Great experience working with Clear and Present Plumbing. Travis came out and installed a new hot water heater and toilet as well as replaced the valve coming out of the wall. After the freezing temperatures and thinking the outside pipes were protected, pipes can freeze and break. Happened on a Monday evening and Travis was able to come to the rescue the next day, before noon, and had the broken pipe replaced and the water back on in under an hour! Travis was very professional, personable, explained what needed to be done and completed the repair, far exceeding my expectations! I’ll definitely be contacting Clear and Present Plumbing again. We had a water leak at our outside cutoff valve. Bill replaced the piece of pipe that was cracked and the valve. He got the work done quickly for a reasonable price and he was professional and friendly. This is the second time we have used Come and Plumb It (clogged sink drain before) and we highly recommend this plumbing company.

We had the need to do a whole house repiping and received multiple quotes. Alex from Reliant was here and walked the house and listened to all our requirements carefully. We wanted to switch from electric tank to gas tankless waterheater and get whole house water filter with hot back wash installed. We decided to go with Reliant due to the very professional advice and appearance. And we were not disappointed! Once the installation crew hit the ground lead by Roman everything unfolded nicely! It turned out our house was very solid built with lots of unforeseeable challenges in the walls but Roman mastered them swiftly and with great care. Also shout out to Patrick, Victor, David, Brant and Julian as supporting crew members keeping the site as clean as possible. VERY glad we decided to go with Reliant as everything turned out very nice! We have now a flight control system in the attic where I can mangage separate sections in the house which comes handy with the freeze coming in from time to time. Brett Williams is an incredible person to work with! He was prompt, probably spoke to me via phone & text 100+ times within a 3-4 day span (including a holiday), and was always patient & descriptive. His entire crew responded quickly & professionally- he even had his manager step in when he was unavailable one of the days. I cannot recommend Reliant Plumbing enough for folks in the Austin area. If I have one complaint it is that he would not share his venmo so I could "buy him a beer." Thank you again!

He changed the screen out for me because he happened to have one in his truck. Great family owned business. We plan to use them to install our new tankless water heater.

I was promised to call back from a plumber today about services that were on the bid that I accepted to be performed at my house that were not completed. I also believe I was charged for the services. No one has been in contact with me additionally, when the plumber came he left the lock box with the key to my home completely open for anyone to come up and take the key. So far, I am very displeased with my service and how I have been treated. Update: The owners of this business went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I genuinely think the above was just a one off and you can trust this company with your business.

Jose came and was very professional. He was super patient as well. I had the part with me and it was the wrong size, I made a quick run to the store and he was very patient with me guiding me through which was the correct part. He also came on a Sunday and the overall repair took about 30 min! I will be recommending to friends and family and will be my main person to contact for any plumbing repairs.

Working with Alec at Abundant Plumbing was great. My tenant reported an emergency on a Wednesday morning, that the toilet would not flush. Alec was able to come out within 2 hours for an emergency inspection and discovered that the pipe was cracked, and roots from under the house were obstructing flow in the pipe under the toilet. He cleared the clog right away, and came back 2 days later to fix the pipe and tree roots. This was an urgent situation and it was a lifesaver that he was able to make the repairs so quickly. He was a great communicator, sent lots of photos and detailed messages as well as talking to me over the phone since I am not local. Im so glad my tenant found him, Ill definitely be calling him again when the next plumbing issue arises!

Zach and Sean came out to install our Grohe water filter/ carbonator and a special drain for our master bathroom sink. I truly appreciate their skill and professionalism in handling our home. They wore shoe covers which is such a rare but greatly appreciated courtesy! I felt very reassured by their responses to my Many questions. Lol. We have used a few local plumbers but I really was left with a positive impression of Beyond Wow Plumbing and their work thanks to Zach and Sean. They had me thinking “Wow could all of our plumbing work had been this easy if we called them sooner?”. I hope to have them back out to install something else for us when it arrives.

They repaired my front yard water main pipe leak back in Sep 2022, and now about 3 years later, the a leak reemerges from the same place. I called them and they said their warranty is only for 1 year. To me, a pipe which is flexible and is buried in 1 ft of dirt should not fail just in 3 years. Poor workmanship or planning by them. The manager did not even want to acknowledge that there could be any poor work by them and she said we are 100% sure we did the work excellent!!!! How can you be sure, and even she was not willing to give some discount to a returning customer who has had the same issue. I will not work with them anymore, and the first time I worked with them I believe they were very pricy. The 2-star that I give is only for for their nice greeting and conversation, although that is important, more important is quality of work and acknowledging possible poor work.

So, I initially gave a 5-star review because our service tech, Andrew immediately came into our home (before beginning any work) and stated that he and his colleagues were in competition to get the most “5-star” reviews. However, this was my grandmas house where he replaced the 30 year old faucet and this archaic faucet was better than what they installed! I had requested a service call because this thing has been leaking like crazy since “Beyond Wow” installed the replacement faucet and mind you, we had a handheld shower head prior and apparently, they don’t also critically think about if it was a handheld shower before, maybe we want the same thing installed. I came back to my grandmas, to find a fixed shower head installed. Nevertheless, digressing back to my initial complaint (one of many with them and I’m not one to complain), we have never had a faucet leak and when Andrew came back to inspect the leak, he so condescending and curt and said that it’s an old faucet and he didn’t see anything leaking. Funny thing is, I put my sons bucket of toys under the faucet to show proof and furthermore, I conveyed to Andrew that my cats have never been so active in the bathtub since he installed the faucet. He fired back by saying that it is part of the territory on the age of the home and if we wanted to, they could start gutting into the walls, if that would make me happy! At this point, what made me happy was him leaving our home, because this is another person that clearly doesn’t take pride in their work; nor do they care that he actually made matters worse with our faucet! It was just a ball-bearing that caused the faucet to need to be replaced and now, we can’t even regulate hot and cold water, because the whole faucet is “out of whack”! THIS COMPANY IS NOT WHAT THEIR NAME TRIES TO SUBSTANTIATE”!!!!!
