They responded to my call and got my kitchen sink working in no time at all! A previous tenant had let oil build up in the drain, causing a backup and clog. The tech was friendly, professional and courteous. I’m horrible with names, but he was great. The job was done well and the tech checked to insure the drain was cleared and properly working. It required the sink to be drained, the p-trap and pipes to be cleared and a snake to be ran through the outlet pipe. Tech had to run the snake multiple times, as the blockage was stubborn. Took about a hour to clear it completely. Will recommend and definitely call again if needed. Added a pic of the back up the sink was experiencing.

GEI technicians helped us out when our garbage disposal stopped working. GEI technicians repaired our garage disposal and in addition they recommended replacing our faucet on the kitchen sink. GEI technicians were very efficient and tidy in their work, I highly recommend them if you ever need assistance. My wife will be pleased when she sees the new faucet.

Manuel and Kevin were very professional and a delight to work with. Although the manufacturer of the manifold massed up they both went out of their way to make them right. I am very happy with the work they did The issue I have is the lack of communication from the office and customer service departments. I didn't get a call on when they were coming out, just a text but not a confirmation as I've been trying to coordinate the repair with the delivery with my washing machine. I also called to complain about the fact that the manufacturer did not make what was asked and nobody called me back. I felt I deserved a discount. If you see the attached picture you can see that the manufacturer made 2 blue sides. I would highly recommend Manuel and Kevin but don't expect any help from customer service.

I called to request a quote for a water heater installation and was told that someone would need to come out to assess the current setup in order to provide an accurate estimate, which I completely understand. However, during the call, the representative stated that he was “losing $100” just by being on the phone with me. That comment was off-putting and unprofessional, and it immediately changed my impression of the company. As a customer, I’m calling in hopes of receiving helpful guidance and good service—not to be made to feel like a burden. Rather than continuing the conversation, I let him know I would not be moving forward with their services and ended the call. Seems like they have enough business by his attitude.

Last night i had a gas leakage in my dryer gas valve. It seems when LG technician was installing the new dryer they cracked the valve. Anyhow i contacted Mercy Plumbing late night, they responded immediately. Nathaniel showed up 10min prior and started to work on it. He checked the whole house if they were any leakage and he mentioned that it will take around 60~90min but actually finished in 45min. He is also very knowledgeable in his work, super nice and explained the current situation. Very trustworthy company. Thank you Nathaniel.
