really appreciated his clear communication throughout the process and highly recommend their reliable service. This is probably the fourth or fifth project I’ve had completed with reliance and they continued to do a great job.
3 months agoThis place is a scam, and the reason they have so many reviews is they relentlessly follow-up until you leave one. I had avoided leaving one until now because I was hoping to have this resolved. I had a tech come out to evaluate a leak and was quoted about $2600 for the repair. We were informed that we would be charged 50% up front and then on completion of the work. However, we decided to cancel (same day) because we found a much cheaper quote elsewhere. That was November. As of today, I cannot get a return call for a refund. The customer service department is excellent, but they cannot approve refunds and require approval from a manager in the field. I have called multiple times, and still no resolution. I intend to take them to small claims court and file with BBB next week.

(512) 900-4663We’ve used this company for clogged drains, leak repairs, and general plumbing maintenance, and the service has been consistent every time. Clear communication, quality workmanship, and prompt scheduling. Definitely a plumbing company we trust in Austin.
4 months agoWe had a stubborn clogged drain that kept backing up, and the plumber did an excellent job clearing it completely. They explained what caused the issue and made sure everything was flowing properly before leaving. Reliable plumbing service in Austin and very professional overall.
4 months agoAfter noticing higher water bills, we scheduled leak detection and were very impressed with the process. The plumber used the right equipment, pinpointed the issue, and completed the repair efficiently. Honest, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Excellent Austin plumbing service.
4 months agoOnCall Plumbing
247 Clear Frk Lp, Liberty Hill, TX 78642, USA
(512) 288-1564UPDATED twice. Too long, don’t read. Find someone else. Poor communication, wouldn’t stand by their work. I'll give an honest review here, there have been some issues outside of their control, and some issues on their side. But most of the major fault is theirs. After posting my initial review I got a prompt call and an explanation of what went wrong. Then I came home and found the whole setup spraying water and cycling on and off excessively. They said resubmit to the warranty company, but the warranty company said they are no longer working with this company. We have a home warranty and had a sewer grinder pump fail It's an older home which has complicated things. We were without use of our home. Initial call to them was on 2/3. They couldn't come for 3 days, until 2/6. Their reason was that was their contract with the home warranty company. On 2/6 they worked on it for a few hours and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with the warranty company. That's not their fault. By the time the repair was authorized they couldn't drive to get the part because the place was closing. They wouldn't come back until 2/11, even though the part was in stock and they could have picked it up the next morning. The repair guy did patch it enough so I could run it manually as needed and showed me how to do that. On 2/11 he returned with the part. He comes while we're at work, leaves after a few hours. Never hear anything. I look at the side of the house and it's cleaned up, put back together. I notice the switch is flipped to OFF, I assume it's done and he made a mistake, so I flip it to AUTO and forget about it. Then I start getting emails from warranty company about the service not being complete. On Sunday 2/15 I call to find out what's going on. I'm told they don't know anything but will ask the technician tomorrow and call me back. No call on Monday 2/16, so I call back on Tuesday 2/17, said technician will call me. Someone from there calls twice on Tuesday but doesn't leave a message, I couldn't answer. I call again on Wednesday, same thing, technician will call me. Finally Thursday AM (2/19) I'm told the pump can still be run in manual mode, but a part is needed and they don't know when it will come in. We wait until the next week and start calling again on Monday to find out when the part will be in. Told we'd get a call back, don't get called back. Call again Tuesday, first time told someone will call right back, they don't, so call again at 5 and told the part just came in and they will fix it on Thursday (2/26). Technician comes on time, calls me after and says he's done. But the only part he could get requires a neutral wire in my electrical box so now I need an electrician to come rewire it. Oh and by the way, it won't run in manual mode anymore. So now we can't use the house again until I can get that fixed. That evening I receive a bill for $950 from them. I'm writing this review after receiving this bill after hours so I can't even call and find out why they are billing me when the home warranty company told me everything was covered. I call the home warranty company and they said they contractor hasn't submitted the report to them yet so they have no idea either. UPDATE. After submitting the review I get a call from someone who is genuinely trying to figure out what happened. He explains some challenges they had and agrees there's some things to fix. He acknowledges the bill was sent in error and their communication wasn't up to his standards. Update #2. See the attached video. Water spraying everywhere. They wouldn’t just come out to fix it. Said to call home warranty company. Home warranty company said they don’t work with them anymore. I’m actually glad to be done with them. Wouldn’t call me for days on end, never tell me what's going on or if I can even use my house. It took from 2/3 until 2/26 to do the repair, 6 days of that was waiting on a part. I called them 9 times and my wife called 4 times. After all that the repair was terrible quality.
3 months agoOncall WAS amazing. Their service was a 5 star rating. Their quality of your work was outstanding. They Were quick and efficient on everything they did.. I would recommend them to everyone.Thank you for making us feel at ease. AHS played a huge factor in their ability to service us in a timely manner. AHS was quick and efficient in providing the service that we needed with OnCall. We were very pleased.
5 months agoI had an excellent experience with this company. The dispatch team stayed on top of my repair from start to finish, and the plumber immediately spotted that the toilet sitting on my tile floor was a cheap model that could eventually crack or damage the tiles. Within two days, they sourced a new toilet that fit my floor perfectly and installed it the right way. Every person I dealt with — from dispatch to the plumbers — was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Call them first if you want a great team and a repair done correctly.

1 week agoPlumbingPro Austin
12307 Roxie Dr, Austin, TX 78729, USA
(512) 540-5095Highly recommend PlumbingPro. PlumbingPro is the kind of company you want to have on speed dial. They’re knowledgeable, reliable, and take the time to explain what’s actually going on — not just rush through a fix. They handle everything from water heaters and water filtration systems to residential and commercial plumbing, gas tests, sewer inspections, and preventative maintenance, which makes them a true one-stop shop. Their focus on water quality and long-term solutions really sets them apart. If you’re a homeowner, property manager, real estate professional, or contractor looking for a plumber you can trust to do the job right the first time, PlumbingPro is an excellent choice. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with — exactly what you want in a plumbing partner.
5 months agoI had the chance to sit down over coffee and really talk shop with this plumber, and I was impressed. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly understands his craft inside and out. You can tell he’s not just doing a job — he actually knows the technical side and takes pride in doing things the right way. On top of that, he’s professional, straightforward, and a genuinely good person to work with. I’d feel confident referring him to anyone who needs plumbing done properly.
3 months agoC. R. And his partner were very personable, respectful, and professional. On the first service call to inspect my water heater, they explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I felt no pressure to proceed with Plumbingpro, but it seemed and felt like the right thing to do. Once here to replace my water heater, they worked efficiently, explaining things as I asked, though, for the most part, I left them alone to do their job. They cleaned up after themselves and were done when they said they would be. I am very happy with the outcome and will call C. R. If I need more work. And I am considering the service agreement for yearly plumbing checks.

3101 Shoreline Dr #827, Austin, TX 78728, USA
(512) 975-1629Justin was great! Texted his ETA before coming and was right on time with scheduled appointment. Cleaned our bathtub drain, replaced the drain cover, and helped us set up our gas fireplace. Will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs!!
4 months agoI had a fantastic experience working with Justin from Affordable Plumbing! He helped me install a kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and bathroom sink, and also repaired a toilet flange—all in one day!!! I’ve worked with other contractors in the past, and Justin’s standards are on a whole different level. He was incredibly responsive from the start, which made the whole process stress-free. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. On top of that, he was super easy to work with! I highly RECOMMEND Justin if you're looking for reliable, skilled, and professional plumbing service at a great price!
1 year agoThe best plumbing company in Austin. Justin with Affordable Plumbing helped me replace my commercial water heater for my nail salon. He helped me avoid getting taken advantage of by another plumbing company and knew all of the codes/guidelines for a commercial install. Before he even knew if I would go with his company, he helped me just because it was the right thing to do. Justin also met the inspector (required for commercial) to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ll also add, he has a very reasonable price. I will come to Affordable Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!
5 months agoGood Clean Plumbing - Cedar Park
720 S Bell Blvd Unit 5A, Cedar Park, TX 78613, USA
(512) 456-9940I needed a toilet repaired for my home in East Austin. The toilet had leaks due to worn out washers in the tank. Master plumber Dan Howard came out and walked me through the options. I had him perform a complete tank repair and had no issues. I then noticed the second toilet start to show the same issues and that’s when I called GCP again to repair the second toilet. These toilets have the original washers from 2008 so it’s not surprising to seem them both start to fail around the same time. Dan and the team at GCP made things easy for me to schedule and that was important as I didn’t have a lot of time. Could I have found a lower price option? Maybe. Could I have done it myself? Maybe. What I needed was for the repairs to be done right the first time and give me the peace of mind that the work would be done quickly with warranty. They also took care not to dirty home floors. I recommend GCP!!
3 months agoI am so glad I went with my gut feeling (and glowing reviews) and called GC Plumbing. Daniel couldn't have been a more honest, straightforward specialist with twenty years experience. I was afraid I had a busted pipe but it was just a worn out seal. The spigot was 26 years old so I'm thrilled to have a much better, brass spigot to be an addition to my home for the rest of my life, perhaps. Could not be more pleased with everything from the length of time to respond (initially on my first call this morning). They were very responsive right from the get go. From the start of diagnosis and completion of the part needed installed I'd say it must've only taken an hour or two. I will recommend Daniel at GC to anyone living around here.
7 months agoGood Clean Plumbing is a company that truly stands out for professionalism, integrity, and care. 4 months agoKinsey Plumbing Heating and Air
13809 Research Blvd STE 500-613, Austin, TX 78729, USA
(512) 316-3013Yet again, Kinsey Plumbing knocked it out of the park! In my opinion, they have some of the most knowledgeable, considerate and professional plumbers that have worked on this house and all for a very reasonable price. I needed to have my hot water heater flushed as well as some static testing done on my overall plumbing system. Wesley, a recent transplant from Georgia, was the service rep that was assigned to the task. He was fantastic! Georgia’s loss is truly Texas’ gain! Not only was he punctual but he did a fantastic job of getting things sorted out for me. He was patient, answered every question that I had in a very positive, informative manner. I immediately felt comfortable that I could trust all that Wesley said. He was also quite helpful in making proactive suggestions that will help mitigate future potential plumbing problems. It was truly a great experience having Wesley handle my plumbing needs. I would happily invite him back with any future plumbing concerns. Kudos to Wesley and to Kinsey Plumbing to hiring Wesley in the first place! Well done.
4 months agoI’ve used Kinsey several times now and always appreciate their professional & speedy service. Shawn was very thorough with the diagnostics on my condo and took the time to explain the issues. As a loyal customer, I really appreciated that they worked with me to find a fair price for the repairs and surge protection. Reliable team, great communication, and I’m glad to have the system protected for the future.
1 month agoExceptional Service from Kinsey Plumbing, Heating & Air! If I could give Kinsey Plumbing, Heating & Air more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We live in a home built in 2001, and our air ducts had never been cleaned. Over 20+ years of dust, pollen, and who-knows-what had accumulated in there. From the first phone call, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They clearly explained the process and provided a fair, upfront quote with no hidden fees. The technicians who arrived were punctual, polite, and meticulous. They took great care to protect our home, laying down runners and containing the work area perfectly. The cleaning process itself was thorough and fascinating to see—they showed me some of what came out of the ducts, and it was astounding (and a little shocking!). The difference is unbelievable. The air in our home feels fresher, cleaner, and lighter almost immediately. I’m certain our HVAC system will run more efficiently now, and my family can breathe easier, especially with allergy season approaching. Honesty, quality work, and outstanding customer service are hard to find. Kinsey has earned our trust for all future plumbing, heating, and air needs. If you’re on the fence about duct cleaning, especially in an older home, don’t wait. Call Kinsey—you won’t regret it! Highly, highly recommended!

(512) 838-1182Juan was super personable and professional. He communicated with me the whole time and made sure I knew what he was doing and why. He was efficient and did a great job. The company got me scheduled quickly and easily and made a stressful situation better fast. I will definitely be calling them back next time!
3 months agoWe needed a gas fitter to help us hook up our natural gas grill to an existing outlet. ROD had someone out the next day. Eddie was absolutely amazing. It ended up being pretty tricky but Eddie went above and beyond to get it figured out. He even painted it after he was done to make sure it looked nice. Very happy with ROD and will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.
5 months agoGustavo is by far the best plumber I have ever met. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately through years of experience in the job. He was extremely professional and explained all problems. With every possible problem, he explained the solution. Most plumbers will take your money and tell you it’s fixed but never explain the why and what. ROD is a top notch company that everyone should turn to for a your plumbing needs and feel free to ask for the best plumber Gustavo!

3 weeks agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Leander, Texas
Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Texas, and with that growth comes a high demand for reliable home services. Whether you’re in a new build near Bryson or an established home near Old Town, finding a plumber who isn’t booked out for weeks can be a challenge. That’s where we come in. We’ve simplified the process by managing a network of certified local plumbers specifically for the Leander area.
Our unique service goes beyond a simple directory. When you have a backed-up sink or a clogged main line, we scan our network and filter by your specific Leander zip code. We then take the extra step of calling the plumbers to verify they have immediate availability to solve your issue today. You get the peace of mind knowing that the help you need is actually on its way without the frustration of making a dozen phone calls yourself.
Common Drain Issues in Leander, Texas
Hard water is a constant struggle for homeowners in Williamson County. The high mineral content in the local water supply leads to significant scale buildup inside pipes, which can snag debris and cause frequent slow drains.
Leander sits on a mix of rocky limestone and heavy clay soil. As the ground shifts during Texas dry spells and sudden rains, older sewer lines can crack or shift, allowing invasive tree roots from local oaks and cedars to penetrate and block the flow.
In many of Leander's newer suburban developments, kitchen drains often fall victim to the "garbage disposal myth." Heavy grease and fibrous food scraps from family dinners can quickly solidify in the pipes, especially during the hot Texas summers when underground temperatures still fluctuate.
During the intense Central Texas storm season, outdoor area drains and patio drains can become overwhelmed by silt, mulch, and cedar debris. If these aren't cleared, you risk localized flooding around your foundation during a sudden Hill Country downpour.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Leander, Texas
Spring: Check your outdoor area drains and gutters. With the heavy spring rains common in Leander, ensuring your drainage systems are clear of winter debris is vital to prevent water from pooling near your foundation.
Summer: Be mindful of your AC condensate line. In the Texas heat, your air conditioner works overtime, and a clogged drain line can lead to water damage inside your home. Have it flushed as part of your summer maintenance.
Fall: Clear out falling leaves and organic matter from your yard drains. As the live oaks shed and the wind picks up, this debris can easily wash into your sewer cleanout if the cap is loose or damaged.
Winter: Even in Leander, we get the occasional hard freeze. Ensure your outdoor faucets are covered and that your main sewer line is flowing well; a slow-moving drain is much more likely to freeze and burst when temperatures drop.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Leander, Texas
Prices in Leander typically vary based on the location of the clog (e.g., a simple sink vs. a main sewer line), the equipment needed like hydro-jetting, and whether you need after-hours emergency service.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Leander, Texas
Why is it so hard to find a plumber in Leander for a same-day drain cleaning?
Leander's rapid growth means many plumbing companies are tied up with new construction. Our service solves this by filtering specifically for pros who have immediate gaps in their schedule to help local residents today.
Does the hard water in Williamson County affect my drains?
Absolutely. The high mineral content in our local water creates scale buildup that narrows your pipes over time. Professional descaling or hydro-jetting is often needed to restore full flow to Leander homes.
How do I know if my Leander home needs a simple snaking or a full hydro-jetting?
A simple snake is great for hair or soap clogs. However, for the stubborn root intrusions and heavy grease common in Texas suburbs, our verified plumbers often recommend hydro-jetting for a deeper, longer-lasting clean.
Are the plumbers in your network familiar with Leander building codes?
Yes, we only work with certified plumbers who are licensed in Texas and familiar with the specific codes and soil conditions unique to the Leander and Cedar Park area.
What zip codes in Leander do you cover?
We cover the entire Leander area, including 78641 and 78646. Our system automatically filters for the closest available technician to ensure the fastest response time possible for your specific neighborhood.
