In a routine inspection of my sewer pipes, a break was discovered under the foundation of my home (I could see it myself on the camera). It was an expensive repair, but working with the Radiant team was a really good experience. The project manager provided consistent and timely communication and the onsite staff who did the work were thorough, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. The entire team at Rooter-Man is first class. Jason's initial work to assess the issue, give me best case and worst case options and be there every step of way was appreciated. Collen and Alan did a terrific job with the repairs. They worked a long day to get the job done in a day and it wasnt easy. They went above and beyond, replaced our shower drain to make sure sewer pipes connected correctly....they tested the entire system to make sure their job was complete and then spent time with me afterwards to explain what they did and give me some guidance going forward.

All I can say is it feels really good to know a good plumber. We had replaced the grease seal on our toilet at work and a couple of months later the odor came back and the guys came and saw the degree seal we had and failed and so they put in a better one. Contacting ruderman was easy having the guys come as scheduled was easy. I will use them in the future.

Eddie is a good man. I appreciate when people take time to take off/cover their shoes when entering my home. He examined the situation, he took steps to find the problem in the least intrusive way. When he determined the leak was coming from the water lines against the side wall, he tried his best to minimize the damage of just ripping apart the wall (which I greatly appreciate). He helped me avoid getting taken advantage of by another plumbing company and knew all of the codes/guidelines for a commercial install.
