Expert Drain Cleaning in Lancaster, TX

Edit: company called to offer a partial refund for the high cost of the service bringing it close to $530 from $725 , still expensive for a simple kitchen drain clog but it's appreciated to have a company followup on their work and customer concerns. Luis Maldonado did a great job with his service and was friendly. But we got charged $725 including dispatch fee for a simple clean out of a slow flowing kitchen sink which as far as I can tell from research is at least twice the price of what it should be. I'd love to give 5 stars because as I said Luis did a good job but these plumbers are way too expensive. It seriously feels like we got car shop ripped off. Edit: apparantly it took 15 minutes to do. We totally got scammed. So. Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using this company AND he apparantly tried selling us those BioOne drain cleaner bottles for $100 each when you can find them online for $30 to $50 each.... While I appreciate Luis's work and he was overall friendly, Its the only reason it's not one star and I'll never use this company again unless they correct this

David and his partner did an excellent job putting my sewer drain back together. For this round of repair there was a lot of digging involved. I am hoping to see my shrubs live in the aftermath. They got notification about my problem this morning and had the problem resolved within 45 minutes of their arrival. Timely,efficient service Thank You!

Absolutely the friendliest and most accommodating technicians I've encountered in a very long time. I wanted to know which of my options made the most sense, ballpark pricing, and potential timelines. Normally this would be like pulling teeth to get a straight answer, but Michael Murphy not only went over my chosen options but presented me with several more, along with not just ballpark prices but a guaranteed set price for each, and suggestions on when I could get the work scheduled and completed. Both Michael and Javier were courteous, clean and professional, and the exploratory work they did was super clean and with as little intrusion into the structure as necessary to ascertain the scope of the problem. When they left I had the peace of mind knowing that the work was scheduled, when it was scheduled to be completed, the details what the work would involve and what I was paying for it. This is the kind of company I like to do business with.

Javier from Jake the Plumbing Pro did a fantastic job when my whole house was backed up in Dallas. I had already called another plumber before, but they couldn’t figure out where the main access line was. Javier used his plumbing know-how and found the right spot to dig by understanding how the pipes run from the crawlspace to the city line. He quickly located the main access, dug it up, and cleared the blockage. While working, Javier noticed the pipes under my house were sagging, which caused all the sewage to back up. He showed me the problem and explained that the pipes were being held by flimsy plastic straps. He spent hours under the crawlspace fixing the slope and replaced the old supports with sturdy metal straps, even giving me a 10-year warranty on the work! Javier went above and beyond by checking the rest of the house for any issues. He fixed my low water pressure for free, and also saw that my sink faucet had buildup, so he cleaned that out at no extra charge. He even raised my water temperature for free and made sure the sewage access lines are now easy to find in the future. I’m really impressed by his knowledge, fair pricing, and how much he cared about getting everything right. Definitely the best plumber I’ve worked with for quality, expertise, and kindness.

When we started looking for quotes for our bathroom remodel, Jake the Plumbing Pro came highly recommended for the plumbing work. My husband and I have really enjoyed working with company: Pete the Plumbing Pro over the past few years. The first time we called, we had a serious plumbing problem with our main sewer line clogged and everything backing up. Barry and Nathaniel arrived late in the evening, stayed calm, treated us with respect, and got the issue handled quickly at a very fair price. We had heard of others paying much more for similar drain and sewer work, so we were very thankful for the honest pricing and fast response. More recently, during a home renovation, they did excellent plumbing work for us, including installing a new shower, repairing the water shutoff valves, adding new piping, setting new toilets, and correcting the gas shutoff valves to make sure everything was up to code. The workmanship was solid, clean, and professional, and they explained everything in simple terms so we felt confident about the repairs and installation. They were also very helpful when our tenant thought there might be a water leak. Barry came out, inspected everything carefully, and found that there was no actual leak. We really appreciated the honesty and the fact that they did not charge us for an unnecessary service call. Both plumbers have been dependable, skilled, and easy to work with every time. I would absolutely recommend them and gladly give them 5 stars.

Had a main clog, and Jason and his crew got me up and working again. Very respectful and knowledgeable, definitely will call them again with any future plumbing problems.

We had a leak at our meter line. Every plumber we called they wanted to charge us between 3,000 and 10,000 dollars. Thank God for Jason. He is nice and easy going. He explained everything to us. The whole line didn't need replacing. It was just a pinch in our pipe near the meter. He worked with us and repaired our pipe way cheaper than what all the other plumbers was charging. We have a poly pipe(Quest). So, if your pipe is like mind don't worry. He specialize in repairing those type of pipes.

Very knowledgeable, brought all parts plus extra parts they might need. ON TIME!!! and service was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

This review is long overdue. I’ve relied on Micheal & Sons Plumbing for several years for all my plumbing needs. They always arrive right when they say they will and have never let me down when fixing leaks or clogs. The team takes the time to explain if any extra work might be needed, and every plumber I’ve met has been friendly and really knows what they’re doing. I appreciate that someone always picks up the phone, and in case of a plumbing emergency, they do everything they can to send a plumber out quickly. Most recently, Collin came out for an after-hours call at my property in Duncanville. He kept me updated the whole time about what was going on and explained the fixes step by step. He even followed up the next morning, just like he promised, to let me know the next steps. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing work!

I had a great experience with a plumbing company in Duncanville when my water heater started leaking. My home warranty company sent them out after I asked for a different plumber, and I’m really glad they did. From the start, the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The plumbers, Jamie and Collin, came by to inspect the water heater and found it needed to be replaced. When it was time for the installation, Bernard and Collin handled everything. They were professional, quick, and explained what was happening at each step. Even though my warranty didn’t cover some of the code upgrades needed for the new water heater, the price was reasonable and I felt it was fair for the work done. Now I have a brand new water heater and everything works perfectly. If I need a plumber again, I’ll definitely call them back!

Chris with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to our home in Midlothian to diagnose and clear a drain stoppage under our slab foundation. He was professional and courteous in addition to his technical skills. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly, provided insight to the issue, and explained how to avoid problems in the future. They were able to schedule my appointment the same day and gave me 2 hour window. Which they called to make sure I was available and then also texted me and let me know my technician Athens was on his way. Athens was there within 15 minutes. He was very nice and professional. He was also very honest with what had to be done. Which I Appreciate that.

Absolutely Love Robert from Riddell! He's very knowledgable, capable and always solves my plumbing issues. He's a great communicator! I especially appreciate that they send the same person each time. I think Robert has been here at least 4 times for gas lights, the pizza oven gas, re-plumbing the fireplace, fixing faucets and installing new plumbing pieces. Thank you!

Gentlemen Plumbers came and estimated.. Courteous and respectful as guest on my property. Glad of their prompt arrival. The grease removal was successful and promptly done. That jetter is a great tool and a job finisher. Cody and helper were efficient and as always most importantly very respectful and courteous. Looks like we are done for now.

Wayne from DWV Plumbing Services replaced my water heater today. He arrived promptly when he said he would and had the new heater on his truck. The work went smoothly and looks great. He also replaced the flex lines which connect the tank because the old lines were not solid metal and were too close to the gas flue. He had changed out two toilets for me a couple of years ago and the work then was also excellent.

Ares Plumbing is the only plumbing company I’ll ever use. Their teams are prompt, professional, personable, and highly communicative, and priced competitively. I’ll share more below but really, all I can say is this is the company to call on. In renovating our home, we’ve had to call on plumbers a few times for everything from water heater installation to pipe repair and replacement. Our first call to Ares Plumbing was regarding backed up line in our kitchen. They came, took care of the job and then offered to snake the line and really figure out what the problem was for a more permanent solution. I hadn’t told them that we were already aware that our cast iron pipes leading out of the house were corroded. They shared the video, highlighting problem areas and provided us with a quote and timeline to replace everything that same day. Their quote came in lower than those we’d had over two years ago from other companies. There was never a point where I didn’t know what was going on or when it would be done. They had permits ready within 2 days and work began immediately (the week after Christmas even). While I truly hope to never NEED to call them again, Ares is the only plumbing service I’ll ever use.

I am impressed with Ares Plumbing. First, they answer their phone! I was always able to get Sylvia on the phone and I feel like she always gave me a true picture of the timing and the process of getting my gas line up and running. Then Gladimir was at my house and he was excellent. He is patient and friendly. He also really cared about my job. In the end the project was competed on time and on budget. These are nice people to work with!

I was in bad spot when my water heater took a dump and started leaking overnight the day before my wife's bday. Worst part is, I couldn't use the shutoff valve on the actual tank because it was stripped and had to shut off the main. At this point we are a family with no water. Did the whole frantic search for someone to come do a tank replacement. They were all just too far out appointment wise and some are still contacting me and ARES is already done lol. Aaron gave me his personal number, a quote and scheduled the maintenance before anyone else even contacted me. The techs arrived at 930am and were done before noon, boom! Quote stayed the same no bs. Daniel & Gladimir were absolutely phenomenal. Can't thank you guys enough for saving my wife's birthday week the way you did. Guess these are my new plumbers.
