Called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they s heded a window of three hours . They were able to get someone out to our house a two hours later and before the scheduled window. Kitchen sink was clogged shut and Chad was able to run his machine twice to unplug the line . He then took the time to check the main sewer line to see if there was any other issues . Chad was fantastic at explaining what he was doing and gave us options if our pipe needs to be replaced in the future.. Great customer service and highly recommend Chad from Mr Rooter!!

With that I will say I'm glad that I waited for Mr. Judd to show up and did not choose to go with somebody else. Mr. Judd was very professional very knowledgeable and didn't quit until the job was done. He even offered some very good and useful advice. He gave me some tips to keep my drain from clogging up again or at the least slow the clogging process. His prices are uncomparable to any competition out there. We had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company in Harker Heights. We called early in the day to get help with a stubborn clogged drain that another plumber couldn't fix—the other folks even made it worse by leaving a tool stuck in the pipe! This company was able to come out the same day. Our plumber, Wayne, arrived looking professional in his uniform and took extra steps to keep the work area tidy—our floors and carpets stayed spotless. The equipment they used to clear the drain had some trouble and broke down a couple of times, but Charles, the supervisor, quickly brought a replacement machine. Both Wayne and Charles stuck around and worked hard until the job was completely finished, even though it took them late into the evening. They only charged us for one hour of work and made sure we knew the equipment problems weren't our fault. Wayne and Charles were both polite, well-spoken, and professional in every way. I was very impressed by their dedication and attention to detail. While you might find cheaper plumbers in Harker Heights, none I've tried before have come close to the level of service and customer care we received here. They answered our call right away and didn't leave until everything was working perfectly. We will definitely use this plumbing company again for any future needs!

Outstanding service! I can't recommend GT Service highly enough! Not only did they fix a stubborn, slow draining toilet, Gary also quickly fixed two low pressure faucets. He also saved me from spending a lot of money on fixing a supposed cracked waste pipe that a previous plumber spotted on his camera. Gary and his son ran the camera and found no issues. They are honest and offer excellent workmanship. If you need a plumber you can trust, this is the one. I just wish I had called them first!

He was extremely professional and one of the most personable and likable people I’ve met in a very long time. We have worked with Prince Plumbing for several years now. They are consistently professional, timely, and communicate clearly. They do quality work and are up-front about any challenges or costs. They don't push unnecessary products or work and never use high-pressure upselling. Regardless of who comes out, I have never felt like I was being talked down to (which happens surprisingly often men come to do work at my house and they have to deal with me instead of my husband). I highly recommend them.

The work took approximately 45 minutes, not a full hour, yet I was still charged the full hourly rate. The total bill was $482.00, broken down as follows: $250 labor $207 for three valves, two 90-degree elbows, and approximately two feet of PVC $25 card payment surcharge This pricing is excessive and unreasonable, particularly for common plumbing parts. Expectations for this level of pricing were not clearly set upfront. Additionally, the technician stated that he “had to overcharge for parts,” which strongly suggests intentional markup beyond fair pricing. Overall, the lack of transparency, inflated parts cost, and full-hour labor charge for less than an hour of work make this service feel misleading and overpriced. I would not have agreed to the work had these costs been clearly communicated beforehand. I would not recommend using there services

Prince plumbing answered the phone right away and they were able to set us up with a same day or next day appointment. The lady who answered the phone was super polite and professional. We then got a text to confirm our appointment and another text when they were on their way. The team who did the work were polite, fast, and efficient. Pricing was good. Will recommend them always.

Centex Plumbing Services So yesterday we got a visit from our local Killeen water department stating we had a leak as our usage was over 22,000 gallons for the month and in 9 days we had already gone through 9,000 gallons. We quickly contacted a local plumbing company. They came out the same day and assessed the situation. Lord and behold not the news a homeowner wants to hear when you have a main water leak under the slab. David scheduled us for first thing in the morning for repairs. Joe came out to find a gas leak in my house or yard. He was able to quickly isolate the leak to my gas stove. He replaced the hose and checked all other gas appliances such as the water heater and the furnace and the outside line in the yard.
