Drain King is the best!!! Punctual, professional and meticulous! I have used several plumbing companies in the past, but Drain King out performs all of them. They have my loyalty, and will use them exclusively. I have an older home that sometimes develops blockages in the pipe underneath due to its age and other issues. Desmond is a very experienced plumber! He came over immediately when I had a sewer main line issue. Worked very hard to clear it but it was finally determined there was a break. He repaired the break and made the area look great! I would highly recommend Drain Kings to everyone!

Michael came to clear a mainline clog at our ranch and he was excellent. Cleared the clog, ran the camera and discussed long term solutions for the roots. Tyler join in too to help. Both men were respectful of our home and the price was fair for all the work done - especially when we joined the Diamond Club for the maintenance benefits and discounts. They cleaned up and made sure we were happy and had a good plan before they left. Absolutely recommend!

Edit: company called to offer a partial refund for the high cost of the service bringing it close to $530 from $725 , still expensive for a simple kitchen drain clog but it's appreciated to have a company followup on their work and customer concerns. Luis Maldonado did a great job with his service and was friendly. But we got charged $725 including dispatch fee for a simple clean out of a slow flowing kitchen sink which as far as I can tell from research is at least twice the price of what it should be. I'd love to give 5 stars because as I said Luis did a good job but these plumbers are way too expensive. It seriously feels like we got car shop ripped off. Edit: apparantly it took 15 minutes to do. We totally got scammed. So. Cautionary tale for anyone planning on using this company AND he apparantly tried selling us those BioOne drain cleaner bottles for $100 each when you can find them online for $30 to $50 each.... While I appreciate Luis's work and he was overall friendly, Its the only reason it's not one star and I'll never use this company again unless they correct this

Michelle was very good at his job. I had asked Metro Pumbing to put in a R.O water Filteration disinter my sink. Michelle arranged the right counter top guy to come a drill the hole through the marble counter top. He was very patient. He took extra care to call and ask a specialist regarding a question I had about my main Water Filteration. He was through and did a great job. Overall I liked the way Metro Pumbing took care of this job. Even the dispatch staff was always courteous. Most importantly I feel they listened to me and did the job wonderfully well.

Mother’s came out to assess a sewer drainage leak that we had. Colton and his team were extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. They came to my house within 24 hours of me calling, and were incredibly thorough and fair. Steven and Colton were great, and the pricing was extremely transparent. I like the fact that everything was digital and emailed to me! Fast forward, Jerry and Brian came out and completed the entire re-route in a week. They were thorough and updated us daily with their next steps. Can’t say enough good things about Mother and the work they did. We trusted them with our largest plumbing project to date and they delivered! Calling them whenever we need a plumber in the Plano area. We also got our Water Heater replaced through them and that was a breeze.

The reason for three stars is the cost point. Matt and his apprentice that came out today and did the work were professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I was disappointed that it took two trips on two separate days to get the work done. That meant me missing two half days at work. Colton came out yesterday and was also very nice , but said he didn’t have the necessary parts with him to fix the leak. The guys today had to leave and go to the hardware store to get parts before they could get started. It took no more than 10’ of pipes and fittings. It cost me $1574 .04 to run two pipes from the water softener to the outside pipes to the main line. They did not have to plumb the actual softener. The only parts replaced were near the cutoff valves down. It’s was approximately 3.5’ to 4’ per line. They did replace 3 cutoff valves, but I have bought them before and know they aren’t terribly expensive. Overall I am happy with the actual work, but not at all happy with the cost. They do encourage a member ship that cost about $330.00 a year and gives you a discount on the service and a few other perks, but that ended up only costing about $100.00 after the discount ($236.96) on the work. I usually get more than one bid, and it’s my fault I didn’t, but I can’t change that now. So did they do good work? Yes! Are they super expensive? I feel like they are for the time it took and the minimal parts needed. Seems like it was way over $500.00 per hour when all was said and done. I might mention there was no digging involved to reach the pipes. The company is good about telling you who your service person will be and gives you their tracking so you know when they will be there which is a plus. My name is Angela. I had first called 2 other plumbers for a whole house stoppage to come diagnose the problem. The first was at night, charged me an emergency service call fee, arrived and took a quick look at it and then quoted me an extra large amount for the next step to fully diagnose the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and called a another company who then came out the following morning, took my service call payment first, tried to diagnose the clog, then said they couldn’t tell what it was but would required a massive excavation in the front yard at an excessive amount of money to further diagnose. I couldn’t get a straight answer on some of my questions and just had a feeling something wasn’t right. After they left, and quite frustrated because I felt I was getting nowhere fast, I then called Direct Source Plumbing and spoke with Amie who was very helpful in taking my call, took detailed notes, and with a sense of urgency, relayed my message to the plumber. In a short time, I received a call from Tyler who gave me an good idea of what needed to be done to diagnose the issue. When he arrived he was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the situation, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, so that I fully understood each step, and ultimately ended up diagnosing and fixing the problem. He even called and had the master plumber, David, confirm and verify his diagnosis. This is how I wish all service calls could be! Tyler is the perfect example of how the ideal repairmen should be. I believe this company and religious-based group is in business for the right reasons, to truly help people when they need it. I can’t possibly recommend them enough! True professionals! Had a shower issue and under 24 hours from my call, Mother Plumbing sent Tyler out to assess the issue.Unfortunately, not an easy fix, so Tyler order the parts for Grant Baker picked up the parts and service the master shower within hours from Tyler departure. Grant did an excellent job on communicating the process for the repair. Grant was respectful of the homeowner by wearing covers over the shoes and cleaning up once he was done. Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked with several employees and all good people. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort. Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard’s willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us… never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. No hard sales pitch. It’s a lot talking about tunneling 40’ under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully. After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. Javier from Jake the Plumbing Pro did a fantastic job when my whole house was backed up in Dallas. I had already called another plumber before, but they couldn’t figure out where the main access line was. Javier used his plumbing know-how and found the right spot to dig by understanding how the pipes run from the crawlspace to the city line. He quickly located the main access, dug it up, and cleared the blockage. While working, Javier noticed the pipes under my house were sagging, which caused all the sewage to back up. He showed me the problem and explained that the pipes were being held by flimsy plastic straps. He spent hours under the crawlspace fixing the slope and replaced the old supports with sturdy metal straps, even giving me a 10-year warranty on the work! Javier went above and beyond by checking the rest of the house for any issues. He fixed my low water pressure for free, and also saw that my sink faucet had buildup, so he cleaned that out at no extra charge. He even raised my water temperature for free and made sure the sewage access lines are now easy to find in the future. I’m really impressed by his knowledge, fair pricing, and how much he cared about getting everything right. Definitely the best plumber I’ve worked with for quality, expertise, and kindness.

I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. Clinton was able to get the leak repaired and worked with the restoration company to make the situation as tolerable as possible while I now wait for the insurance side of things. Our line was difficult to locate and buried deep by our house but they made sure they completed all the work same day so we could have water. Mario, our plumber was very knowledgeable, explained everything and did a great job. The best part of this whole experience is that Colton quoted me a set price and even though the job took way longer than they anticipated that price did not change.
