They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. They sent Clinton pretty much immediately to my home after the call to see if her could determine where the leak was coming from and if I did need to shut off the water main until the next morning. He took his time trying to rule out all possible causes and when he narrowed it down to likely being a kitchen sink drain leak behind the wall, he contacted a migration/restoration company for me to get that going. I didn't know what to do next, so I was extremely thankful for him setting me up for the next steps. He explained to me what the typical process was for these types of situations. I hadn't ever been through something like this, so having someone answer my questions and help me with the next steps is something I am very thankful for. Clinton was able to get the leak repaired and worked with the restoration company to make the situation as tolerable as possible while I now wait for the insurance side of things. My experiences with On Point Plumbing DFW have been without issues or complaints. They are my go to for plumbing issues.

Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked with several employees and all good people. Absolutely blown away by the great service. This is the second time we have used this company. Scott and David were both so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of issues we needed addressed and they explained things clearly and were so patient, but also worked quickly. In and out in about 45 minutes. We had a hot water heater issue with water temp in our primary bathroom not maintaining temperature. It’s gas so we didn’t want to mess with it and they resolved that quickly. They also cleared a clogged sink, fixed water pressure in our kitchen sink and I asked them to look at the outdoor hose spigots. After they finished everything Scott was thoughtful enough to ask if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. That’s when I mentioned the kitchen sink water pressure and he was happy to take a look at it. I am a female in my 30s and felt so comfortable with David and Scott in my home. Scott and David did an amazing job!! I had another local plumbing company that was highly rated, come out on two different occasions and in fairly short order. Regardless, they still never fixed my problem. Enter David and Scott- these guys did everything they could to keep the price as low as they could while still giving excellent quality. They replaced a toilet, snaked a line and replaced a valve on my guest bathroom toilet and it cost me the same as the other company for their two visits that didn't fix anything. These guys went above and beyond and even vacuumed the floor when I didn't see any reason to do it - but they did it just because it was the right thing to do! David did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issues. He came during after hours and rushed over as soon as he knew it was an emergency, which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he take care of the problem, but he also spent extra time explaining everything to us so we understood what was going on and how it was fixed. Before leaving, he made sure everything was working properly and double-checked that we didn’t have any more backup issues. We had a plumbing leak at an elbow on the hot water line from our water heater. Jon from Dean’s Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the line with a better quality elbow. He took care to stabilize the whole PEX line so it would not flop around. Finally he added thermal insulation to all the lines up to where they entered the walls. We will for sure use Dean’s for other projects this spring. See before and after photos of the repaired line.

This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.

My appointment was originally set for Monday between 8am–4pm, and they told me they would call that morning with a more specific two-hour window. On Sunday, they actually texted to let me know they had a technician working in my area and asked if I happened to be available earlier. I was, and it worked out perfectly for my schedule. They even sent a tracking link so I could see exactly when the technician would arrive.
