Excellent service! I called them in the morning and they had someone come out in just under 2 hours. The technician was great. Explained the issue, provided advise and showed me before and after of the work. Everything was done professionally without any unnecessary upsell. The plumber not only unclogged the AC drain line from the attic to the bathroom sink but also made several improvements to the pipes and connections so that it's easy to maintenance going forward. Will definitely use this company again.

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GREAT THIS COMPANY IS!! In regards to the changing of a powder room sink faucet, I had 4 other estimates, in which 2 were more than double this company's very fair pricing. From the beginning the entire company, but most especially Mikcah's enthusiasm and professionalism were completely apparent in regards to communication and manner. After arrival, Mikcah and Tommy were able to accomplish the avoidance of having to create a huge issue in regards to the complete removal of the sink in which case all 4 other companies stated would be necessary. They were very respectful of my home, as well, and had impeccable manners. When they left, their work area was very neat and clean. Based on my previous experiences, I had come to doubt my upgrade would come to pass and most certainly not as successful as it resulted. The entire company was able to produce my job the same day, as well. I AM SO GLAD I contacted this company and am very happy to express my gratitude in regards to them! I will certainly refer and contact this company going forward. This company exceeded ALL expectations! 20 out of 5 stars! Tremendous gratitude!

Mikcah and Tommy came out within about 30 minutes of giving them a call. They did great work and were very clean about everything. Very transparent on pricing. Mikcah allowed me to negotiate cost with him and worked with me on upgrading to a new toilet while we investigated an issue. Nice to work with! Would recommend to anyone.

Zack O did a terrific job clearing a main drain line in our master bathroom. He explained everything ahead of time and worked quickly and efficiently. He offered short and long term solutions along with estimates ahead of time. Zack is very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely work with him again.

Had All clear come out to do a remodel plumbing Job, The Hot water was swapped on the Tub and wanted them to make the repairs as they did the job. I contacted the dispatch and told them to contact and confirm the scheduled appointment with home owners. They did not contact homeowners and showed up two hrs later after scheduled 8am arrival. Then we rescheduled the appointment to make the repairs and had a access point they could use but they did not want to access this location for repairs refused to do the repair said they wanted to cut out the back of the brand new cabinets that had been installed. They also said they would not warranty if someone else makes the repairs. This has really pissed off the home owners after paying them over 6,000 for plumbing work for the to refuse repairing their mistake. I basically had to hold their plumbers hand when installing and laying out valves for the tub after I already gave them the measurements. We will never use this company ever again. They don't want to reimburse either for us to have another plumber do the repairs who has already agreed to do the repairs like we have asked.

Ryno Plumbing has been amazing! They've been out on several occasions to flush the water heater, unclog the tub and install a water softener. He is super knowledgeable and great to work with. Prices are very reasonable. They are a one stop shop and I am so pleased to have a trusted plumber in my contacts!

Our "go-to" master plumber we had for 29 years recently moved into the industrial market, so he recommended Chris of Inheritance Plumbing. We feel blessed because Chris did a wonderful job! He will be our new "go-to" plumber from now on! We had a new handle and hardware replaced in a toilet tank, a new master bath waterfall shower head installed, clearing of two slow sink drains, repair of a leak on a sink faucet handle, and plug of an icemaker floor drain no longer used. Chris at Inheritance Plumbing did a great job installing our home water filtration system we were gifted. He made sure everything was installed and working correctly and also answered lots of other plumbing questions we had before he left. He is kind and reliable. The water filtration system has already made a huge difference in our home over the last couple of days. The water no longer has a strong smell to it, it doesn’t taste bad like it previously did, and it leaves our skin and hair so soft after showering. Before the system was installed our bathroom would smell so strongly of chlorine and our skin would feel super dry coming out of the shower. After a failed faucet installation of our own, I called Inheritance Plumbing on a Sunday evening and he came by on Monday and assessed what needed to be done. He came back the next day with the parts necessary parts and fixed it within an hour. Chris was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous and upfront about the cost. Very professional team, they diagnosed and fixed the foundations problem we had at our home, built also a French drain to solve rainwater accumulation issues at our backyard and even discovered and fixed a leak in the sewer system under our house slab. I highly recommend DuWest.

I had a plumbing emergency at approximately 10:00 PM when we noticed a back-up in our shower when we flushed the toilet. We called Texas Best Plumbing and Services and they took our late-night call and arrived at our house within the hour. The service representative, Chris, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and took care of our problem in a very short period of time. Our sewer is now working perfectly and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of the cost, particularly in light of the after hours service. I called Chris after getting a few outrageous quotes from other companies. He was able to come out the same day and got the repairs done quickly and at a very affordable price. He was honest, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how prompt he was. I highly recommend him and his company.

We thought we needed to replace a valve to get our new washer out installed. Chris came checked out the valve and found the valve was still good and didn’t need replaced. He very well could have replaced it to just make some quick money off us. I would highly recommend him. He was friendly, honest and quick to get us on his schedule. We’ve used him several times and will continue to use him in the future!

We had Space City Plumbing out twice in short succession. Once for hot water heater that decided to die and leak everywhere, and again to repair some sewer lines that failed a post-foundation-repair plumbing test. I found the plumbers to be courteous, competent, and unobtrusive. When a new tankless water heater was installed, they took the time to show us how it worked. When they dug a tunnel to my house through my driveway, they contained the dirt so that we could still park our cars. They also gave us quite a deal we could not turn down on an expanded plumbing job. I will be using them again, and I encourage the reader of this review to use them, as well.

This company is the ONE!! If you are looking around and trying to make a decision. I can't stress this enough. Space City Plumbing is a family run company and they treat you like they know you. They are so helpful, patient and considerate. From the initial phone call, till the clean up, we felt listened to, spoken to like we were important, and we were kept informed on the issue and what work needed to be done. They also went over options with us which eased our stress. Isaiah & Brandon were first on the scene and from the get go they were professional, and friendly. After they accessed the leak, they called to get a 2nd crew to assist in deciding what was the best approach to repair the leaking pipe and two outside faucets that it was connected to. They had to lift several bricks up from my patio and dig a trench like hole to remove and replace the old pipe. They also replaced the two faucets. After the job was complete, they replaced the bricks and tidied up the area. I pray I get their names correct and don't miss anyone, because each of these gentlemen deserve to be mentioned in this review. From the first man who spoke to me on the phone and eased my stress level, to those who worked in my backyard completing the job. Kevin, Micah, Isaiah, Brandon, and Jesus were hard working They worked together like a well oiled machine and were done in time for us to go to dinner! I didn't say at the start of this review that sadly, Space City Plumbing was not the first company I called. I googled trying to find one when I noticed the leak it was close to 9pm the day before. The other company "Roto Rooter" promised to be at my home between 9-10am the next morning. When they didn't show, or call I was getting concerned. So after several calls by me asking them why they hadn't called us or told us what was their ETA like they said they would they promised the guy we were waiting on would call us soon with that info... He didn't. We got the run around till close to 2pm when he finally called. He called to inform my husband that he would be there closer to 4pm and we would have to sign a contract that he sent to my email and pay $1000 before he came out. This was to perform leak detection to find the leak, which we explained we could already see. After his heated conversation with my husband, we decided to ask our neighbor who she used when she had an issue not long ago. She recommended Space City Plumbing. I will never regret cancelling the other company and calling them. I will recommend them to anyone who asks us "do you know a good plumber" because we do!

Mario and Kobi came out to help install a valve and line to power my generator with matural gas instead of either gasolone or propane. This way, I cam run the generator for several days without having to feed it propane tanks. Huge plus for convenience. They spent the time to not only get everything installed and hooked up but they also helped get the generator started. It was a little tricky but they stayed until we figured it out. I really appreciate their attention to detail and safety. This is the second project they've done for us. The other one, Mario helped replace a ball valve in our side water spigot. These guys do excellent work.

Professional customer service on the weekend wout premium by design. Thank you Ken and Ken jr( our tech). Outstanding service on the weekend and very collaborative. We have a 2 story w 2 full bathrooms upstairs and half down. Half was backing up and “bubbling” when upstairs flushed. Ken jr rightly decided to snake the line from the upstairs toilet and cleared all. Others would have immediately recommended full tunnel ( $20k plus!). Thank you!

Had a couple of different technicians come out to my home for different repairs. Paul was really great and went out of his way to explain everything and give an estimate on a separate faucet replacement. Matthew came a different day and installed the faucet did a great job. Had to reschedule appointments a couple of times waiting on some material and Tawnya in the office was really understanding and helpful she kept me informed on their availability. I highly recommend Kenn's Plumbing. Even though I didn't obtained their service at this time, their response were prompt, their Tech( Mr. Chance) were made clear presentations of what needs to be repair to wife. Courtesy follow up were great by Mr. Chance as well. They made reasonable estimate as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Abel is our plumber. He was the best choice for our plumbing emergency, which happened on Labor Day. First, he arrived within a specified time. We told him the symptoms of the problem. Abel noticed the incorrect installation of plumbing under our kitchen sink as soon as he inspected it. Abel explained the problem clearly and offered a solution. Abel was conscientious of his work area, and kept it neat. After completing his work within the time frame that he estimated, Abel left the area spotless. Abel would be our first choice if we ever needed another plumber. Abel, thank you for your professionalism and attention.

The team provided friendly, efficient, professional servi e and went beyond to help me with installing three new toilets. One had arrived broken and I was not aware u til they opened the box. The service team, helped me by going to get the replacement and expediting the pick up. The team also gave me options for installations and upgrade possibility without being pushy or overselling products. The installation was excellent with the team taking care to ensure that the correct approach and equipment was used. They didn’t perform a “rush job” and I truly am thankful for the excellent work provided by the All Clear team.
