The plumber was good, the company is pathetic no transparency of pricing.

(980) 899-7997Denys does ‘EXCEPTIONAL’ work! I HIGHLY recommend him. He was referred to me by my coworker, and she raved about his service. I reached out to him desperately needing help because my toilet overflowed and flooded my closet. Although, Im ‘significantly’ outside of his coverage area, Denys graciously agreed to come out to see how he could help me. I had a shower drain issue was from a prior tile guy/plumber that was unlicensed. I stopped that installation, but needed the drain pipe redone. Denys agreed to look at both while he was here. He arrived on time, assessed what was needed and efficiently worked to resolve my issues. He explained the issues I was having with the toilet and the drain and corrected them. Denys was very detailed and meticulous in his work, which gave me confidence in his ability to fix my issues. He cleaned up after the projects and gave me a great price for all the work he did. I am so grateful for Denys and the work he completed in my home. I know I am not in his coverage area, but Im willing to pay him to come again because a licensed, exceptional, HONEST, plumber is hard to find! THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming out so quickly, fixing my issues and allowing me to rest easy knowing it was done right!

3 days agoOur water heater started leaking and we called FPP Plumbing. A plumber came out in about 20 minutes and stopped the leak. After that he told us the water heater was basically done and needed to be replaced.The water heater was in the attic, so we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy job. The price wasn’t cheap, but it was fair for the work and location. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. They also helped us choose the right water heater instead of trying to sell us something unnecessary.They replaced it the same day, pulled the city permit, and passed inspection with no issues. Overall just really solid service. This is definitely the plumber we’ll be calling from now on.

1 month agoMy first experience was with Mike Ashby who came to provide an estimate to install a new water heater. Mike is a people person and advised me what I needed and the cost! Ivan and Jon came the next day to install the water heater. They were both polite and worked diligently in replacing my water heater. Once the work was completed, they cleaned the area and removed the old water heater which I was very happy about. This was a pleasant experience and I will be contacting them if I need them for any plumbing issues. By the way, the services rendered was very affordable in comparison to some of the other companies I contacted!

They tightened all fittings and tested the system multiple times to ensure everything was secure. The floor is dry now and I feel confident that no other leaks are hidden. Their professionalism made the whole experience stress free.

(469) 336-3919I was extremely disappointed after reading such great reviews on this company. ‘Our goal is to provide top quality service at affordable prices’ - not the case this time. I had them come out to fix a loose shower handle. Although hesitant to have a plumber out, we just have not had the time to attempt to repair this ourselves. I called and scheduled after being told it would $85 trip fee plus the cost of the repair. Never imagined they would quote me $300 to diagnose plus the trip fee. For a loose handle! Beware as they do not disclose this at the time of scheduling and I even asked! Instead of gaining a customer, I was left with such a negative impression.
4 weeks agoThe scheduling process was smooth, and Lionel, the technician, was friendly and highly competent. Due to the size of the job, I obtained several quotes. Ultimately, I chose another licensed company because their price offered significant savings. The work is complete, and I am very satisfied with the results. While this company seems reputable, I was able to save a substantial amount by selecting a different provider.
