We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. Everything has been draining normally since. Price assessment: Great price (total was $1,000+) for the amount of work and the long-term nature of the repairs. Communication was clear throughout. I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. They were able to schedule a repair visit for the next morning, but I was worried about should I turn off the water at the main, asked what do I do in the meantime. They sent Clinton pretty much immediately to my home after the call to see if her could determine where the leak was coming from and if I did need to shut off the water main until the next morning. He took his time trying to rule out all possible causes and when he narrowed it down to likely being a kitchen sink drain leak behind the wall, he contacted a migration/restoration company for me to get that going. I didn't know what to do next, so I was extremely thankful for him setting me up for the next steps. He explained to me what the typical process was for these types of situations. I hadn't ever been through something like this, so having someone answer my questions and help me with the next steps is something I am very thankful for. Clinton was able to get the leak repaired and worked with the restoration company to make the situation as tolerable as possible while I now wait for the insurance side of things. My experiences with On Point Plumbing DFW have been without issues or complaints. They are my go to for plumbing issues.

Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked with several employees and all good people. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort. Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. No hard sales pitch. It’s a lot talking about tunneling 40’ under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully. After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. Royal Flush! We were well taken care of. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.

I scheduled Mother Modern Plumbing to service and inspect my tankless water heater. My appointment was originally set for Monday between 8am–4pm, and they told me they would call that morning with a more specific two-hour window. On Sunday, they actually texted to let me know they had a technician working in my area and asked if I happened to be available earlier. I was, and it worked out perfectly for my schedule. They even sent a tracking link so I could see exactly when the technician would arrive. Marcus was the technician who came out and he was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I had extensive broken pipes and they finished the job in good time, and cleaned up the area nicely, even installing new clean outs, which was an extra nice service at no charge. Master Repair Plumbing did another great job. Larry Wright, assigned plumber, came out diagnosed with a drop down camera into my laundry drainage pipe, shared with me, saw a broken pipe and roots. He gave me estimate and came out with crew done 2 days. Excellent work and service. Highly recommend. Another great experience with Master Repair Plumbing! We had a plumbing leak at an elbow on the hot water line from our water heater. Jon from Dean’s Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the line with a better quality elbow. He took care to stabilize the whole PEX line so it would not flop around. Finally he added thermal insulation to all the lines up to where they entered the walls. We will for sure use Dean’s for other projects this spring. See before and after photos of the repaired line.
