I’ve lived in Harker Heights for many years, so I’ve called on plumbers a number of times. I was satisfied with previous companies, but as time went on, I wanted to try someone new for some drain repair work. The last plumber did a solid job, but their prices felt a bit high. Recently, we had a leak in our main water line just after the pressure regulator that needed copper pipe repair. I checked out some reviews online and decided to give a different plumbing company a shot. I called early Monday morning and spoke with the friendly dispatcher. Charles, the plumber, arrived promptly around noon. He worked quickly and did quality repairs, even making a few adjustments to the water pressure regulator as I requested so I could get more storage space in my water heater closet. The charges for both materials and labor were very fair—definitely better than what I expected from other local plumbing services. Even though I have some experience with plumbing myself, it was much faster and easier to have someone like Charles with the right tools and know-how handle the job. This was my first time using this plumbing service, and I’m happy to recommend Charles for anyone in Harker Heights looking for reliable and reasonably priced plumbing work. Wayne did an excellent job! We’re in the process of buying an older house and wanted to make sure the sewer main line was in good shape, so we called for a plumbing inspection. The company made it simple to book an appointment, and payment was straightforward. Wayne arrived right on time and even checked out the kitchen line for us. I'm going to start off this review by quoting one of the greats: "Great things come to those who wait." With that I will say I'm glad that I waited for Mr. Judd to show up and did not choose to go with somebody else. Mr. Judd was very professional very knowledgeable and didn't quit until the job was done. He even offered some very good and useful advice. He gave me some tips to keep my drain from clogging up again or at the least slow the clogging process. His prices are uncomparable to any competition out there. He even got my washer to drain that has been stopped up for 7 years. If you have any plumbing issues this is the guy that I would undoubtedly recommend to anybody. Thank you Mr. Judd!

My hallways bathroom toilet was running constantly and it was using tons of water. My property owner sent them and they were here next day! Kelvin the plumber was awesome! He made sure to keep me updated on his progress and next steps. He was quick and efficient . Was very respectful and clean. Joe came out to find a gas leak in my house or yard. He was able to quickly isolate the leak to my gas stove. He replaced the hose and checked all other gas appliances such as the water heater and the furnace and the outside line in the yard. He was friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing so I could understand. I would highly recommend Joe for any problem that comes your way! Carl was proficient in swapping out my broken toilet. He was kind, professional and knew his craft. Would highly recommend him.

Felix and Duncan did a great job. Both were profession and answered all my questions. They were able to figure out what my water leak issue was in the garage. They came on time as scheduled and called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Very pleasant. Seldom do you find a local business that is as responsive, professional, and cost effective as Patriot Plumbing. Their small team is all about satisfied customers and honest up front advice. I hope that I don’t need to call them very often but rest assured any plumbing needs I may have will be offered to this company first. When I left an online request for service I did not expect a call from them so quickly. It was after hours and before long they had responded with an available time. Felix arrived in time, called ahead, detailed the work to be done and delivered fed the children plumbing all on the same call. First my apologies to Patriot Plumbing and to their Plumbing Apprentices, Felix and Duncan for not sharing this back in March 2025. I have been a customer going on 3 years now and have nothing but praise for Patriot Plumbing Services, the Owner Michael, Office Mgr. Amanda, Apprentice Felix, and Duncan. In March of 2025 I had had enough of the inferior poly-b or polybutylene water piping in my home. I called and spoke with Michael and from that moment on Amanda, Michael, Felix and Duncan were on it! From the proposal to refit my home with PEX-A piping, to the installation that was expediently done to my satisfaction, Felix and Duncan, answered my concerns and questions keeping everything very professional, at the same time always being courteous and respectful to me and taking GREAT pride in their workmanship. These two Apprentices were so dedicated to this installation and were bound to compete it before they left so I would not be without water. Throughout this job both Felix and Duncan would tell me what they which wall had to be cut and why they would always apologize for having to do so. They didn't leave my home until almost midnight. I had a bathroom faucet leak turn into a small flood at 7 PM on a Friday—classic timing, right? Called CTX Maximum Plumbing in a panic, and they actually answered and had someone out within about 90 minutes. The tech (think his name was Chris?) was super professional, explained exactly what failed and why without trying to upsell me on a bunch of extras. Fixed it cleanly, left no mess, and the price was fair for after-hours work. This is the second time I've used them (previous was a water heater replacement last year), and both experiences were excellent. Responsive, honest, skilled, and they stand behind their work. If you're in the Belton / Temple area and need a plumber you can actually trust, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend! Would definitely call again without hesitation. CTX came to our home to give us a quote when we where away from home and they are truly trustworthy and responsible people. Kasey came in and saved the day. My son's shower was not draining. He came in, made no mess (didnt judge for a messy teenagers bathroom) and got it flowing again. He gave me some options for if it happened again and helped me understand options for another repair I was thinking about . He's really fast, professional and understands the job. I had a claim with AHS regarding my main bathroom, and primary bathroom toilets along with a leaking faucet. Wayne Hyde plumbing, Kasey, called within 30 minutes to schedule the repair on the same day which was amazing! I've never had such a quick reply on an insurance repair request. I also asked if they could replace my backflow regulator which was not covered by AHS. He gave me a quote which was much cheaper than other local plumbers I had researched on Google. Zachery arrived on time and completed the insurance claim and replaced the backflow regulator on the same trip. Kasey gave me a 10% discount on the backflow regulator quoted price since all repairs were completed in one service call. The repair also included an inspection and certification for the City of Temple backflow regulations which he completed two days later. I'm so happy to have been introduced to Wayne Hyde plumbing company. Zachery took the time to educate me on how to weatherize the system, showed me that I had a shutoff valve next to my water main which I was not aware of, and provided extra instructions on how to weatherize the backflow regulator for next winter. Wayne Hyde is who I will call for any future plumbing repairs and I am recommending them to all my neighbors and friends who need an honest and affordable plumbing company. Reached out to get the annul required backflow testing done. Customer service was great super easy and simple to schedule. Company was able to come out same day arrived within the window he stated and also called beforehand and answered all my questions. Professional and friendly upon arriving. I had been putting it off out fear it would be a hassle but they made it easy sent the invoice straight to my phone and the results were submitted to the city in less than 30 minutes. Definitely will be using again in the future.

Outstanding service! I can't recommend GT Service highly enough! Not only did they fix a stubborn, slow draining toilet, Gary also quickly fixed two low pressure faucets. He also saved me from spending a lot of money on fixing a supposed cracked waste pipe that a previous plumber spotted on his camera. Gary and his son ran the camera and found no issues. They are honest and offer excellent workmanship. If you need a plumber you can trust, this is the one. I just wish I had called them first!

Great service! Showed up within minutes of calling, to repair my broken water pipe in front yard. Also, replaced outside faucets in the pouring rain with son Brady helping.
