I called Shawn originally in May 2025 when I believed there was a hot water line issue in the foundation of my home, purchased in July 2024. It felt like the tile floor in one of the bathrooms had radiant heat. The water heater was in a direct line to where I believed the pipes might be located. Since I knew there was no radiant heat, the culprit seemed to be a hot water line leak. I'm fairly new to Greenville and didn't have experience with any plumbers. I researched local plumbers on Google, and Selbe Plumbing had all 5 star reviews, across the board. I called the number, and spoke to Shawn, who came out the next day. He diagnosed the issue as a foundation leak, gave me instructions on how to turn the water heater off when not in use, and provided a quote the same day. He'd recommended digging under the house to repair the leak, which seemed the way to go at that time. Fast forward through an entirely too busy summer, and I finally called Shawn to come back out. He was immensely patient as I peppered him with questions and attempted to understand the options available to fix the problem. I could see the wheels turning in his head throughout various stages of the project, and he kept me in the loop about everything he was thinking or recommending. Ultimately we decided to reroute the water line through the attic versus the foundation because Shawn believed there were likely more leaks than just the one he found in the access area by the tub. Shawn's 5 star reviews are legitimately earned. He's professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and has impeccable follow through. It comes, therefore, as no surprise that his work product is another reflection of why his reviews are so good. His pricing was more than fair. In an age where independently owned, small businesses are being replaced by much larger companies, this locally-owned business by a business owner who knows the Greenville area is a gem.

Shawn came to help us on a Friday evening, when we weren’t expecting him until Monday. He told us he just thought that we might want to have it done before the weekend! He is such a good guy, and he goes above and beyond to do great work! He is our forever plumber!! If you call him, you will not be disappointed!!

Everflow visited my residence in Mckinney, TX to conduct a drain cleaning and camera inspection. They performed an excellent service, and I particularly appreciated that my presence was not required for them to complete the work. I received a comprehensive report and footage of my main drain line, which was thoroughly cleaned. I am very satisfied with their service and will certainly engage them again in the future.

We were very happy with Everflow plumbing. When we called with our problem, they had somebody out within an hour. They made sure we knew prices before they even came out. Our technician was Jon and he was very polite and knew his stuff. He was very professional. While nobody wants to spend that kind of money, we were very appreciative of Everflow and Jon. Montana at Warrior Plumbing is the best! I had a slab leak, he helped me over the phone to diagnose the issue so he knew how to help even before he got here. He helped me save over $300 when I turned in the repairs to the water department. He did not hesitate to help and was able to fix my issue in about 2 hours. Kevin and Josh did excellent work.They came out promptly, evaluated the situation accurately and explained my options in detail. We agreed on a price for the job and he completed it very neatly that same day. He was able to eliminate the broken water heater that was not necessary and reroute plumbing in my attic to a different water heater. This saved me money of having to replace the water heater that I didn’t even really need and now we get hot water in the kitchen sink even faster. During their work, they found a vent of another water heater had become disconnected and was venting exhaust in my attic. They fixed that for no additional charge. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Kevin is awesome at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and overall a great guy. He came out and helped me find and repair a leak on my waterline which runs about 1000ft from the water meter to my house. If I ever need any sort of plumbing repair, I will definitely give him a call again. 12/10 would definitely recommend.

This is the best plumbing service we've had out here and we've had several plumbers. They are incredibly transparent and honest, and truly care about you and your home as a customer. We are so happy we chose them. They helped unravel old convoluted shoddy plumbing work in the past that was actually causing harm to our foundation. Even though it was late on a Sunday and no one else was available, this company came out and took care of the issue. I initially expected it would cost a few hundred dollars, but since it wasn’t a major problem, they handled everything kindly and didn’t even charge me. I really appreciated how well they understood the perspective of a business owner. Had our gas water heater serviced. Did not cost us an arm and a leg. Professional and fast. Explained what he was doing. Mr. Staggs was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I want to give a huge shout out to the guys at Victory. They were down the street from my house doing some work for a neighbor when I called them, they came right over and fixed our leaking toilet and took out the air gap for our dishwasher to eliminate the issue another plumber had caused the same day. They were very helpful in explaining to us what issues we had and they didn't try and upsell us. They just fixed what needed to be fixed. They were professional and did a fantastic job.
